Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi, khususnya di institusi keislaman seperti STAIN Meulaboh, menekankan pentingnya pengalaman lapangan dalam pembentukan mahasiswa STAIN dari berbagai jurusan dan prodi. Jurnal ini membahas upaya meningkatkan prestasi dengan belajar mengajar sebagai langkah strategis untuk mengintegrasikan teori dengan praktik dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan utama adalah memperkaya pengalaman mahasiswa dan memperkuat hubungan antara STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh dengan masyarakat Gampong Labuhan Tarok II dengan tujuan menciptakan sinergi positif dalam dunia pendidikan. Studi ini mengintegrasikan studi pendahuluan, analisis kebutuhan, desain program pengalaman lapangan, pelaksanaan praktik, dan evaluasi. Survei dan wawancara digunakan untuk memahami kebutuhan dan harapan dari berbagai pihak. Program Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan teori, fokus pada pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi, dan pengembangan karakter. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pemantauan dan feedback dari pamong pembimbing dan dosen pembimbing. Hasil jurnal menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi kuliah pengabdian masyarakat memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan profesionalisme dan keterampilan mahasiswa STAIN Meulaboh. Gampong Labuhan Tarok II, sebagai mitra, turut merasakan manfaat kolaborasi ini. Kerjasama ini diharapkan dapat berlanjut, memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kedua institusi, serta memperkaya lingkungan pendidikan di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

The belief that women are weak and inferior has been a long-standing discussion in the Woyla community, leading to the perception that women are unfit for leadership, much like the classical scholars who largely prohibited women from leading. However, most contemporary scholars allow female leadership, interpreting the same Qur'anic verses differently. This study focuses on the views of dayah scholars in Woyla, Aceh Barat, aiming to explore their stance on female leadership and whether the Qur'an explicitly addresses this issue. Field research reveals that the majority of dayah scholars in Woyla hold that women should not be leaders, citing Surah An-Nisa, verse 34, as a basis for their argument. Nonetheless, they allow women to lead in specific areas outside of household and family matters, relying on Qur'anic verses that emphasize human equality and the mutual support of individuals without distinguishing between male and female. This nuanced understanding shows that while traditional views may restrict women’s leadership in certain domains, there is space for female leadership in other contexts based on broader interpretations of equality in the Qur’an.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education in Asmaul Husna's material through the use of PowerPoint media and the Cooperative Script learning model at SD Negeri Keulembah. The problem faced is the low learning outcomes and student involvement in Asmaul Husna's learning. This study uses the classroom action research method (PTK) with two implementation cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. PowerPoint media is used to present material visually and attractively, while the Cooperative Script model is applied to improve interaction and cooperation between students. The results of the study showed a significant increase in learning outcomes and student activities after the implementation of the two media. The average score of students increased from 73.47 in the pre-cycle to 83.91 in the second cycle, with classical completeness reaching 91.30%. In addition, student activities in participating in learning also experienced an increase as seen from observations during the learning process. This study concludes that the combination of PowerPoint media and the Cooperative Script learning model is effective in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education, especially Asmaul Husna material at SD Negeri Keulembah. Therefore, it is recommended for teachers to integrate the use of visual media and cooperative learning models in the teaching and learning process.
