Pelaksanaan pemilihan umum di Indonesia cenderung disoroti sebagai konflik yang terjadwal apabila tidak diatur secara tegas dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. kendatipun serangkaian peraturan telah dibuat untuk menyelesaikan persoalan pemilu, namun juga tidak selesai, bahkan masih banyak pihak yang secara terang-terangan menampilkan perannya dalam melanggar ketentuan tersebut tetapi belum ditindak. Penyurusan jurnal yang ditujukan untuk menjawab 2 (dua) rumusan masalah diantaranya (1) Bagaimana pengaturan normatif terkait kontekstualitas komunikasi politik di Indonesia dalam perspektif hukum tata negara? (2) Bagaimana stabilitas komunikasi Politik antar partai di Indonesia jelang Pemilihan Umum Presiden Republik Indonesia Periode 2019-2024 tahun 2019?. Tujuan penyusunan jurnal ini adalah dapat menguraikan dasar yuridis yang menjadi indikator dalam menentukan kontekstualitas komunikasi politik yang meliputi unsur waktu, situasi dan kondisi serta sarana dan prasarana. Dapat mendeskripsikan stabilitas komunikasi politik antar partai dengan meninjau dari aspek rivalitas dan platform partai jelang Pemilihan Umum Presiden Tahun 2019. Jurnal ini disusun dengan metode penelitian normatif didukung dengan pendekatan analisis dan sintesis, pendekatan fakta dan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasil akhir penyusunan jurnal ini bermuara pada kesimpulan bahwa (1) Kontekstualitas pelaksanaan pemilu di Indonesia telah ditentukan dari beberapa sudut pandang yakni waktu, sistem kampanye, sarana kampanye, wujud dan sifat pelaksanaannya; sedangkan (2) adanya ketidakstabilan dalam pelaksanaan pemilu 2019 mendatang oleh karena terjadinya sistem koalisi yang melatarbelakangi gerakan oposisi melalui gerakan #gantipresiden. Kata Kunci : Survei, pemilihan umum, demokrasi, kontekstualitas, komunikasi politik.

Kebersamaan masyarakat di Pulau Timor dalam beberapa waktu terakhir menjadi sebuah perhatian dengan maraknya praktik kumpul keluarga. Tradisi ini dipraktikan dengan maksud untuk mendukung setiap anggota keluarga untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu namun pergeseran paradigma berpikir tentang tradisi hukum adat justru memberikan kesan bahwa tradisi ini tidak lagi memberikan kesan sosio-kultural namun lebih dari sebuah alat politik dengan mengorbankan moralitas dari masyarakat. Pergeseran yang disiratkan dari tradisi kumpul keluarga meninggalkan kesan bahwa kumpul keluarga bukan lagi merupakan sebuah tradisi melainkan sebuah kebiasaan yang mengurangi tanggung jawab dari setiap individu terhadap kepentingan pribadinya.

Partai politik memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap ide berpolitik di Indonesia. Hal ini memunculkan asumsi terhadap kualitas serta tipe demokrasi yang hendak dicari dari sebuah ide berpolitik dalam sistem kepartaian sehingga dengan menggunakan pendekatan NSM, diharapkan dapat memberikan sebuah pencerahan terhadap semantic primitif dari sebuah ide berpolitik dalam negara demokrasi. Penyusunan jurnal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normastif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, analisis dan konseptual serta bentuk pendekatan metabahasa semantic alami (NSM). The exploration of Restorative Justice (RJ) in Indonesia's border areas, particularly within the context of North Central Timor High School, reveals intriguing insights into its implementation and reception among students. This study, employing an empirical legal research approach focused on statutory analysis, factual examination, and thoughtful analysis, sheds light on the evolving landscape of Indonesia's criminal justice system. Notably, the research highlights that while PERMENDIKBUD 46/23 initially adopts a distributive punishment framework, there exists a growing inclination towards adopting RJ principles. A significant proportion of students, constituting 55.50%, express strong support for the incorporation of RJ within the school environment. Moreover, a majority (51%) acknowledge the presence of RJ initiatives within their schools, emphasizing the gradual acceptance of this alternative approach. Furthermore, the findings underscore the importance of transparency in RJ practices, with 40% of students recognizing its significance. Additionally, a notable percentage (35.5%) of students endorse the application of RJ in addressing issues of sexual violence, signaling a potential avenue for addressing such sensitive matters within the school community. Crucially, a substantial proportion (43.33%) of students advocate for the active involvement of schools in facilitating the resolution of sexual violence cases through RJ processes. This underscores the pivotal role educational institutions can play in fostering a culture of accountability and restoration. Overall, the student perspectives elucidated in this research offer valuable insights into the feasibility and efficacy of RJ in addressing not only disciplinary matters but also complex issues like sexual violence within educational settings. As Indonesia continues to explore innovative approaches to justice, the embrace of RJ principles signifies a promising step towards fostering a more inclusive and restorative justice system.

The policy of Victor Laiskodat as the Governor of East Nusa Tenggara has highlight public attention since the obligation to start learning hours at 05.00 WITA (Central Indonesia Time) because the government has improved the allocation of education funds on East Nusa Tenggara Province is 34% of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Besides that, the policy of the Regent of North Central Timor prohibits smoking and eating betel nut as well as requiring the demolition for smoking and eating betel nut facility. Those policy then bring up an issue about conception regulation policy as well as performance of legislation in East Nusa Tenggara. This research has formulated with normative study, supported by legislation approach, analysis and conceptual approach, and the facts approach, then the author finds the final results and recommendations that the policy does not meet the criteria intended in a policy regulation and even resulting conflicting norms while legislative performance in East Nusa Tenggara Province is still needs to be improved, especially in the aspect of understanding basic legal concepts and policy

Menyatakan kehadiran Tuhan melalui sebuah enigma “demi keadilan berdasarkan ketuhanan yang maha esa” menyiratkan sebuah kesan terhadap keputusan Tuhan yang turut telah dipertimbangkan pada setiap putusan pengadilan. Menelusuri serangkaian peristiwa kemudian memunculkan sebuah ide tentang “Adakah Tuhan di Pengadilan” untuk menelaah pada 2 (dua) rumusan masalah yakni (1) Apakah Tuhan eksis di Pengadilan? (2) Bagaimana wujud keberadaan Tuhan di Pengadilan? Yang bertujuan untuk (1) Menguraikan benar/tidaknya kehadiran Tuhan di Pengadilan sedangkan (2) Wujud dari keberadaan Tuhan di Pengadilan. Disusun dalam metode penulisan hukum normatif dengan pendekatan analisis dan pendekatan konseptual yang dikombinasikan dengan metode kritis kontruktif maka analisis ini menghasilkan sebuah softscience bahwa (1) Tuhan eksis di Pengadilan; (2) Tuhan mengambil wujud sebagai udara di Pengadilan.
