Abstract

Daerah Pantai Kedonganan merupakan daerah tujuan wisata di Bali yang juga memiliki hasil laut yang tinggi. Perekonomian masyarakat sekitar didukung oleh hasil laut dan pariwisata tersebut. Pendapatan masyarakat tergantung pada jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Biasanya, penurunan penjualan terjadi saat low season. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini membantu mitra untuk meningkatkan penjualan khususnya pada low season. Mitra dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah “Kelompok Nelayan Sumber Ayu” yang terletak di Desa Kedonganan, Kabupaten Badung. Kelompok nelayan ini menjual hasil olahan ikan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi kelompok nelayan ini adalah: 1) Penurunan penjualan saat low season. 2) Teknik pemasaran yang masih manual. 3) Adanya perselisihan dengan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembinaan dan pendampingan sistem digital marketing dalam memasarkan olahan ikan serta tata cara penyelesaian preventif dan represif terhadap perselisihan yang terjadi dengan konsumen. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah pembinaan mengenai risiko yang mungkin dihadapi saat terjadinya penurunan penjualan. Pemaparan tentang strategi digital marketing dan pembentukan website yang diharapkan akan mampu menunjang pemasaran produk kelompok nelayan tersebut. Terakhir, pembinaan tata cara preventif dan represif dalam menghadapi konsumen. Pendampingan ini diharapkan mampu membantu penjualan nelayan tetap stabil khususnya saat low season.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan industri kreatif yang cenderung memiliki orientasi jangka pendek dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnisnya. Kinerja jangka panjang UMKM yang bergerak pada industri kreatif cenderung stagnan dan tidak terarah dengan baik. Umumnya pelaku UMKM tidak memiliki informasi yang terorganisir tentang kondisi keuangan, pangsa pasar, dinamika kompetisi dan jejak rekam manajemen. Bali merupakan salah satu provinsi dengan jumlah UMKM yang cukup banyak dan memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inklusi keuangan dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja dan keberlangsungan sektor UMKM yang terdapat di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan inklusi keuangan dan literasi keuangan sebagai variable independen serta kinerja dan keberlangsungan sebagai variable dependen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar langsung kepada objek penelitian. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 UMKM. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model persamaan structural berbasis partial least square. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel inklusi keuangan dan literasi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Variabel inklusi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan UMKM sedangkan variabel literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan UMKM di Kota Denpasar.Kata kunci : Inklusi Keuangan; Keberlangsungan; Kinerja; Literasi Keuangan; UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to improve the livelihoods of honey farmers in Ayunan Village by addressing their knowledge gaps in accounting and digital marketing. Through a participatory approach, it is hoped that the Implementation of the Community Partnership Empowerment Program (PKM) will be able to overcome the problems faced by honey farmer groups in Ayunan Village, Badung. The procedure for this PKM task is divided into three different stages: planning, task implementation, and result checking. Through tailored training and socialization, this study seeks to empower farmers to optimize their business operations, expand their markets, and contribute more significantly to the local economy. The implementation of community service in the Ayunan Village honey farmer group has had a significant positive impact. Through training in good financial reporting and socialization of SAK-EMKM, it is hoped that farmers will be able to manage business finances more effectively and efficiently. Thus, this study aims to be a model for the development of sustainable and profitable honey farming businesses in other rural areas.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan pemasaran produk jajanan tradisional Ibu Desak Nyoman Wangi di Desa Sulangai, Petang-Badung. Mitra mengalami kendala dalam produksi, pemasaran dan pengelolaan keuangan. Kegiatan PKM difokuskan pada peningkatkan kapasitas produksi melalui penyediaan peralatan dan pelatihan, desain kemasan produk serta pemanfaatan media social untuk pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan meliputi diskusi kelompok, pelatihan dan penyuluhan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman mitra terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Setelah kegiatan PKM, mitra mampu meningkatkan produksi, membuat kemasan produk yang menarik dan memanfaatkan media social untuk pemasaran. Selain itu, mitra juga telah mampu membuat pembukuan sederhana untuk mengelola keuangan usahanya

Abstract

Pemecutan Kelod is one of the villages in Denpasar city that is the target of assistance from the Indonesian government program. The assistance program provided to the Pemecutan Kelod village community is the Family Hope program. The family hope program aims to improve the welfare of the community and enable them to escape from poverty. Improving the community's abilities and skills needs to be done to maximize financial independence. This international collaborative service program aims to increase public understanding of financial literacy, financial management and interest in independent entrepreneurship. The target of this program is the community that receives assistance from the Family Hope program in Pemecutan Kelod Village, Denpasar City. The methods used were initial observation, in-depth interviews, group discussion forums, training and education, pre-tests and post-tests. The outcome and goal of this international collaborative community service program was to educate people about the importance of financial literacy in managing household and small business finances, as well as to increase community interest in entrepreneurship using their existing capital and skills. The program was successful, and post-test results indicated that the community understood the importance of financial literacy and independent entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The decline in the position of the Aqua brand mineral water is reflected in the decline in the Top Brand index ranking. It indicates a change in consumer purchasing decisions regarding Aqua brand gallon bottled mineral water due to the issue of BPA content, which is unhealthy or environmentally friendly. This research aims to determine the role of brand image in mediating the influence of green marketing on the decision to purchase gallon bottled mineral water from the Aqua brand. The method for determining the sample in the research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all consumers of Aqua brand gallon bottled mineral water. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The research results show that green marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, green marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and green marketing has an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through brand image.

Abstract

Village development is one way to contribute to the country's economy. One way is to build a business unit that is able to maximize village potential and is able to manage village assets and resources in a sustainable manner. The aim of this research is to determine the role of Village Finance Institutions (LPD) in efforts to improve the performance of Manik Mas Village-Owned Enterprises ( BUMDes ) in Kutuh Village and Baga Utsaha Manunggal Traditional Village (BUMDA) in Kutuh Village, Badung Regency is in order to be able to improve the economy of Kutuh Village. This research is an explanatory qualitative research that uses primary and secondary data. The data in this research was collected using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses NVivo 12 Pro software to generate related keywords among the data resulting from in-depth interviews with participants. The keywords obtained will be analyzed and conclusions will be made regarding the role of LPD in improving the economy of Kutuh Village through BUMDes and BUMDA. The results of the analysis show that the LPD of Kutuh Village collaborates with BUMDes and BUMDA in the form of providing fund savings services and providing credit with interest that has been approved by both parties. Apart from that, BUMDes and BUMDA contribute to the economy in Kutuh Village in the form of absorbing labor that only comes from the Kutuh Village community, developing and managing the village's tourism potential professionally and contributing income to Kutuh Village.

Abstract

Despite local regulations banning their use, single-use plastic bags remain widely consumed in Denpasar City. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to explore how subjective norms, environmental attitudes, and perceived behavioral control influence consumer intention and actual behavior, with intention acting as a mediating factor. The results suggest that a sense of control, environmental awareness, and social pressure play important roles in reducing plastic bag usage through behavioral intention. More importantly, the continued reliance on plastic bags imposes real economic costs—ranging from increased public spending on waste management to environmental damage that threatens tourism and fisheries. These hidden costs underline the urgency of combining regulatory measures with behavioral and economic strategies. Policies that support reusable alternatives, provide targeted incentives, and reshape social norms are essential not only for protecting the environment but also for ensuring long-term economic sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the JISDOR exchange rate, inflation, and interest rates on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2024 period. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is monthly secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and other official sources. The independent variables in this study consist of the JISDOR exchange rate, inflation, and interest rates, while the dependent variable is the JCI. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, simultaneous tests (F tests), and partial tests (t tests). The results show that simultaneously, the JISDOR exchange rate, inflation, and interest rates have a significant effect on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) for the 2020–2024 period. Partially, the JISDOR exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on the JCI. Meanwhile, inflation and interest rates do not show a significant effect on the JCI, indicating that fluctuations in both have not directly affected the index's movements. The implications of this research are expected to inform investors' investment decisions and the government and monetary authorities' formulation of economic policies that maintain capital market stability.
