Salah satu potensi yang kini sedang dipromosikan adalah Produk Hutan Kayu, seperti bambu. Sejak zaman dahulu bambu telah dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk bahan bangunan, perlengakapan rumah tangga, makanan dan obat-obatan tradisional dan alat musik. Bambu sering ditemukan di sekitar pemukiman terutama di daerah pedesaan. Bambu sebagai sumber daya alam bila dieksploitasi secara terus menerus keberadaannya akan terancam. produk bambu benar-benar memiliki nilai estitika tinggi. Jika bambu menjadi bahan kerajinan akan menambah nilai ekonomi tinggi dan merupakan prospek industri yang sangat baik. Selain bahan bambu tidak merusak lingkungan dan dengan demikian membantu menjaga kelestarian alam dan mengurangi terjadinya Pemanasan Global. Konsumen akan lebih suka untuk memilih produk ramah lingkungan. Keberadaan Kelompok Kerajinan Bambu di Desa Pehkulon petumbuhannya lambat dan produk-produknya dianggap masyarakat tidak menarik. Hal ini disebabkan banyak pengrajin yang beralih profesi, di samping kurangnya alat-alat produksi yang dimiliki oleh pengrajin bambu. Selama ini para pengrajin, membuat kerajinan bambu hanya menggunakan alat yang sangat sederhana dari pisau dan parang. Selain itu, para seniman tidak memahami ilmu manajemen, seperti manajemen keuangnan, manajemen produksi, manajemen pemasaran, akuntansi dan tidak mendapat bimbingan dan trainingin kewirausahaan. Setelah adanya kegiatan pelayanan masyarakat dilakukan kelompok usaha pengrajin telah mampu membuat berbagai Diversifikasi produk dan inovasi seperti: lampu hias bambu, putaran casing atas bambu, Keyboard bambu, Mouse bambu, mebel bambu, air mancur bambu, Ornament bambu, dll . dengan kegiatan bantuan, pelatihan, dan diskusi partisipatif, kelompok bisnis bambu dapat menghasilkan produk yang bervariasi, dan inovasi yang menarik sehingga mampu bersaing dan peningkatan pendapatan pengrajin.Keywords: Bambu, Nilai Estetika, Nilai Ekonomi, Pemanasan Global, Diversifikasi Produk, Inovasi,Kreativitas

Abstract

This research explains the influence of location, taste and price on purchasing decisions at Sate Pak Eko Satak, Puncu Kediri District. The method in this research is the quantitative method and the technical analysis used is validity test, reliability test, correlation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial test), f test (simultaneous test), and R2 coefficient of determination test. The population in this study was 100 respondents. The sample collection technique in this research used incidental sampling (a technique for determining samples based on chance) and the number of samples used was 100 respondents. In this research, the results showed that location had no partial and significant influence on purchasing decisions, taste had a partial and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and price had a partial and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, location, taste and price together have a big relationship to purchasing decisions, and location, taste and price have a simultaneous and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The condition of the Indonesian economy has decreased due to external and internal factors of the country. As one of the government agencies, the Badan Pusat Statistik requires civil servants who contribute greatly in order to achieve the goals of the state in national development with maximum employee work productivity. To increase organizational productivity, employees must have the work skills, experience and competencies needed to provide quality services to colleagues and external stakeholders who have an interest in BPS organizations related to Kediri District. This research aims to determine the effect of work skills, work experience and work competence on employee work productivity at BPS Kediri District. The analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, correlation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test. The population of this research is all 33 employees and a sample of 33 respondents using a saturated sample. The results of research at the BPS Kediri District show that the Variable of Work Skills (X1), Work Experience (X2), and Work Competency (X3) jointly affect the variable Work Productivity (Y) Sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of influencer marketing, brand image, and taste on purchasing decisions at Sate Bu Jumangin Kediri. The method used in this study is quantitative. The sample was obtained using the purposive sampling technique, with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (r2), t-test, and F-test. The results of the study indicate that influencer marketing significantly influences purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.0004 < 0.05. Brand image has an effect but is not significant on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.203 > 0.05. Taste has an effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. All three variables show significant effects on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Ruang lingkup pada penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada bagian Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia mengenai pengaruh pelaksanaan perekrutan terhadap produktivitas kerja di UD. Berkah Mulia Kediri. Dalam proses penelitian ini, lokasi yang akan menjadi tempat penelitian adalah UD. Berkah Mulia Kediri yang beralamatkan di Ds. Manyaran RT. 01 RW. 02 Kec. Banyakan Kabupaten Kediri Jawa Timur. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang, dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan saturated sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh terdapat pengaruh rekomendasi karyawan lama (X1) terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan (Y), hal ini dibuktikan dengan Nilai thitung (7,935) > ttabel (1,697) dan nilai signifikan. t (0,000) < 0,05. Peranan manajemen dalam perusahaan dengan proses perekrutan melalui rekomendasi karyawan lama (X1) yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan (Y) pada UD. Berkah Mulia Kediri hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil persamaan regresi berganda sebagai berikut : Y = 0,340 + 0,817 X1 + 0,119 X2.
