Abstract

This research aimed to describe the effect of the TEQ - DLS   learning on critical students? critical thinking skill. This research was conducted in two stages, developed teaching learning material followed by the implementation phase of learning in the classroom. This research was a quasi experimental design with one-group pretest-posttest design and the subject of this research was  34  eighth  grade  students  of  SMP  Al  Hikmah  Surabaya. Research  data  collection  was  taken  through  observation,  tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of research data validation were analyzed descriptively. The empirical analysis includes the calculation of validity, reliability and sensitivity of the items test instrument. Critical thinking scores were analyzed using normalized gain and paired t-test to determine the effect of TEQ - DLS on learning outcomes of students. The results were obtained as follows: the learning implementation indicated good category. T-paired test on students? critical thinking results showed sig (2-tailed) = 0.00 so there were significant differences in students' critical thinking skills after learning. Students score had increased with normalized gain = 0.67 medium category (0,3? (<g>) ? 0,7). Students? completeness viewed from critical thinking indicator as big as 88.24%..  Research was concluded that the TEQ-DLS learning has an effect significantly in improving students' critical thinking skills.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembelajaran PBMP-SDL terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua  tahap, yaitu tahap pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dilanjutkan dengan tahap implementasi pembelajaran di kelas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest-postest design dan subyek 34 siswa kelas VIII SMP Al Hikmah Surabaya. Pengumpulan data penelitian diambil melalui observasi, tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Data hasil validasi perangkat pembelajaran dianalisis secara deskriptif. Analisis empiris instrumen tes meliputi perhitungan validitas, reabilitas dan sensitivitas butir soal dari hasil belajar siswa. Skor berpikir kritis dianalisis menggunakan gain ternormalisasi dan uji t-berpasangan. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa  keterlaksanaan pembelajaran  menunjukkan  kategori  baik.  Hasil  uji  t-  berpasangan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi zat aditif makanan menunjukkan sig (2-tailed) = 0,00 artinya terdapat  perbedaan  secara   signifikan  setelah  pembelajaran.  Skor   siswa   mengalami  peningkatan  dengan   gain ternormalisasi = 0,67 berkategori sedang (0,3? (<g>) ? 0,7). Ketuntasan siswa ditinjau dari indikator berpikir kritis sebesar 88,24%. Kesimpulannya pembelajaran PBMP-SDL berpengaruh secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the recruitment system of educators at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan Yogyakarta, and improve the quality of education through the recruitment system of educators. The study employed a qualitative descriptive methodology. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from a selected group of school staff. The results showed that the recruitment system for educators at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan Yogyakarta was described in several stages, namely, administration, interview stages, and reading and writing the Qur'an and micro teaching. The school is looking for qualified educators according to the profile and has a teaching commitment to improve the quality of education at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan. The school's efforts in improving quality by conducting development programs for educators and evaluation activities every week. The school provides facilities in developing the talents and interests of students with extracurricular and simaan activities to increase memorization which is carried out twice a week. The implications of recruiting educators have loyalty and commitment in teaching. Before prospective educators officially become educators at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan make a work contract agreement first according to the applicable work agreement

Abstract

ABSTRACT Some maternal characteristics that play a role in complementary feeding are age, parity, previous experience, place of delivery, antenatal and post natal visits, and breastfeeding status. Primiparous mothers and first-time mothers have inadequate knowledge about infant care, including infant feeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the characteristics and knowledge level of mothers with the practice of complementary feeding for infants aged 6-24 months. The type of research used was quantitative using an analytic observational design research design with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at Klinik Pratama Wipa Medan. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies 6-24 months in Klinik Pratama Wipa Medan which amounted to 55 people. The technique of taking subjects using total sampling as many as 64 people. The data collection method used was by using questionnaires that were prepared to measure variables. The variables measured were maternal characteristics (age, education, occupation, parity, experience and place of delivery), knowledge and practice of complementary feeding. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. The results explained that there was a relationship between characteristics (age with a p value of 0.044, education with a p value of 0.011, occupation with a p value of 0.005, parity with a p value of 0.005 and place of delivery with a p value of 0.002) and knowledge (p = 0.014) with the practice of complementary feeding for infants aged 6-24 months. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between characteristics and knowledge with the practice of complementary feeding of breast milk in infants aged 6-24 months.  Keywords: Characteristics, Knowledge, Practices, Complementary feeding, Infants  ABSTRAK Beberapa karakteristik ibu yang berperan dalam pemberian MP-ASI adalah usia, paritas, pengalaman sebelumnya, tempat persalinan, kunjungan antenatal dan post natal, dan status menyusui. Ibu primipara dan ibu buda yang baru pertama kali melahirkan memiliki pengetahuan kurang memadai tentang perawatan bayi, termasuk pemberian makan bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik dan tingkat pengetahuan ibu dengan praktik pemberian makanan pendamping asi pada bayi usia 6-24 bulan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Klinik Pratama Wipa Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah semua ibu yang memiliki bayi 6-24 bulan di Klinik Pratama Wipa Medan yang berjumlah 55 orang. Teknik pengambilan subjek menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 64 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun untuk mengukur variabel. Variabel yang diukur adalah karakteristik ibu (usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas, pengalaman dan tempat persalinan), pengetahuan dan praktik pemberian makanan pendamping ASI. Analisa data penelitian adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan karakteristik (usia dengan nilai p 0,044, pendidikan dengan nilai p 0,011, pekerjaan dengan nilai p 0,005, paritas dengan nilai p 0,005 dan tempat bersalin dengan nilai p 0,002) dan pengetahuan (p=0,014) dengan praktik pemberian makanan pendamping ASI pada bayi usia 6-24 bulan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan karakteristik dan pengetahuan dengan praktik pemberian makanan pendamping ASI pada bayi usia 6-24 bulan.  Kata Kunci: Karakteristik, Pengetahuan, Praktik, MP-ASI, Bayi.
