Abstract

Tambaksari village's natural resources, such as coffee plants, other forest plants, bananas, and spices, provide benefits for agricultural sustainability and forest preservation. The existing livestock potential also benefits plant growth. However, farmers' knowledge and skills in making and utilizing these resources are still lacking, as evidenced by the underutilization of livestock manure and the resulting pollution. The purpose of this community service is to improve the knowledge and skills of forest farmers in making biocomposers from local resources. The methods used are training, demonstration/practice, mentoring, and activity evaluation. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in making biocomposers. The increase in knowledge and skills was 77% for MOL production and 87% for eco-enzyme production. During the mentoring stage, participants responded that 100% of participants responded that they were willing to apply the technology provided in the training. The training on making MOL and eco-enzyme for Tambaksari village forest farmers increased their knowledge and skills in making MOL and Eco-enzyme.

Abstract

Predictive maintenance has become a critical strategy in modern manufacturing to reduce downtime, optimize operational efficiency, and minimize maintenance costs. Traditional approaches, such as rule-based and statistical methods, often fail to detect complex patterns and early signs of system failures. This paper explores the application of deep learning-based anomaly detection techniques to enhance predictive maintenance in manufacturing. Specifically, we investigate the use of autoencoders, recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for identifying anomalies in sensor data collected from industrial equipment. Our proposed framework enables early fault detection by learning complex temporal and spatial patterns in machinery behavior. Experimental results demonstrate that deep learning models significantly improve anomaly detection accuracy compared to conventional methods, thereby facilitating timely maintenance interventions and reducing unexpected failures. The findings highlight the potential of deep learning in revolutionizing predictive maintenance, ensuring higher reliability and efficiency in manufacturing systems.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini  bertujuan memfasilitasi terkait peningkatan kesadaran literasi digital untuk Siswa-Siswi SMK Grafika Desa Putera, Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan dalam  mengetahui ciri-ciri dan kategori berita palsu menjadi semakin penting karena melatih siswa diarahkan untuk berpikir kritis untuk menangkal berita palsu dengan serangkaian kegiatan yang mencakup penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi identifikasi berita palsu. Kegiatan ini diadakan selama dua hari, dengan metode komprehensif  yang mencakup ceramah, praktik langsung, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukan meningkatkan kemampuan Siswa-Siswi di SMK Grafika Desa Putera dalam mengidentifikasi sumber informasi yang valid dan resmi, meningkatnya motivasi terhadap akses literasi digital, dan peningkatan kesadaran sosial dan etika digital. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kesadaran literasi digital Siswa-Siswi SMK Grafika Desa Putera diharapkan dengan terciptanya lingkungan digital dikalangan siswa yang lebih aman, positif dan informatif di sekolah. Selain itu, juga memberikan kontribusi dalam mempersiapkan bekal kepada siswa-siswi di sekolah mengenai peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hal pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan literasi digital. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to facilitate the improvement of digital literacy awareness among the students of SMK Grafika Desa Putera, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The goal is to help students recognize the characteristics and categories of fake news, which is increasingly important as it trains students to think critically in countering misinformation through a series of activities including counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and fake news identification simulations. This program was held over two days using a comprehensive method that included lectures, hands-on practice, monitoring, and evaluation. The results showed an increase in the students’ ability to identify valid and official sources of information, higher motivation to access digital literacy resources, and greater awareness of social and digital ethics. This program also had a positive impact on raising digital literacy awareness among the students of SMK Grafika Desa Putera. It is expected to help create a safer, more positive, and informative digital environment among students at school. In addition, the program contributes to better preparing the students by significantly improving their knowledge, attitudes, and skills in digital literacy.

Abstract

The prototype of railway crossing displacement using RFID based on Arduino UNO is a tool to replace mechanical transfer shippers. Components of this tool consist of RFID MFCR522, Arduino UNO, Solenoid Lock, Relay, and LCD 16x2. RFID tags will be placed next to the train body, while the RFID reader is placed on the pole before the station, its function is to detect the type of train class and enter in the path specified. Trains are programmed by the type of train class, which is economy class, executive, and business. RFID tags will tag on the RFID reader to detect train types. After that RFID reader send signal to arduino UNO. When the arduino UNO receives a signal from the RFID reader, the arduino UNO will give high input on the relay to activate the solenoid lock. Solenoid lock is used to open the train carriage. 16x2 LCDs are used as an indicator that trains are safe for roads. Economic train will cross lane 1 but if there is an executive train that will cross on line 2, then the economic train will be dismissed at the station, in order to avoid a collision. The business rail will cross line 3. Just as the economy fire, the business rail will also be stopped at the station and wait for the executive train to pass on line 2. Prototipe pemindah wesel kereta mengunakan RFID berbasis arduino uno merupakan alat untuk menggantikan sistem pemindah wesel secara mekanik. Komponen-komponen dari alat ini terdiri dari RFID MFCR522, Arduino UNO, Solenoid Lock, Relay, dan LCD 16x2. RFID tag akan di letakkan disamping badan kereta, sedangkan RFID reader di letakkan di tiang sebelum stasiun, fungsinya untuk mendeteksi jenis kelas kereta dan masuk di jalur yang telah ditentukan. Kereta diprogram berdasarkan jenis kelas kereta, yaitu kelas ekonomi, eksekutif, dan bisnis. RFID tag akan mengetag pada RFID reader untuk mendeteksi jenis kereta. Setelah itu RFID reader mengirim sinyal ke arduino UNO. Ketika arduino UNO mendapat sinyal dari RFID reader, maka arduino UNO akan memberikan input high pada relay untuk mengaktifkan solenoid lock. Solenoid lock digunakan untuk membuka wesel kereta. LCD 16x2 digunakan sebagai indikator bahwa kereta aman untuk jalan. Kereta api ekonomi akan melintasi jalur 1, akan tetapi jika ada kereta api eksekutif akan melintas di jalur 2, maka kereta api ekonomi akan diberhentikan di stasiun, agar tidak terjadi tabrakan. Kereta api bisnis akan melintasi jalur 3. Sama seperti kerta api ekonomi, kereta api bisnis juga akan dihentikan di stasiun dan menunggu kereta api eksekutif lewat di jalur 2.

Abstract

In this research, RFID system was utilized as a personal identification security card in access room system. This system was aimed to secure a room and to have privacy from un aut horized person to enter the room. By designing and implementing thesystem, a motor servo based electric key system as well as an optimal distance and position of RFID tag were evaluated to know the most convenience condition for all users during accessing the room .RFID tag use din this system was a card type of PICC that has aunique code as a persona lidentification. This code was read by an RC-522RFID reader and then validated by ArduinoUnoATMega328-PU to control acustomized electric key. This system was also equipped with data base system to record so meusers who accessing the room. There sults showed that 100% of RFID tag could be read by RFID reader in thre edifferent positions with optimum distance of 2cm .All users’ activities during accessing the room have been view in Lcd .This research concluded that RFID technology could be applied as an alternative of personal identification system to access a room. Pada penelitian ini, sistem RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) dimanfaatkan sebagai kartu identifikasi personal pada sistem akses ruangan. Keberadaan sistem ini ditujukan untuk menjaga keamanan dan privasi ruangan dari seseorang yang tidak memiliki otoritas untuk memasuki ruangan tersebut. Melalui perancangan dan implementasi sistem akses ruangan ini, dilakukan evaluasi sistem kerja kunci elektrik berbasis komponen motor servo serta jarak dan posisi optimal pembacaan RFID tag guna memberikan kenyamanan pada pengguna ketika mengakses ruangan. RFID tag yang dipergunakan dalam sistem ini berbentuk kartu tipe PICC dan menyimpan kode unik yang digunakan sebagai identifikasi personal. Kode ini dibaca oleh RFID reader tipe RC-522dan divalidasi otoritasnya dengan Arduino Uno Atmega328-PU untuk mengatur sistem kerja kunci elektrik yang dirancang sendiri menggunakan solenoid. Sistem ini dilengkapi pula dengan sistem data base untuk pencatatan pengguna yang mengakses ruangan. Dari hasil pengujian, seluruh (100%) RFID tag dapat dikenali oleh RFID reader dalam tiga posisi berbeda dengan jarak optimal sejauh 2cm .Keseluruhan (100%) aktifitas pengguna yang mengakses ruangan dapat dilihat pada layar LCD. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknologi RFID dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif sistem identifikasi personal untuk sistem akses ruangan.
