Abstract

This study aims to improve the livelihoods of honey farmers in Ayunan Village by addressing their knowledge gaps in accounting and digital marketing. Through a participatory approach, it is hoped that the Implementation of the Community Partnership Empowerment Program (PKM) will be able to overcome the problems faced by honey farmer groups in Ayunan Village, Badung. The procedure for this PKM task is divided into three different stages: planning, task implementation, and result checking. Through tailored training and socialization, this study seeks to empower farmers to optimize their business operations, expand their markets, and contribute more significantly to the local economy. The implementation of community service in the Ayunan Village honey farmer group has had a significant positive impact. Through training in good financial reporting and socialization of SAK-EMKM, it is hoped that farmers will be able to manage business finances more effectively and efficiently. Thus, this study aims to be a model for the development of sustainable and profitable honey farming businesses in other rural areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of K3 based on health protocols, organizational culture and work environment on employee productivity at Desa Pramana Swan. This study uses all employees from Pramana Swan Village as a sample, which is 145 employees with saturated sampling technique. Methods of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that K3 based on health protocols, organizational culture and work environment partially had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at Desa Pramana Swan. The researcher concludes that if the health protocol-based K3 is implemented properly, the organizational culture and work environment are also good, the work productivity of employees at Desa Pramana Swan will increase. The suggestion from this research is to be able to optimize K3 based on health protocols by providing health support facilities. Organizational culture is best done by creating a positive atmosphere both as individuals and in teams so that employees feel able to work well to achieve more optimal goals, while the quality of the work environment provided to employees should be improved so that company goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Purpose:This research aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work stress on employee performance.Methodology:This research was conducted at the Denpasar City Public Library with a research sample of 37 respondents taken using the saturated census technique. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is suitable for use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test).Findings:The research results show that (1) Leadership style, work motivation and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library, (2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library. It means that the better the leadership style, the greater the employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library. (3) Work motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library. It means that the more work motivation increases, the greater the performance of employees at the Denpasar City Public Library (4). Work stress negatively affects employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library.Implication:It means that the greater the work stress, the lower the employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library.

Abstract

Dupa merupakan salah satu sarana penting dalam kegiatan ibadah umat Hindu yang digunakan setiap pagi, siang, dan sore hari. Oleh karena itu, tingkat permintaan terhadap dupa, khususnya di kalangan masyarakat Bali, tergolong sangat tinggi. Seorang wirausahawan perlu memiliki gagasan-gagasan baru yang lahir dari kreativitas, karena melalui kreativitas inilah seorang pelaku usaha dapat berinovasi dan mengembangkan usahanya, salah satunya adalah pengusaha dupa dimana sangat memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan pengelolaan usahanya, pengelolaan mulai modal yang baik akan memberikan dampak positif bagi pengembangan sebuah usaha sekaligus dapat meningkatkan kapasitas usaha tersebut sehingga tercapainya ukuran dalam peningkatan omzet penjualan. Beberapa kegiatan terkait dengan pengelolaan Kelompok Usaha Tridatu Dupa yaitu 1) Produksi dupa yang dilakukan belum maksimal, sehingga perlunya penyuluhan terkait cara memproduksi dupa hingga proses pengemasan. 2) Pelaku usaha belum memiliki sistem pembukuan atau pencatatan harian yang memadai terkait dengan aktivitas produksi, pendapatan, biaya, serta laba rugi, sehingga belum dapat mengetahui secara pasti kondisi dan posisi keuangan usahanya. 3) Belum memahami tata kelola usaha yang baik, khususnya dalam aspek pengembangan bisnis, penetapan harga, dan perhitungan biaya produksi. 4) Belum memiliki model atau strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk mempromosikan produk yang dihasilkan. Kontribusi mendasar dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi sesuai SDG’s 08. Pendampingan tata kelola dan pencatatan akuntansi yang telah dilakukan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok usaha.
