Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: proses pembelajaran PPKn, pengamalan nilai-nilai sila I Pancasila, dan   hubungan pembelajaran PPKn dengan pengamalan nilai-nilai sila I Pancasila. Populasi penelitian seluruh peserta didik kelas VI SD Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto yang berjumlah 34. Seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian, sehingga merupakan sensus. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner tertutup. Analisis data dengan persentasi dan  korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan proses pembelajaran PPKn kuat (79%), pengamalan nilai-nilai sila I Pancasila kuat (91%) dan  ada korelasi yang signifikan antara proses pembelajaran PPKn dengan pengamalan nilai-nilai sila I Pancasila, rxy (6,31).   Full Paper

Abstract

Realitas empirik memperlihatkan terjadinya dekadensi moral, degradasi perilaku, dan erosi etika yang memerlukan penanganan yang lebih serius. Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran kepribadian yang diberikan dari jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi guna mengantisipasi kondisi tersebut. Pembelajaran PKn di sekolah dasar menjadi sangat penting karena pada usia inilah kepribadian anak lebih mudah dibentuk dan diarahkan untuk mampu memahami, memaknai, nilai-nilai luhur yang diajarkan dan selanjutnya diharapkan dapat terwujud dalam perilaku sikap mulia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari peserta didik. Pendekatan penelitian berdasarkan studi literatur. Bagimana PKn ini muncul sebagai pembelajaran, apakah proses pelaksanakan sesuai dalam konteks sekolah dasar, bagaimana penerapan nilai-nilai luhur siswa di lingkungan sekolah, hingga pembelajaran PKn yang berlangsung sesuai dengan harapan, menjadi bagian-bagian yang akan dikaji, sehingga dapat diketahui dan dipahami bahwa PKn memang sangat penting diberikan pada peserta didik dari jenjang sekolah dasar sampai perguruan tinggi guna tercapainya tujuan pendidikan hingga mereka cerdas dalam mengembangkan kepribadiannya untuk bekal hidup di masa depan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that the values of Pancasila character in schools are starting to fade. Evidenced by the many cases of juvenile delinquency, student bullying, lack of discipline and responsibility, and drugs. Schools as educational institutions are expected to be agents of change for students. The teacher is a figure who is always digested and imitated by students. The role of the teacher as a role model and motivator has a big role in student reception. The results of the study proved that there was an improvement in conditions before and after the study. These objectives are: (1) To describe the role of classroom teachers in student personality research at SDN 3 Kebutuhduwur, Pagedongan District, Banjarnegara. (2) To describe how to apply the values of Pancasila characters to personality traits in SDN 3 Kebutuhduwur, Pagedongan District, Banjarnegara. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results show that the role of classroom teachers in the application of the character values of Pancasila can increase the sense of discipline and responsibility towards their duties.

Abstract

Abstract. The background of this study is the low attitude of student discipline during distance learning. This study aims to determine the benefits of WhatsApp groups in distance learning on improving the discipline attitude of elementary school students. Student discipline is very important to improve learning outcomes. The data used is secondary data, as well as the research method used is literature study research. The analysis technique used in this study is the content analysis. The data obtained will be collected, analyzed, and concluded to get the expected conclusion. Based on the results of literature research from several journals written by researchers previously showed that the use of WhatsApp groups in distance learning is very useful in the process of increasing student discipline.

Abstract

Rendahnya sikap toleransi dan tanggung jawab siswa melatarbelakangi penelitian ini, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap toleransi dan sikap tanggung jawab siswa SD N 1 Patikraja pada proses pembelajaran, dan mengetahui faktor penyebab kurangnya sikap toleransi dan tanggung jawab siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Patikraja pada proses pembelajaran. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, instrumen observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas V SD N 1 Patikraja saat proses pembelajaran mempunyai sikap toleransi yang baik, hanya saja masih ada dua atau tiga siswa yang suka memilih-milih teman dalam berkelompok sedangkan sikap tanggung jawab siswa kelas V SD N 1 Patikraja saat proses pembelajaran sebagian besar sudah bagus, lebih dari lima belas siswa mempunyai sikap tanggung jawab yang bagus. Kurangnya sikap toleransi dan tanggung jawab siswa itu dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya melaksanakan hak dan kewajiban (faktor internal), pola asuh orang tua dan teman sebaya (faktor eksternal). Kata kunci : Sikap Toleransi, Sikap Tanggung Jawab, Proses Pembelajaran

Abstract

 This study discusses the learning barriers faced by students in the learning process in grade IV at SD Negeri 2 Sokaraja Banjarnegara. The main focus of the study covers cognitive aspects that influence the learning process in the classroom. The method used is a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that students have difficulty understanding memorization material, reading story questions, and constructing sentences when writing. The students' concentration levels are low, they are easily distracted by their surroundings, and they tend to be passive. The students are unable to respond to the teacher's explanations to the fullest extent. Some students exhibit hyperactive behavior. This study aims to identify the forms of learning barriers experienced by students and the efforts made by teachers to overcome these barriers in the classroom environment. Learning media are limited to pictures, videos, and textbooks. The teaching methods used are lecture-based and lack variety. The home learning environment is not supportive, as students do not receive tutoring because they live with their grandparents. There is a high dependence on gadgets, and material review at home is rarely done. School facilities are minimal, and there are no special programs available for students with learning difficulties. Teachers have made efforts to establish personal communication, but these efforts have not yet yielded significant results. Learning evaluations indicate that most students are unable to complete assignments independently. The learning process is not optimal and does not address the learning needs of all students.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the forms of learning barriers experienced by students and the teacher's efforts to overcome these barriers in the classroom environment. Learning media are limited to pictures, videos, and textbooks. The learning methods applied are lecture-based and less varied. The learning environment at home is less supportive, students do not get tutoring because they live with their grandparents. Dependence on gadgets is high, repetition of material at home is rarely done. School facilities are minimal, there are no special programs for students with learning disabilities. Teachers have tried to establish personal communication, but it has not had a significant impact. Learning evaluations show that most students have not been able to solve problems independently. The learning process is not running optimally and has not answered the learning needs of all students.

Abstract

The implementation of critical thinking skills in the basic education curriculum in the 21st century presents real challenges for educators, especially in the realm of primary level education. This study examines in depth the challenges faced by second grade teachers at SD Negeri 2 Karanganyar Purbalingga. Application of critical thinking skills elements in the learning stages. This research applies a qualitative case study approach, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis. The findings of the research show that teachers experience various challenges in their learning practices, including one of the limitations in understanding the concept of critical thinking; the lack of professional training that is aligned with the principles of 21st-century learning has not been fully met; and the limited availability of adequate media and learning resources contributes to the challenges in efforts to stimulate students' critical thinking skills. Internal learner factors, such as low curiosity and language limitations, act as barriers to the development of critical thinking skills from an early age. In classroom management, teachers are faced with challenges in order to achieve optimal learning outcomes and in line with the main considerations with the cognitive stages of students II so that teachers can design more meaningful learning experiences. This research shows that improving teachers' competencies through continuous training and the provision of relevant learning resources play an important role in supporting the success of 21st century skills-based learning. The findings of this study are expected to have essential contributive potential and seek to enrich understanding among academics, educational practitioners and policy makers regarding improving the quality of learning in the early phases of formal education.

Abstract

Program pembiasaan metode muroja’ah yang dibuat oleh sekolah merupakan salah satu upaya untuk membentuk dan mengembangkan karakter disiplin pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi karakter disiplin siswa kelas I melalui metode muroja’ah di MI Muhammadiyah Cindaga Banyumas, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat, serta dampak sikap pada siswa kelas I. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif dengan strategi pendekatan studi kasus. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles, Huberman and Saldana (interactive model). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa siswa kelas I memiliki karakter disiplin yang tinggi dalam proses kegiatan pembiasaan muroja’ah. Faktor yang mendukung seperti adanya dukungan dari komite sekolah, dukungan dan kerjasama guru, serta dukungan orang tua. Fasilitas sekolah yang belum nyaman, kemampuan anak yang berbeda, kemampuan konsentrasi siswa dalam muroja’ah dan pengawasan dari orang tua ketika muroja’ah di rumah, kurangnya motivasi siswa, sertapemahaman guru yang belum sama dalam menguasai metode muroja’ah dan bacaan tartili menjadi faktor penghambat. Dampak sikap yang muncul dari implementasi karakter disiplin pada siswa kelas I diantaranya disiplin waktu, disiplin setoran hafalan, disiplin tanggungjawab, dan disiplin berpakaian.
