Abstract

AirAsia airline crash incident in December 2014 raises a big question to the satisfaction of the user rating AirAsia. Therefore, this study aims to determine: (1) the effect of partially Low Cost Carrier services to tourist satisfaction PT. Indonesia AirAsia; (2 effect of simultaneous service Low Cost Carrier to tourist satisfaction PT. Indonesia AirAsia. The samples in this study with a total sample of 110 respondents. The analysis used T-test & F-test. The results showed that partially, the influence of the Low Cost Carrier to satisfaction rating are the following results: (1) safety with the effect of -2.907, (2) no frills with the effect of 4.136, (3) distribution with the effect of 1.776, (4 ) price with the effect of 1,784 and (5) flight regularity with the effect of 2,134. With simultaneously shows that the influence is14.660. From the results it is known that variable safety is a variable that has no effect. This is due to security so low it felt absolutely no effect. This contrasts with study conducted by Clemes et al (2008) where safety is an important factor in the quality of aviation services, and security are the two most important attributes in flight.

Abstract

The Bandung City Government has launched creative villages in 30 sub-districts in Bandung City. The tourism development that is in the management of tourist village destinations in Bandung City can be formed as a thematic tourism village with important attributes that integrate the tourism potential that exists in the tourist village. One of them is the Tourism Village which is carried out in development, namely the Braga Tourism Village through a community empowerment approach. Kampung Wisata Braga is the focus of tourism development in the form of community empowerment carried out by the Bandung City Culture and Tourism Office to be steps taken in preparing the management of tourism destinations in Bandung City in 2020 through special allocation funds. This study aims to identify the tourist attractions in the Braga Tourism Village which is integrated in the Braga Village with a community empowerment approach. The method used is a survey method with a qualitative approach through community empowerment techniques. Obstacles that occur from destination management in Bandung City, especially those that occur in Kampung Wisata Braga, from the results of research, namely management, facilities and regulations are obstacles that occur in development. The results of the development of tourism destination governance that can be developed in the Braga Tourism Village by integrating the tourism potential in Braga Village in the form of the main activities that exist, namely traveling around visiting cultural heritage and getting to know history.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Kemiren Tourism Village through the perspective of tourism village indicators and community-based tourism. This research was conducted in Kemiren Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews with informants, and documentation. The results showed that the existence of the Kemiren tourist village which is a form of integration of natural and cultural tourist attractions and the strength of the community to maintain heritage, customs that are still strong and unique is maintained because of the local wisdom of the local community so that Kemiren Village has been designated as a cultural heritage to preserve his solitude. In its management, Kemiren Tourism Village applies the principle of community-based tourism. Supervision or control is carried out by the community led by a traditional leader who is very influential in holding traditions, customs and culture as well as in making decisions. In order to maintain and maintain the existence of Kemiren Village as a Tourism Village, there are several things that may need to be improved, including facilities, regeneration, and the making of written cultural rules.

Abstract

Pantai Tanjung Setia merupakan salah satu daya tarik wisata unggulan Provinsi Lampung. Secara administratif Pantai Tanjung Setia terletak di Pekon (Desa) Tanjung Setia, Kecamatan Pesisir Selatan, Kabupaten Pesisir Barat, Provinsi Lampung. Salah satu unsur yang dapat mewujudkan harapan dan imajinasi wisatawan ketika berada di daya tarik wisata adalah kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh pemilik dan pegawai pada usaha pariwisata. Pelatihan kualitas layanan yang diberikan adalah kualitas pelatihan TERRA yang terdiri dari Tangible, Emphaty, Reliablity, Responsiveness, dan Assurance. Keempat dimensi tersebut digunakan sebagai alat dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh pelaku usaha terhadap wisatawan yang pada akhirnya akan membentuk pola perilaku konsumen, di mana wisatawan yang puas akan melakukan kunjungan kembali dan menciptakan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Pantai Tanjung Setia. Kegiatan ini berupa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang ditujukan kepada pelaku usaha hotel dan restoran yang berada di Pantai Tanjung Setia, dengan luar pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan dan praktik penerapan kualitas layanan TERRA kepada pelaku usaha pariwisata yang bertujuan dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Great nations must be involved in preserving heritage sites to establish a real connection between a nation's past, present, and future. One of them is the Pugung Raharjo Site, which depicts the history and culture of the past Lampung people. Increasing awareness of the Site allows everyone worldwide to share ownership and responsibility for the Pugung Raharajo Archaeological Site. One effort is to identify potential tourist travel patterns so that the site will become a symbol of modernity and function as a wall to prevent the deconstruction of modernity. The qualitative method used in this research is a basis for interpreting history and culture data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and literature study. Potential travel patterns formed. Three travel patterns are formed based on motivation, distance, and time between destinations. The first travel pattern is the travel pattern of tourists who want to know the experiences and knowledge of the history and culture of Lampung society at the Pugung Raharjo site and its related destinations. The next pattern is the travel pattern of tourists who want to know the experience and knowledge of the formation of history and culture at the Pugung Raharjo Site from the Hindu-Buddhist Kingdom era and the Islamic Kingdom era. Interpretation and connection between history and culture are the main things in creating travel patterns. The travel patterns that are formed in the future can be used as a marketing strategy for destinations and tour packages so that destination development can have a wider impact.

Abstract

Kondisi fisik geografis Indonesia yang kaya akan hasil laut berperan dalam membentuk karakter masyarakat pesisir. Saat ini di Kecamatan Kota Agung terdapat beberapa para pelaku usaha wisata kuliner dengan hasil olahan laut dan beberapa produk yang sudah ada di Kota Agung, sehingga berpeluang untuk memperkuat identitas Kota Agung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran wisata kuliner olahan ikan di Kota Agung dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan destinasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif yang bersumber dari data sekunder dan data primer. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa usaha wisata kuliner olahan hasil laut berpotensi meningkatkan dan mengembangkan Kota Agung. Kedekatan wisata kuliner terhadap beberapa aktivitas memberikan kemudahan para pelaku usaha wisata kuliner, baik dalam mendapatkan bahan baku sampai memasarkan produknya. Wisata kuliner saat ini berperan membentuk ikon Kota Agung sebagai kawasan wisata kuliner olahan ikan. Hal ini dapat berkontribusi dalam penarik wisatawan dan menciptakan wajah Kecamatan Kota Agung sebagai sentra wisata kuliner olahan ikan. Tingginya tingkat konsumsi terhadap produk olahan ikan oleh masyarakat lokal, menjadikan produk olahan ikan di Kecamatan Kota Agung secara bisnis akan tetap bertahan karena telah menjadi pola kebiasaan masyarakat. Berbagai kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa peran wisata kuliner olahan ikan di Kecamatan Kota Agung sangat penting dan strategis untuk dikembangkan.
