Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand engagement on brand awareness and brand image partially. To determine the effect of brand engagement, brand awareness and brand image on brand equity partially. To determine the effect of brand engagement on brand equity through brand awareness and brand image at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Medan. The population in this study was 100 and all of them were sampled using the saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that brand engagement had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, brand engagement had a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand engagement had no effect on brand equity, brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on brand equity, brand image had a positive and significant effect on brand equity, there is no effect of brand engagement on brand awareness and its impact on brand equity and there is no effect of brand engagement on brand image and its impact on brand equity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internet marketing on word of mouth, the effect of internet marketing on advertising effectiveness, the effect of word of mouth on brand awareness, the effect of advertising effectiveness on brand awareness, the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness, the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness through word of mouth. of mouth and the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness through advertising effectiveness. The total population in this study amounted to 110 people and all of them were sampled using a saturated sample. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job embeddedness and work family conflict on turnover intention at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Medan which is moderated by organizational commitment partially. The design of this study is multiple linear regression analysis and MRA is used as an analysis tool to determine how the influence of independent variables on the moderated dependent variable. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The population and sample used in this study were 170 employees. The results of this study indicate that the significance variable of job embeddedness is 0.035 <0.05, this indicates that job embeddedness has a significant effect on turnover intention, so accept Ha and reject H0. From the t count obtained 6.034 and t table 1.974, which means that the job embeddedness variable has a positive effect on turnover intention. The significance of work family conflict is 0.000 <0.05, this shows that work family conflict has a significant effect on turnover intention, so accept Ha and reject H0. From tcount obtained 2.127 and ttable 1.974, which means that the work family conflict variable has a positive effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment moderates the relationship between job embeddedness and turnover intention. Organizational commitment moderates the relationship between work family conflict and turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on work motivation. To determine the partial influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. To determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation at the Medan City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. The population in this study was 133 people and all of them were used as research samples. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The research results show that organization culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organization culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, organization culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation..
