Abstract

Prolanis is a proactive program that is integrated and developed directly by BPJS Health with the main objective of reducing the risk of complications. Every year the number of Prolanis patients in several health facilities in Kendari City is increasing. The purpose of treatment is not only for treatment, but also to prevent complications and improve the patient's quality of life. The existence of this prolanis will minimize this, the mortality rate of non-communicable diseases, especially hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to look at the description of drug compliance in prolanis patients at the Wua-wua Health Center. Cross-sectional research design, sampling technique using total sampling. The research instrument used the MMAS-8 instrument to measure the level of compliance in taking medication for prolanis patients. Materials and data sources in this study were taken from prolanis patients who were undergoing treatment at the Wua-wua Health Center. The results showed that prolanis patients at the Wua-wua Health Center were in the compliant category (5%), moderate (30%) and non-compliant (65%). The majority of prolanis patients at the Wua-wua Health Center are non-compliant. Patient non-adherence is caused by forgetting to take medicine, feeling that the condition is getting better, feeling uncomfortable with the medicine and it is still often difficult to remember to take medicine.

Abstract

Dalam tatanan berkeluarga setidaknya akan di jumpai seorang ayah, ibu dan anak menjadi pemegang peran dalam keluarga itu, maka haruslah dari sosok ini mempunyai sebuah pedoman dalam membentuk keluarganya yang tenang, tentram dan penuh kasih sayang yang sering disebut dengan keluarga sakniah. Maka mewujudkan itu haruslah dengan adanya bekal pendidikan yang dimiliki oleh semua pemegang peran tersebut. Pendidikan, kemudian, mengacu pada semua upaya orang dewasa yang dilakukan bersama dengan anak-anak untuk membimbing pertumbuhan jasmani dan rohani mereka menuju kedewasaan. Orang dewasa dalam pengertian ini tidak hanya diartikan sebagai orang yang matang secara fisik, tetapi juga sebagai individu yang matang secara psikologis. Pendidik agama memberikan arahan, jawaban atas pertanyaan, dan banyak informasi keagamaan; oleh karena itu, nasihat mereka tidak hanya bersifat seremonial tetapi juga bersifat instruktif. 3) Tindakan mendampingi. Guru yang membimbing siswa menggunakan pendekatan persuasif, mendukung pengembangan kesadaran dan membantu klien mengenali dan memecahkan masalah. Oleh karena itu, bantuan yang diberikan oleh para penyuluh agama di Kota Bandar Lampung ini diperuntukkan bagi para korban penyalahgunaan narkoba, bagi mereka yang menjadi korban pergaulan bebas, dan bagi para remaja yang membutuhkan pertolongan agar tidak terjadi tawuran. 4) Tindakan Pembinaan. Para pendidik agama menerapkan berbagai teknik dalam posisi pembinaannya, antara lain pendekatan keteladanan, metode pembiasaan, dan metode menasihati. Kata kunci: komunikasi, Penyuluh Agama

Abstract

Hypertension is a major public health problem that requires long-term management and high patient adherence, which remains a challenge at the primary health care level. This community service activity aimed to strengthen digital health literacy to improve hypertension management adherence among the community at Puskesmas Wua-Wua. The activity was conducted using a digital-based health education approach through direct counseling, distribution of educational leaflets equipped with QR codes, and evaluation using a comprehension questionnaire. The educational media contained information on hypertension management, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle practices. The results showed that all participants positively accepted the digital literacy-based leaflet and perceived it as useful, easy to understand, and relevant to their needs. This activity indicates that integrating printed and digital educational media can effectively support hypertension management and strengthen promotive and preventive efforts in primary health care settings

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy, contributing significantly to GDP and employment. However, MSMEs, particularly in West Java Province, still face serious challenges, particularly related to financial management and access to capital. Many MSMEs fail due to limited capital and knowledge in financing and preparing simple financial reports. Adequate financial reports are essential for obtaining financing and business expansion. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to increase the scale of MSME businesses in Waringin Jaya Village, Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency, by providing assistance in accessing capital and preparing simple financial reports. The PKM implementation method involves an initial survey to identify MSME needs, followed by direct assistance using a prepared module. This assistance is divided into four sessions: an explanation of capital access requirements, preparing simple financial reports, preparing simple sales reports, and a question and answer session. The results of the activity indicate that MSMEs gain a better understanding of credit requirements, capital sources, and how to prepare efficient financial reports and simple sales reports. The positive response from participants indicated that the information and insights provided were very helpful in developing their businesses. It is hoped that this increased understanding will facilitate MSMEs' access to capital, enable business expansion, create new jobs, and ultimately support local economic growth.
