Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of this study is to provide an evaluation of motorcycle parking building’s performance located on the campus A State University of Jakarta which is locatedon Rawamangun Muka Street, East Jakarta 13220 in order to be considered to fulfill the demand and development of services based on Governor’s Decision of DKI Jakarta, number 42 year 1999 and the Guidelines for Planning and Operation o fparking facilities published bythe Directorate General of Land Transportation DKIJakarta.This research is using a descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative survey approach. Like cordoncounts survey, number plate matching survey, direct survey and interviews to knows the parking volume, parking accumulation, parking turnover, parking index, parking facilities and parking management. The population inthis study are all motorcycles that park in the motorcycle parking building on campus A State University of Jakarta. The sample in this study using incidental sampling technique.Based on the researchthat has been done, motorcycle parking building on campus A Jakarta State University just comply 63.6% of the requirements that must be fulfilled, that parking building is also not able to fulfill the parking demand andhas not been used optimally because 5th floor is not used at all. From the interviews, the constraints that faced by managers for handling the motorcycle parking building comes from the pakring user who always against the rules

Abstract

Proyek pembangunan Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD dr. SEOSELO memiliki luas bangunan 1.012 m2. Proyek dengan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp 11.758.372.128 mulai dikerjakan pada tanggal 14 juli 2023 dan direncanakan selesai pada tanggal 10 desember 2023. Pada saat dilakukan penelitian, lapporan kemajuan proyek hingga minggu ke-7 menunjukan keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek sebesar 7%. Hal tersebut berpotensi terhadap keterlambatan waktu penyelesaian akhir proyek, dan kontraktor berisiko terkena sanksi atas keterlambatan tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui besar nya waktu pelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan IGD setelah dilakukan fast track dan untuk mengetahui besar nya biaya yang dapat dihemat dengan menggunakan metode fast track. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan penjadwalan dengan CPM, melakukan percepatan pada aktivitas yang berada di lintasan kritis, melakukan fast track pada lintasan kritis sampai mendapatkan waktu optimum dengan biaya yang minimum. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa besarnya waktu yang diperoleh adalah 14 hari kalender atau 1,36% dari waktu normal 150 hari atau lebih cepat 14 hari dan biaya yang bisa dihemat adalah Rp. 16.461.720,8,- dari biaya normal Rp 11.758.372.128.

Abstract

Beton merupakan salah satu bahan bangunan yang akan banyak dipakai dalam proses pembangunan tersebut, kita tahu bahwa beton merupakan bahan bangunan yang terbuat dari pencampuran antara agregat kasar (kerikil), agregat halus (pasir), bahan ikat (semen), dan air. Material- material beton tersebut banyak diambil secara langsung dari alam, sehingga akan mengeskploitaasi alam secara langsung dan terus menerus. Banyaknya penggunaan material tersebut dapat mengakibtakan keseimbangan lingkungan terganggu, sehingga dibutuhkan inovasi material penyusun beton yang ramah lingkungan dan menghasilkan beton dengan mutu tinggiDari hasil penelitian menunjukkan substitusi limbah marmer pada variasi 30% kuat tekan beton yaitu 33,88 MPa. Variasi 50% kuat tekan beton yaitu 32,01 MPa. Dan untuk variasi 0% kuat tekan beton 30.82 MPa. Sehingga variasi dengan limbah marmer paling optimal adalah 30% dari volume agregat kasar. Berdasarkan material yang didapatkan dalam pembuatan beton ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk mendapatkan kuat tekan yang lebih optimal diperlukan material yang lebih bagus kualitasnya Rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) yang dibutuhkan dalam pcmbuatan 1 m material beton inovasi sebesar Rp 1.296.250,- sedangkan untuk satu silinder 10 x 20 cm hanya Rp 3.324,835,-

Abstract

Pemeliharaan dan perawatan komponen bangunan memerlukan perhatian yang serius agar diperoleh hasil yang maksimal dan diharapkan dapat membuat kondisi bangunan semakin nyaman dengan kondisi fasilitas yang baik, terutama bangunan gedung yang berfungsi untuk kepentingan umum. Gedung B1 Kantor Walikota Administrasi Jakarta Timur memiliki 4 lantai yang digunakan sebagai tempat aktivitas perkantoran maupun pelayanan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui manajemen pekerjaan pemeliharaan dan perawatan, pekerjaan pemeliharaan yang akan dilakukan dan mengetahui estimasi biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan pemeliharaan dan perawatan pada bangunan gedung B1 Kantor Walikota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan menentukan objek penelitian, pengumpulan data, menentukan komponen pekerjaan pemeliharaan, serta menghitung estimasi biaya pemeliharaan dan perawatan gedung. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pada bangunan Gedung B1 Kantor Walikota Administrasi Jakarta Timur menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan pemeliharaan banyak dilakukan pada komponen arsitektur dan elektrikal yaitu pada pekerjaan dinding partisi, lantai, atap plafond, pintu, instalasi lampu dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan diaphragm wall pada proyek pembangunan Jakarta Gelora Marriott Hotel. Metode ini penting karena diaphragm wall memainkan peran krusial dalam menangani tekanan tanah yang tinggi dan memberikan stabilitas yang diperlukan untuk proyek bangunan besar. Studi ini mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah implementasi, teknik khusus, manajemen risiko, serta evaluasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan pelaksanaan diaphragm wall. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, studi pustaka, dan wawancara dengan PT. Indonesia Pondasi Raya. Hasilnya menggambarkan proses pekerjaan diaphragm wall, mulai dari persiapan, pembuatan guide wall, penggalian, pembersihan dasar panel, pembesian, pemasangan pipa tremie, hingga pengecoran. Dokumen Metode Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan menjadi panduan utama dalam menjalankan setiap tahap pekerjaan, memastikan kelancaran, kualitas, dan keselamatan dalam proyek konstruksi tersebut.

Abstract

Artikel literatur ini membahas hasil tinjauan literatur yang berfokus pada faktor yang menjadi penyebab dari keterlambatan suatu proyek konstruksi gedung. Dalam menuju pembangunan suatu proyek yang lancar, literatur ini menunjukkan solusi serta saran untuk mencegah terjadinya keterlambatan. Mensintesis data dari berbagai penelitian, artikel ini juga menekankan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk lebih mencegah faktor utama dari adanya keterlambatan itu. Ada tiga aspek yang harus diperhatikan dalam rangka memenuhi target proyek, yaitu biaya, mutu, dan waktu. Pembuatan rencana proyek konstruksi harus memperhatikan ketiga aspek tersebut dan mengacu pada perkiraan yang ada pada saat rencana pembangunan dibuat. Seiring berjalannya waktu, terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara rencana yang dibuat dengan realisasi yang ada di lapangan, sehingga dampak yang terjadi adalah keterlambatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang disertai dengan meningkatnya biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan

Abstract

This study aimed to ascertain the following: consumer perceptions of Perhutani brand honey product attributes, brand image perception among consumers, factors that influence their decision to purchase Perhutani brand honey products, and the relationship between product attributes, brand image, and purchasing decisions. The study utilizes a descriptive survey method to depict variable behavior and an explanatory survey method to test hypotheses. Employing the causality research approach, the investigation focuses on the causative relationship between independent variables, such as product attributes and brand image, and purchasing decisions. The research analyzes the individual consumer/buyer of Perhutani brand Honey products at Ahmad Yani and Setiabudi Bandung outlets. This is a cross-sectional research, meaning data are gathered empirically from a sample of respondents to determine the population's views on the object of study. This study reveals that the interplay between product attributes, reference groups, and brand image significantly impacts sales. Specifically, the performance of product attributes and reference groups influences selling price trends, while product mix performance and reference groups impact brand image. Additionally, purchasing decisions are affected by the performance of the product mix and reference groups, which are influenced by selling price trends and brand image. It is important to note that there is a correlation between selling price trends and brand image, as well as between product mix performance and reference groups.

Abstract

Initially, Factory Outlet (FO) referred to stores selling high-quality export ready-to-wear at affordable prices. However, the concept has grown to include a variety of household needs. To excel in this service-oriented industry, emphasis on customer satisfaction is paramount. The surge in world oil prices has had a ripple effect on the cost of essential commodities, resulting in a drain on the purchasing power of many people. However, a gradual shift occurred as Factory Outlets regained popularity due to their reputation for selling quality export goods at lower prices. Indonesia's consumerist tendencies are further fueling demand for these outlets, fueled by attractive discounts and tempting offers. The authors' curiosity was piqued by the lack of similar research on the subject. This research, in particular, explores the influence of individual external and internal factors on the shopping choices of Factory Outlet consumers. In the assessment of Simple Linear Regression 1 X1 to Y, the coefficient of determination is calculated as 0.188 or 18.8%. These results indicate that external factors hold an influence of 18.8% on decision making, while 81.2% (100% - 18.8%) can be attributed to other factors. The results of Simple Linear Regression 2, especially X2 to Y, obtained a coefficient of determination of 0.079 or equivalent to 7.9%. This shows that decision making is strongly influenced by internal factors, while other factors provide an explanation of 92.1% (100% - 7.9%). Multiple Linear Regression Analysis reveals that when X1 and X2 are calculated with Y, the influence of external variables on the decision making variable is determined to be 48.7%. The influence of internal variables on decision-making variables was found to be 7.3%. The combined influence of external and internal variables on decision-making variables is measured at 19.1%. Other variables outside the path analysis model have an effect of 80.9%.

Abstract

In the span of 2014-2017, manufacturing firms situated in Indonesia's stock exchange were considered for analysis of the correlation between Earnings Management as an independent variable, Leverage, Profitability and Timeliness of Financial Reporting as a secondary dependent variable and Firm Value as a major dependent variable. The prime focus of the research was to formulate an understanding of how these variables impact the aforementioned businesses. The research questions were put to the test using Canonical Correlation Analysis as a method of data analysis. Through purposive sampling, organizations available were chosen. Over a span of 4 consecutive years, a total of 104 manufacturing companies were surveyed, sampled from 26 different establishments. In analyzing and testing the data, it was discovered that while the control variable leverage and profitability had an impact on firm value, the timeliness of financial reporting did not. However, the earnings management variables made a noteworthy impact.

Abstract

In its efforts to promote financial inclusivity, the Indonesian government has set a goal of achieving a 75% inclusion rate by 2019. However, as accessibility to formal financial services becomes more convenient for the general population, the risks within the financial industry also escalate. Unfortunately, ordinary individuals are ill-prepared for these circumstances as their understanding of financial products remains limited. The primary issues at hand are twofold: firstly, the lack of financial literacy among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and housewives in Indonesia, and secondly, the need for effective strategies to enhance financial literacy among MSMEs and housewives specifically in UMKM Azalea, located in West Jakarta. PKM aims to deliver training, knowledge, and solutions while offering capital resources. The research methodology employed is a descriptive qualitative approach. The outcomes of PKM reveal that there is a significant deficiency in financial literacy among Azlea MSMEs and households, with only 50% possessing adequate knowledge. Strategies for enhancing competency and capability encompass various aspects, including: a) fostering awareness and understanding of diverse financial products and services, b) comprehending the risks associated with financial products, c) ensuring customer protection, and d) cultivating skills in financial management.
