This research find about financing of MULIAâ€™s program programs the one of financing method with murabahah contract at Pegadaian. There goods things as a object are holded by Pegadaan. Exactly the purpose of this research is to know how ascept delays object with murabahah contract in prespective of Islamic economic. The kind of this research is descriptive qualitative, and the location at research is Pegadaian Stariah of Bengkulu. And to collect all of data are conducted by interview and documentation. Based on this research can the conclude that implementation at murabahah contract with delaying in handover of object for financing of MULIAâ€™s program at Pegadaian Syariah Bengkulu are not suitable with prespective of Islamic economic.

Abstract Â : Mechanisms of shariah trading securities at Stock Exchange Indonesia based on the FatwaÂ National Shariah Board (DSN-MUI) can be basis for investors to invest in shariah securities. As a whole, trading mechanism at Stock Exchange Indonesia based on the FatwaÂ National Shariah Board (DSN-MUI)Â has been appropriately implemented. This subject is seen from the criteria indicator to issue Shariah-compliant securities, securities trading mechanisms, types and prohibited transactions, and sharia securities. However, there are still a guilt like a lack of information that is given by brokers so that customers get the wrong information such as fees and contracts made more likely to be destined for brokers (companies).Keywords: Sharia Trading Securities, Shariah Mutual Fund and Shariah Stock, Fatwa DSN-MUI

A company succeeds if management is good. There are many reports of waqf land disputes on waqf institutions. That way it requires tracking the management of waqf management. Given, that the waqf institution is a public organization which certainly requires a good organizational system. Therefore, this journal discusses the management of waqf POAC in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Which is to explain and evaluate the management system in the management of waqf through management functions, namely Planning, Actuating, Organizing, and Controlling. Sources of data in this study come from literature, results of previous studies and facts in the field found by the authors. In accordance with POAC Management that Waqf in Indonesia is not optimal. It can be seen from the planing that has not yet been realized, Organizing which is not optimal in assigning tasks, actuating is not optimal, it can be seen from the many reports of public complaints to the Indonesian Waqf Board and Controling has not been done because it is only done when finding reports.

Inti dari eksplorasi ini adalah untuk membedah standar pemanfaatan dalam Islam di kalangan mahasiswa penerima dana hibah YBM PLN di UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Landasan pendalaman ini adalah untuk melihat apakah ada perubahan besar dalam pola pemanfaatan mahasiswa setelah mendapat hibah, menurut pandangan Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan yang langsung dikaitkan dengan pokok bahasan yang hendak diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa standar pemanfaatan dalam Islam berdampak pada pilihan pembelian mahasiswa penerima hibah YBM PLN di UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Mahasiswa memperhatikan prinsip keadilan dalam menentukan sumber dana uang jajan, memastikan kehalalan barang yang dikonsumsi, menerapkan prinsip kebersihan dalam jenis makanan dan kebiasaan konsumsi, serta menjalankan kesederhanaan dalam memilih produk. Selain itu, mereka menunjukkan kemurahan hati melalui sedekah dan zakat, serta mempraktikkan moralitas dengan berdoa sebelum mengonsumsi produk yang dibeli. Perubahan signifikan terlihat dalam pola konsumsi mahasiswa setelah menerima beasiswa, terutama dari perspektif Islam. Uang jajan yang sebelumnya digunakan untuk membayar UKT kini dialokasikan dengan tepat sesuai kebutuhan. Namun masih sedikit mahasiswa yang umumnya akan memanfaatkan uang tersebut untuk membeli barang-barang yang dibutuhkannya, tidak hanya untuk keperluan konsentrasi saja.

Purpose—This study aims to analyze the empowerment of productive zakat on zakat mustachios at the institution “Dompet Dhuafa "Container Canteen" in the province of Bengkulu through the program in an effort to reduce poverty among mustachios by using the CIBEST model. Method– The method used in this research is field research with a descriptive quantitative approach. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with 10 mustahik involved in the program. This research took place from April to July 2024, with the research location in Bengkulu Province, specifically at mustahik business places that received assistance from the Dompet Dhuafa "Container Canteen" program which runs a poverty alleviation program with CIBEST (Center for Islamic Business and Economic Studies). Result– The distribution of zakat assistance through the "Container Canteen" with the CIBEST model has a positive impact on the income of mustahik households. Specifically, this program can reduce material poverty by 10% and improve the welfare of mustahik households by 47%. Although the spiritual poverty index did not change, there was a decrease in the number of mustahik households in Quadrants I and IV, indicating an improvement in their economic and spiritual conditions. Implication—Measure the welfare of mustahik using the scientific treasures related to the CIBEST model of productive zakat management. The Dompet Dhua'afa Institution can contribute thoughts and input regarding productive zakat management through its programs.

This study is motivated by the need for stable investment instruments that comply with Sharia principles. The gold installment product offered by Pegadaian Syariah has become a popular option, although customer interest is influenced by gold price fluctuations and promotional strategies. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of these two factors on customer interest, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative design, involving 150 respondents who are customers of the gold installment product at Pegadaian Syariah CPS Bengkulu, selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results indicate that both gold price fluctuations and promotional strategies significantly affect customer interest, whether individually or jointly. This implies that gold prices and promotions play an important role in shaping customer preferences toward the gold installment product. The study provides a theoretical contribution to the literature on consumer behavior in Islamic economics as well as practical insights for Islamic financial institutions in designing effective promotional strategies. Thus, careful management of price fluctuations and promotional activities is key to enhancing the attractiveness, competitiveness, and market position of Sharia-based investment products..
