Abstract

There are 213 non-financial companies conduct IPOs from 2010 to 2018, and 23 companies experience Overpricing. This study examined the effect of market conditions, financial leverage, profitability and allocation of IPO to overpricing in non-financial companies. The population of the study used non-financial companies for 8 years amounted to 213 companies with sample selection using purposive sampling method and selected as many as 20 companies. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that market conditions, financial leverage and allocation of IPO funds did not affect overpricing, while profitability variables affected overpricing. This means that the higher the profitability of the company shows the high ability of the company to generate profits so that investors can see it as a profitable company. This can reduce the uncertainty of an IPO in determining a fair stock price to reduce the level of overpricing.

Abstract

Permasalahan dan kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM yaitu pemasaran produk yang masih dilakukan secara langsung dan konvensional tanpa menggunakan digitalisasi, sehingga membatasi ruang lingkup pemasaran. Selain itu, kurangnya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang jelas membuat proses bisnis menjadi kurang terstruktur dan efisien. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan penerapan pemasaran digital melalui blog dan media sosial, serta pengembangan laporan keuangan menggunakan Excel. Selain itu, SOP disusun untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam jangkauan pasar, struktur operasional, dan manajemen keuangan. Upaya pemasaran digital, terutama melalui media sosial dan pengembangan situs web, meningkatkan visibilitas merek dan keterlibatan pelanggan. Implementasi SOP dan alat manajemen keuangan berkontribusi pada operasi bisnis yang lebih terorganisir dan menguntungkan. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya transformasi digital dan praktik bisnis yang terstruktur dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of religiosity on the cash holding. The method used to test the model is panel data regression by investigating the effect of religiosity on the cash holding of shari'a and non-shari'a companies. The results show that  Religiosity (Islamic Dichotomic), showing a positive and significant coefficient on cash holdings. Companies with a high level of religiosity hold significant amounts of cash. The companies hold cash to reduce risk by reducing debt financing. Keywords: cash holdings, religiosity, risk
