Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada isu rendahnya pemberdayaan layanan balita di Posyandu akibat kurangnya keterampilan kader dalam menyusun program stimulasi perkembangan anak dan terbatasnya kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal. Tujuan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan kapasitas kader Posyandu melalui pendampingan kolaboratif bersama mahasiswi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini (PIAUD) untuk mengoptimalkan layanan kesehatan, gizi, pendataan balita, dan stimulasi perkembangan balita. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan strategi pendampingan langsung dan evaluasi berkala. Kegiatan diawali dengan identifikasi kebutuhan kader melalui wawancara dan observasi, diikuti pendampingan langsung dalam implementasi program di Posyandu. Mahasiswi PIAUD berperan sebagai fasilitator dalam merancang kegiatan edukatif dan kreatif, seperti permainan motorik dan sensorik, yang mendukung perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan emosional balita, serta membantu kegiatan Posyandu dalam pendataan balita, termasuk kesehatan, berat badan, dan informasi terkait lainnya. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan kader Posyandu dalam menyusun dan melaksanakan program stimulasi perkembangan serta pendataan yang lebih terstruktur. Layanan Posyandu mengalami peningkatan partisipasi ibu balita sebesar 30%, serta terwujudnya inovasi program berbasis komunitas yang berkelanjutan. Kolaborasi dengan mahasiswi PIAUD menghasilkan panduan kegiatan stimulasi dan pendataan yang kontekstual dan mudah diterapkan. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pemberdayaan kader Posyandu dan optimalisasi layanan balita, sekaligus memperkuat sinergi antara akademisi dan komunitas dalam mendukung perkembangan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya lingkungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi Green Human Resources Management (GHRM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Semen Tonasa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Semen Tonasa (Persero) staf unit kepegawaian Tonasa IV berjumlah 102 orang. Sedangkan penentuan jumlah sampel ditetapkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Slovin, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Data dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya lingkungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi GHRM. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa budaya lingkungan yang tercermin melalui nilai, kebijakan, dan praktik ramah lingkungan mendorong penerapan GHRM, seperti rekrutmen hijau, pelatihan berbasis kesadaran lingkungan, serta penilaian dan penghargaan atas perilaku ramah lingkungan. Penerapan praktik GHRM tersebut kemudian meningkatkan motivasi, komitmen, dan disiplin kerja karyawan, yang berdampak pada peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas kerja. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini mendukung teori AMO (Ability, Motivation, Opportunity) yang menjelaskan bahwa kinerja optimal karyawan akan tercapai apabila organisasi mampu meningkatkan kemampuan melalui pelatihan, memperkuat motivasi melalui sistem penghargaan, serta menyediakan kesempatan partisipasi dalam program hijau.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Full Costing method in calculating the cost of goods manufactured (COGM) among MSMEs in Bontosunggu Village, Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands. Most MSMEs still use simple calculation methods that only include raw materials and direct labor, while indirect costs such as electricity, depreciation, transportation, and rent are often ignored. This condition results in selling prices that do not reflect actual costs, leading to thin profit margins and even potential losses. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, observations, and document triangulation. Informants consist of MSME actors in the food and craft sectors as well as representatives from related government agencies. Data were analyzed thematically using a contingency theory framework to assess the suitability of the Full Costing method with the characteristics of island-based MSMEs. The findings indicate that MSME actors have limited understanding of cost structure and financial recording, while selling prices are determined based on market trends rather than cost calculations. However, there is strong enthusiasm to learn better accounting and record-keeping systems. The application of Full Costing is considered relevant but needs to be simplified to match MSME capacity. The study concludes that a simplified adaptation of the Full Costing method can improve the accuracy of COGM calculation, profitability, and MSME competitiveness in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Hypertension is a major public health problem that requires long-term management and high patient adherence, which remains a challenge at the primary health care level. This community service activity aimed to strengthen digital health literacy to improve hypertension management adherence among the community at Puskesmas Wua-Wua. The activity was conducted using a digital-based health education approach through direct counseling, distribution of educational leaflets equipped with QR codes, and evaluation using a comprehension questionnaire. The educational media contained information on hypertension management, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle practices. The results showed that all participants positively accepted the digital literacy-based leaflet and perceived it as useful, easy to understand, and relevant to their needs. This activity indicates that integrating printed and digital educational media can effectively support hypertension management and strengthen promotive and preventive efforts in primary health care settings

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using group discussion to improve EFL students’ speaking skill at SMP-IT Darul Muhsin Islamic Boarding School. The method was chosen because it allows students to share ideas, collaborate, and practice speaking in a more interactive and supportive environment. This research used a pre-experimental quantitative design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach, involving 15 Grade 3 students. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test to measure students’ progress, supported by a questionnaire to identify their perceptions. The finding showed a significant improvement in students’ speaking ability after the treatment, with the mean score increasing from 12.11 to 17.6. The paired sample t-test result (Sig. = 0.000<0.05) indicated that group discussion significantly enhanced their speaking performance. In conclusion, group discussion effectively improved students’ fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary, while also increasing their confidence and motivation in speaking English. Therefore, it can be considered a suitable and engaging method for developing students’ speaking skills in the EFL classroom.
