Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan tingkat literasi keuangan mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi UNISKA Kediri dan menganalisis pengaruh gender, usia, pekerjaan orang tua, jumlah penghasilan orang tua mahasiswa terhadap tingkat literasi keuangan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa program studi manajemen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 343 mahasiswa. Tes literasi keuangan dilakukan untuk menilai tingkat literasi keuangan mahasiswa kemudian di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gender berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap literasi keuangan. Usia berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap literasi keuangan. Pekerjaan orang tua berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap literasi keuangan. Penghasilan orang tua berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap literasi keuangan.

Abstract

The condition of the Indonesian economy has decreased due to external and internal factors of the country. As one of the government agencies, the Badan Pusat Statistik requires civil servants who contribute greatly in order to achieve the goals of the state in national development with maximum employee work productivity. To increase organizational productivity, employees must have the work skills, experience and competencies needed to provide quality services to colleagues and external stakeholders who have an interest in BPS organizations related to Kediri District. This research aims to determine the effect of work skills, work experience and work competence on employee work productivity at BPS Kediri District. The analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, correlation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test. The population of this research is all 33 employees and a sample of 33 respondents using a saturated sample. The results of research at the BPS Kediri District show that the Variable of Work Skills (X1), Work Experience (X2), and Work Competency (X3) jointly affect the variable Work Productivity (Y) Sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Abstract. In a company or organization, human resources (HR) are an important component because the success of the company depends on the role of the individuals in it. Internal elements in a company, such as work culture and competencies that are in line with the ability of individuals to carry out tasks and responsibilities, can affect the quality of performance and success in achieving goals. This study aims to determine the "Influence of Competence and Work Culture on Employee Performance at CV Elraya Kediri". The analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, multiple linear analysis, and determination coefficient tests. The population in this study was 60 employees and the sample used was 38 employees because it used a simple random sampling technique. The results of the study on CV Elraya Kediri employees showed that competency partially had a significant effect on employee performance and work culture partially had a significant effect on employee performance and competency and work culture simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance Keyword : Competence, Work Culture and Employee Performance Abstrak. Dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi, sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan komponen penting karena keberhasilan perusahaan bergantung pada peran individu-individu yang ada di dalamnya. Elemen internal dalam suatu perusahaan, seperti budaya kerja dan kompetensi yang selaras dengan kemampuan individu dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab, dapat mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja dan keberhasilan dalam mencapai tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang “Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada CV Elraya Kediri ”. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, analisis linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan 38 karyawan dikarenakan menggunakan teknik pengambilan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian pada karyawan CV Elraya Kediri menunjukkan hasil kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan budaya kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta kompetensi dan budaya kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Budaya Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Facilities, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Performance at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tirta Dhaha, Kediri City. The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and determination coefficient tests. The sample in this study was 83 respondents and used saturated samples for sampling. The results of the study indicate that Work Facilities have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value (3.923)> t table (1.664) and a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05, Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value (4.681)> t table (1.664) and a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05, Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value (22.424)> t table (1.664) and a sig. value. 0.000 < 0.05, and Work Facilities, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated F value (229.135) > F table (2.720) and a sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

Abstract. This scholarly work offers an in-depth examination of the emerging challenges and opportunities that both employers and employees must consider to effectively adapt and thrive in the ever-evolving world. Purposeng was used to recruit interview and focus group participants based on their professional expertise and diverse demographic backgrounds. Stratified random sampling was also applied to ensure a balanced demographic representation. Content categorization was conducted on interview and focus group transcripts to identify recurring themes, patterns, and key insights. The findings confirm that the current work landscape is undergoing a dynamic transformation, particularly with the increased adoption of remote and hybrid work models. This shift is compelling organizations to reassess the design of physical workspaces, management systems, and internal communication structures. The rapid advancement of technology further necessitates a culture of continuous learning and adaptive thinking. Moreover, the integration of digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making is reshaping organizational cultures and structures to become more flexible and sustainability-oriented, reflecting the value shifts of the current and incoming workforce. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) can enhance competitiveness at Lapak Labu Pak Roni. This research employed a qualitative method with two key informants, namely the owner and an employee. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings indicate that the implementation of the 4P marketing strategy (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) at Lapak Labu Pak Roni has proven effective in maintaining business sustainability, increasing customer loyalty, and strengthening competitiveness in Ngronggo Market. The implication of this research shows that the 4P strategy is not only relevant for large businesses, but can also be a practical reference for traditional UMKM in improving competitiveness through product innovation and social media utilization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pemasaran digital dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada UD Sekar Wilis Kediri. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena penurunan penjualan pada tahun 2024 karena strategi pemasaran masih berfokus pada offline dan terbatas pada media sosial seperti Facebook dan WhatsApp. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap owner, karyawan, serta konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital melalui Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, dan terutama Shopee mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar, membangun interaksi dengan konsumen melalui chat, review, dan komentar, serta meningkatkan daya tarik produk melalui konten berupa foto, video, dan deskripsi produk. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemanfaatan fitur promosi Shopee serta minimnya inovasi konten digital. Kesimpulannya, implementasi pemasaran digital khususnya melalui Shopee berpotensi meningkatkan penjualan, memperluas pasar, dan memperkuat daya saing UD Sekar Wilis.

Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the most fundamental benchmark for building arguments, novelty and research gaps in the research being carried out. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers collected by distributing online questionnaires to Astra employees spread throughout Indonesia. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show shows that the Social Media variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on employee performance. This is because the P-Values value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.004. This result is because the better employees are at using social media, the easier it will be for employees to complete work, such as if they don't know how to do something, they can search on YouTube, Google and other platforms, and can ask someone who knows better. Apart from that, social media can make it easier to communicate without meeting in person, simplify difficult administration, and so on which can make it easier for employees to complete their work so that they can improve employee performance. Apart from that, in the second row of the table, the three path coefficients show the same results if the Talent Management variable can moderate the influence of the Social Media variable on Employee Performance because of the same thing, namely the P-Values value which is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant. from direct testing 0.004. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted and proven. Keywords: Social Media, Talent Management, Employee Performance
