Abstract

A number of Islamic financial institutions able to provide non-bankable requirement by limiting loan plafond in order to reduce credit risk. That condition can hamper Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME)’s growth. This is proven by only 13.21% of MSME that only have been served by obtaining access to Islamic finance. Study about MSME’s Growth have general purpose to analyze interaction between Financial Literacy and Sharia Financial Access to Finance to MSME’s Growth. This study adopted quantitative research design and used Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method by SmartPLS 3.0 to run the data. Population in this research was all MSME’s actor in Semarang that put 100 samples contributing in this research by convenience technique. The finding of the research found Financial Literacy and Access to Sharia Finance affect performance, Financial Literacy affects Access to Sharia Finance and financial Literacy cannot be mediator for the relationship between Access to Sharia Finance to MSME’s growth.

Abstract

This research has the following objectives: to describe how childfree is debated and to find out how childfree can be used as propaganda material. The type of research used in this research is library research to collect and analyze data sourced from libraries in the form of books, articles, journals, documents and other library materials that can be used as reference sources by collecting data. secondary in the form of documentation, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the childfree phenomenon in Indonesia is not well known and still often receives negative responses from the public, giving rise to pros and cons to this day. The results also show that 1) there is a need for da'wah material to rectify the childfree issue by giving direction to the community by delivering childfree material that is correct and easy for the public to understand. 2) It's time for preachers to return society's mafahim (understanding), maqayis (standards of thinking), and qanaat (feelings of love and hate) to Islamic mafahim, maqayis, and qanaat which are based on the material of preaching, namely aqidah, law, morals, and shariat Islam.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang Efektivitas Manajemen Masjid dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pelayanan kepada Jama’ah di Masjid Al-Ikhlas Perum BPI Ngaliyan Semarang. Dengan pokok permasalahan bagaimana Efektivitas Manajemen Idarah, Imarah, dan Ri’ayah Masjid Al-Ikhlas Perum BPI Ngaliyan Semarang dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pelayanan kepada Jamaah. Dalam pengumpulan data, digunakan motode penelitian lapangan seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, untuk mengetahui bagaimana mutu pelayanan yang diberikan Takmir Masjid Al-Ikhlas Perum BPI kepada jama'ahnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriftif kualitataif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi mengenai subjek penelitian yang berdasarkan dari sumber data yang di peroleh dari subjek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di lapangan oleh peneliti menunjukkan Masjid Al-Ikhlas Perum BPI Ngaliyan Semarang telah mencapai efektivitas manajemen dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada jama'ah.
