Abstract

Many changes to the curriculum in Indonesia have also been made because they follow current developments or could also be due to other things such as changes in leaders including the minister of education, evaluation of the previous curriculum which was deemed less effective, and so on. Various problems that arise during curriculum development need to be reviewed further in depth and analyzed carefully. PeThis study uses a literature review research method. Literature review research is the result of analyzing various information and conceptual data, qualitative data and quantitative data from several research articles published earlier and containing theories related to the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in elementary schools. Results With this curriculum, it is hoped that it can produce advanced teaching in Indonesia, can deepen the potential of students, so this curriculum is deliberately made simple and flexible. In the process of implementing this curriculum, teachers are often faced with various challenges and obstacles. Of course, all elements of education have an important role in improving things that can hinder the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka. Therefore, in further studies, a more appropriate arrangement or strategy is needed so that it can be used as an alternative or solution to the obstacles experienced by teachers in the process of implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka in elementary school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Index Card Match learning model on students' Mathematics learning achievement and collaboration skills. The study used a Quasi Experimental with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population of this study were sixth grade students in the Permadani Cluster, Purwojati District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. Sixth grade students of SDN 1 Gerduren were selected as samples in this study through a simple random sampling technique. Hypothesis testing used the t-test, namely the paired sample t-test assisted by the SPSS 26 application. Mathematics learning achievement data were obtained through two tests, namely pretest and post-test. Collaboration skills data were obtained through observation and questionnaires. The calculation of the questionnaire used a Likert scale. Testing the research hypothesis with a paired sample t-test obtained a significance value of 0.003 or <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected. This means that Mathematics learning using Index Card Match has an effect on students' learning achievement. While the calculation on the Likert scale shows that the assessment interval for the effect of the index card match learning model on students' collaboration skills is 86.14%. This indicates that as many as 86.14% of students stated that they strongly agreed that their collaboration skills in Mathematics learning had changed for the better.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Think Pair Share learning model assisted by Illustrative Images on 21st-century skills. The type of research is Quasi-Experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population of this study was fourth-grade students in Bung Tomo Sub-district Jeruklegi, Cilacap. Fourth-grade students of SDN Brebeg 01 were selected as samples in this study through a simple random sampling technique. Testing of the hypothesis using the t-test, namely paired sample t-test assisted by spss 26 application. Data on collaboration skills through observation. Critical thinking skills data were obtained through two tests, namely pretest and posttest. Testing of the research hypothesis with calculations on a Likert scale shows the assessment interval for the effect of the Think Pair Share learning model assisted by Illustrative Images on students' collaboration skills is 83.04. This proves that the average student in collaboration skills in learning change for the better. The t-test obtained a significance value of 0.00 or <0.05 which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that learning using Think Pair Share assisted by Illustrative Images has an influence on students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) in learning the material "Forces Around Us" in grade IV of SD Negeri 1 Dukuhwaluh Banyumas. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PBL increases student participation, conceptual understanding, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Students are more active in group discussions, conducting experiments on thrust forces, and drawing conclusions based on observation results. However, several obstacles found include teacher readiness in compiling teaching modules, differences in student understanding levels, and limited facilities and infrastructure. These obstacles can be overcome through teacher training, peer tutoring, and the provision of teaching aids. Thus, PBL has proven to be an effective learning method in increasing student engagement and learning outcomes. The recommendation of this study is to increase school support in providing learning media and developing teacher competencies in implementing PBL

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan media Nearpod terhadap peningkatan karakter kreatif pada Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SD Negeri 3 Candinata, Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest, yang diperkuat dengan observasi dan wawancara. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 27 siswa kelas 5 yang diberikan perlakuan berupa pembelajaran berbasis Nearpod dalam proyek P5 bertema Gaya Hidup Berkelanjutan. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest-posttest, observasi, serta angket, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dan uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada karakter kreatif siswa, dengan rata-rata nilai pretest 58,52 meningkat menjadi 79,26 pada posttest. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Nearpod. Hasil observasi juga menunjukkan 88,9% siswa memiliki aktivitas sangat baik dan 92,6% siswa setuju bahwa Nearpod membantu mereka dalam pembelajaran. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah, Nearpod terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kelancaran berpikir, fleksibilitas, elaborasi, dan orisinalitas siswa dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan Nearpod untuk mendukung penguatan karakter kreatif dalam Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract

Pendidikan Dasar, Menengah dan Pendidikan Non-Formal menjadi salah satu ujung tombak Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah Kroya, Cilacap, Jawa Tengah untuk menjadi center of excellence. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Muhammadiyah Kroya digadang menjadi salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang menjadi pusat keunggulan itu. Meski demikian, keinginan tersebut belum menjadi kenyataan, bahkan jumlah peserta didik dari waktu ke waktu terus mengalami penurunan. SMKM Kroya dituntut membuktikan bahwa dengan sekolah di SMKM Kroya dapat berwirausaha dan menghasilkan revenew. Salah satu caranya dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan lahan wakaf milik PCM Kroya berupa tanah rawa untuk akuaponik, di mana bagian atas dimanfaatkan untuk tanaman sayur-mayur, sedangkan bagian bawah digunakan untuk budidaya ikan.nSMK Muhammadiyah Kroya harus membangun dirinya sebagai kampus entrepreuneur yang menghasilkan wirausahawan sukses. Dengan menghasilkan wirausahawan sukses, SMK Muhammadiyah Kroya bisa menjadi sekolah unggulan. Sebab, di masa sulit mencari pekerjaan, sangatlah istimewa bagi sekolah yang mampu menghasilkan manusia berjiwa wirausaha. Mereka akan menjadi manusia yang mampu menolong sesama. Kegiatan pengabdian diawali dari proses menaikkan status SMK Muhammadiyah dari SMK regular menjadi SMK boarding school, sehingga semua tujuan meningkatkan kualitas SMK Muhammadiyah Mujur diharapkan bisa tercapai. Pengabdi dimulai dengan menebar benih ikan gabus di atas rawa milik PCM Kroya. Di atas air ditanam aneka sayuran menggunakan stereoform dengan tujuan mengambang saat air pasang dan surut saat air berkurang. Pakan sayuran berasal dari sisa makanan ikan yang ditaburi dengan pelet atau pakan lain sebagai pelet buatan.

Abstract

The study of Aqidah has been found to be of great importance in the education of students. The scope of Aqidah that allows students to form noble morals will result in them becoming qualified humans in all aspects of life. From the perspective of Aqidah, which plays a role in the formation of human morals, it can be said that humans can avoid despicable morals as a manifestation of the teachings of Islamic Aqidah. The morals derived from the Qur'an and hadith serve as the foundation for the development of spiritual values, which in turn produce quality generations. Aqidah and morals are inextricably linked; noble morals serve as a reflection of a person's personality and can elevate one's status. Moral education can be considered a form of moral education within the context of Islamic education. The objective of this study is to examine the learning of moral creed among students at XYZ School, and to assess the efficacy of this learning in fostering the formation of religious character. The study employs a multi-methodological approach, including observational techniques, in-depth interviews, and the analysis of documentary materials. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of moral creed learning at XYZ School has a significant impact on fostering the realization of student morals. The cultivation of character education is a value that should be embraced as a foundation of nationhood, as it serves as a cornerstone for Indonesian children to cultivate the requisite qualities to thrive as citizens of a nation, in alignment with the character values that are reflective of the nation's cultural heritage.. It is a highly effective approach that enables students to learn how to have morals towards themselves, to parents, to fellow friends, and to the wider community, which can be applied in everyday life.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the role of military service in building the national character Indonesia needs today. This research employed a qualitative-descriptive approach, utilizing a discourse analysis method. The discourse analysis process was carried out by determining the text or discourse to be analyzed. In this case, the selected texts are "character education" and "military service." "Character education" was chosen because there is a suspicion that the decline of the Indonesian nation is caused by the continuing decline in the quality of its character. The research results indicated that military service is positively correlated with the health of the elderly, especially related to physical health, cognitive abilities, and self-assessment of health. Conscripts who participate based on self-awareness feel that military service is significant. There are several opposing opinions about military service, including the opinion that military service does not protect citizens who refuse it.

Abstract

Strengthening students' problem-solving abilities is a key competency in 21st-century education; however, limited access to technology in elementary schools often hinders the introduction of computational concepts. Unplugged Coding offers an alternative learning approach that trains algorithmic thinking in a simple, accessible manner. This study aims to analyze students' initial understanding, describe teachers' strategies in implementing Unplugged Coding, and assess its effectiveness in enhancing problem-solving skills. This study employed a qualitative case study design involving fifth-grade teachers and students at SDN 1 Tumiyang and SDN 1 Glempang. Data was collected through observations and semi-structured interviews, then analyzed using thematic analysis based on Polya's problem-solving framework and Brackmann's Unplugged Coding model. The findings indicate that Unplugged Coding consistently improves students' problem-solving abilities. During the problem-understanding stage, students became more capable of identifying goals and interpreting instructions logically. During the planning stage, they developed solution steps more systematically and carefully. In the implementation stage, collaboration improved along with students' ability to correct errors. In the reflection stage, students demonstrated greater skill in debugging and generating creative ideas for solving problems. The study results indicate that Unplugged Coding is effective in enhancing students' problem-solving skills through concrete activities that integrate algorithmic thinking, collaboration, and reflection. These findings suggest that this approach can serve as an innovative solution for elementary schools with limited technological resources and support the development of essential computational skills.
