Abstract

Pentingnya Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) dalam lingkup perguruan tinggi, termasuk di dalamnya dosen Departemen Statistika Bisnis Fakultas Vokasi ITS, termanifestasi dalam kolaborasi PPM tahun ini dengan Pemerintahan Kecamatan Jetis, Kabupaten Ponorogo, Jawa Timur. Kolaborasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam Pengelolaan Monografi Pedesaan, khususnya dalam perhitungan Rancangan Anggaran Belanja Desa (RABDESes). Dalam penjajagan awal, Kecamatan Jetis mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mendesak akan program yang dapat mempermudah penghitungan RABDESes, yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual. Proses manual ini sering mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam perhitungan akhir RAB karena keterbatasan waktu untuk mengisi berbagai komponen pembelanjaan. Oleh karena itu, tim PPM dari Departemen Statistika Bisnis Fakultas Vokasi ITS, bersama dengan mahasiswa KKN, berkolaborasi untuk menciptakan Dashboard RABDESes menggunakan fasilitas yang disediakan oleh program Excel. Selain menciptakan alat ini, tim PPM juga memberikan pelatihan kepada staf kelurahan/desa yang terlibat langsung dalam urusan RABDESes. Tujuannya adalah memastikan pemahaman yang baik tentang penggunaan Dashboard tersebut, sehingga dapat mengurangi kesalahan dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses pengelolaan RABDESes. Melalui inisiatif ini, PPM turut berperan dalam mendukung pembangunan dan pengelolaan keuangan di tingkat pedesaan.

Abstract

Object tracking is a challenging in computer vision. Object tracking is divided into two, which can be one object or several objects, depending on the object being observed. The process of tracking an object in the form of one object is to estimate the target in the next sequence based on information from the first frame given. In object tracking in the form of single object tracking, there are five steps that are often used in discriminatory methods, including motion models, feature extraction, observation models, model updates and integration methods. Although various algorithms of object tracking are proposed, there are still failures in the object tracking process caused by occlusion, non-rigid target deformation, and other factors. This study proposes the implementation of the Kalman filter, particle filter, and correlation filter methods for object tracking in video data. The results of the implementation of the three methods can track objects in traffic video data and the script circuit video. In object tracking calculations and method analysis, the kalman filter gets 96.89% where the kalman method is better in terms of accuracy compared to other methods. Meanwhile, in the average performance of computation time, the correlation method gets 26.69 FPS, where the correlation method is superior compared to other competitor methods. Abstract

Near-ring is an extension of ring without having to fulfill a commutative of the addition operations and left distributive of the addition and multiplication operations It has been found that some theorems related to a prime near-rings are commutative rings involving the derivation of the Lie products and the derivation of the Jordan product. The contribution of this paper is developing the previous theorem by inserting derivations to the Lie products and the Jordan product. Abstract

Higher education institutions often grapple with issues related to academic risk among their students. These academic risks encompass low academic performance, study delays, and dropouts. One approach to address these challenges is to predict students’ academic performance as accurately as possible by leveraging advanced computational techniques and utilizing academic and non-academic student data. This research aims to develop a model that accurately identifies students with high potential for academic risk while explaining the contributing factors to this phenomenon in the Faculty of Vocational Studies, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). The prediction model is constructed using the light gradient boosting machine (LightGBM) method and is subsequently interpreted using the Shapley additive explanations (SHAP) value. Additionally, an oversampling method, based on synthetic minority oversampling technique (SMOTE), is implemented to address imbalances in the dataset. The proposed approach achieves 96% and 97% accuracy and specificity rates, respectively. Analysis based on SHAP values reveals that extracurricular activities, choice of major, smoking habit, gender, and friendship circle are among the top five factors impacting students’ academic risk.

Abstract

Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Belanja (RAB) tahunan desa merupakan langkah krusial dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang transparan, akuntabel, dan efektif. Namun, proses ini seringkali menghadapi kendala berupa kurangnya efisiensi dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data monografi desa. Pelatihan Dashboard Monografi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas staf kelurahan di Kecamatan Wonosari, Wonoasri, Kabupaten Madiun, dalam menyusun RAB tahunan secara lebih efisien dan akurat. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan mencakup pengenalan aplikasi berbasis Excel yang dirancang khusus untuk penyusunan RAB infrastruktur desa, termasuk estimasi anggaran jalan paving. Metode kegiatan melibatkan ceramah, diskusi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan untuk memastikan pemahaman peserta terhadap materi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi dan akurasi penyusunan RAB desa. Pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan solusi digital berbasis data kepada staf kelurahan, sehingga mendukung proses perencanaan anggaran yang lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan, pendampingan teknis, dan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan keberlanjutan manfaat dari aplikasi yang diimplementasikan.
