Abstract

In order to build an Islamic economic system in Islamic state, a state should manage its finance based on the principles of Sharia, both in the terms of earning or incomes and their allocations on the earnings side, a state should manage their incomes according to Islamic way. Than the result of their incomes should be allocated in order to achieve their goals, which is the prosperity of society. Tax is a policy which is settled by a government and decided according to the needs or necessities of state its self. For example, Malaysia has decided and managed their incomes sources such as tax, zakat, and awqaf. And they were allocated according to the needs or necessities of a state such as infrastructure, salaries, subsidies, and also to eight parts of zakat receiver.

Abstract

In producing the goods when viewed from the perspective of the Islamic way of production, manufacturers produce the goods in an attempt to create maslahah, which seek profit through production that is not prohibited and protected from the exploitation of natural resources. Maslahah itself is divided into two components, namely the benefits and blessings. Production activities can be seen in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is currently one example of the active role of government in promoting the productivity of the people in the industry. Pembangungan industry effort aimed at expanding employment opportunities and increase production. One form of community contributions by active production activities are SMEs Fish Processing Unit (UPI) Mino Ngudi Lestari, located in the hamlet of Nayan, Maguwoharjo, Yogyakarta. The main problem is formulated in this research is how the production of products of fish processing in Mino UPI Ngudi Lestari viewed from the perspective of production in Islam. The results of this research are production systems that are applied by SMEs UPI Mino Ngudi Lestari manage fish into refined products overall compliance with production systems in Islamic. Of the several factors highlighted, all these factors have been in accordance with the production system Islamically, just revamping the organizational factors that need to be better.Keywords: Islamic Production, Products, Fish, SMEs

Abstract

Ibn Khaldun is an Islamic scholar with various works, especially in the muqaddimah book which explains the principles of taxation. According to Ibn Khaldun, the imposition of low taxes on the people will make the people more incentivized to do business and develop the business world. On the other hand, the imposition of high taxes on the people will be reluctant to pay taxes so that the production done by the people will decrease and affect the tax revenue itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Ibn Khaldun's theory and the current downturn in economic growth. This research method is library research research with a descriptive qualitative approach with the data source used is secondary data consisting of the book "muqaddimah" and other theories derived from books, journals, and official websites that are relevant to the research. The data that has been collected is analyzed using the Content Analysis Method. This study concludes that Ibn Khaldun's thoughts are very relevant when applied in facing the recession in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises sector(SMEs) in Indonesia increases business competition become strict and complicate among them. Competition of existing businesses tends to be unhealthy and ignore the ethical values. It makes the discourse of business ethics at SMEs is indispensable in order to form the basis for operations and avoid deviations ethical values. As a manufacturer of fish processing has been certified halal by the MUI,SMEs XYZ should be able to apply Islamic business ethics in its activities. So it is not only profit oriented, but also pay attention to ethical values. This study aimed to describe the implementation of Islamic business ethics which consists of four (4) axiomswhich areunity, equilibrium, free will, and responsibility in SMEs XYZ. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis through the 4 (four) stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result in this study is SMEs XYZ was implemented Islamic business ethics on its operations.

Abstract

Usaha micro small and medium (MSMEs) Indonesia paralyzed duringthe Covid-19 pandemic. This is due to government policies in controlling Covid-19 that interfere with MSME activities. As a result, the income of small and medium-sized and micro businesses decreased. Small and medium-sized micro-businesses are in decline. You have to deal with this situation if you want to survive. The purpose of this study is to find out how micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) strategies can survive the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is carried out with qualitative research. This type of research is a descriptive data collection method that uses structured and gradual interviews. The results of direct observations showed that during the covid-19 pandemic, MSMEs implemented various strategies to maintain business continuity, namely, product and service quality improvement strategies, product strategies, price strategies, and also promotional strategies. MSME actors must also provide friendly service to customers and quality products, so that consumers can trust or choose good product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of financing for the indonesian syariah bank in the city of Bengkulu in rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring of micro, small and medium business customers during the covid-19 pandemic, the research method used is qualitative methods. This type of research includes field research because it directly gets data from the field to find out the real situation. When the research took place at the beginning of September 2020-March 2021 and located at the Bank Syariah Indonesia branch office of S. Parman 2. This research is descriptive and uses two data, namely primary data and secondary data, where the primary data is obtained from Bank Syariah Indonesia Bengkulu city and secondary data obtained from notes, books, website publications, journals, articles, theses, and others. Data collection using three methods, namely observation so that it is directly aimed at the Bank Syariah Indonesia Bengkulu city, interviews to ask questions and answers, and documentation such as archives, reports, and so on. The results of the study are that in addition to still providing financing to customers during the covid-19 period, in rescheduling, the role of the bank is to provide an extension of the payment period, while in reconditioning. MSME customers affected by covid-19 can submit a restructuring application letter, but with the agreement of the two parties who are equally willing, and so is the restructuring, with is the conversion of a financing contract, where MSME customers are given any installment payment relief they can for 1 year.

Abstract

Poverty is a complex problem, therefore it is necessary to find solutions to overcome the problem. The aim of this research is to see the influence of economic growth, unemployment, and government spending and special autonomy funds (DOK) on poverty levels. This research is quantitative research using panel data regression. The data used is time series data (2017-2022 period) and cross section data (13 regencies/cities in West Papua Province). The results of this research show; GRDP has an influence on poverty with a negative relationship. The unemployment rate has no influence on poverty. The level of government spending has a significant influence on poverty with a positive relationship. The Special Autonomy Fund (DOK) has no influence on poverty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study 1) to determine the role of BMT Syari'ah Jaya Abadi in increasing micro business income in Giri Mulya District, North Bengkulu Regency. 2) To find out what are the obstacles of BMT Syari'ah Jaya Abadi in increasing micro business income in Giri Mulya District, North Bengkulu Regency. The approach used in this research is non-participant qualitative and descriptive analysis method. Data was collected through direct explanations from the head of BMT Syari'ah Jaya Abadi, Managers and Customers of Syari'ah Jaya Abadi as the unit of analysis for this research. The results of this study indicate that 1) The role of BMT Syari'ah Jaya Abadi, Giri Mulya District, North Bengkulu Regency, namely first, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in the community. Second, being able to suppress the practice of usury in the midst of society. Third, improve people's welfare. 2) The obstacles to BMT Syari'ah Jaya Abadi, Giri Mulya District, North Bengkulu Regency, namely the delay in returning customers' capital money and the large number of customers who have not been able to manage their finances
