Abstract

The problem of this research is how big the influence of rate of interest of Indonesian bank and Rupiah exchange rate toward stock market price of Coal Mining Company at Indonesian Bursary Effect in the pre and for 2 (two) months of global crisis. The purpose of this research is to measure the influence between the rate of interest of Indonesian bank and Rupiah exchange rate toward stock market price of Coal Mining Company at the recording of Indonesian Bursary Effect during pre- and post-two months of global crisis, that is during the period of July to November 2008.The method of research here used both of primary and secondary data and data collecting technique through library research and field research, that is through observation and documentation. The data is analyzed by multiple linier regression.Based on the result of data analysis and hypothesis testing is how big the influence of rate of interest of Indonesian Bank (X1) and Rupiah Exchange Rate (X2) during two months before global crisis toward Stock Market Price (Y) could be revealed from the high of multiple determination coefficient value (R2), that is 0,712 or statistically 71,20% of Stock Market Price is influenced by the rate of interest of Indonesian bank and Rupiah Exchange Rate. The rest (100% - 71,20%) = 28,80% of Stock Market Price is influenced by other factors besides those two independent variables. It is also supported from statistical accounting that shows Freckoner > Ftabel or 49,536 > 3,23. For the two months during global crisis, the high of multiple determination coefficient value (R2) is 0,7000 or statistically 70,00% of Stock Market Price is influenced by the rate of interest of Indonesian Bank and Rupiah Exchange Rate.Key words: Rate of Interest of Indonesian Bank, Rupiah Exchange Rate, Stock Market Price.

Abstract

Management information system is an economic device companies as the supporting of busniness wheel. This system is a support that ease companies to receive information flow where the information flows come from both internal and external company can be absorbed and presented in a place that is easy to understand, quick and on target includes the current financial information, human resources (HR), marketing and sales strategies that will be built by the company to the issues that will influence business wheel in the company. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of human resource management, electronic systems, and the distribution system in moderation system information for competitive advantage of UKM in Lampung Province.  The method uses descriptive and associative.  The research result shows that human resource management positively and significantly influences competitive advantage with moderation organization information system, electronic system does not significantly influence the competitive advantage with moderation organization information systems, and distribution system significantly influences the competitive advantage with moderation organizational information systems. Key Words: Human Resources Management, Organization Information System Electronic Systems, Distribution System, Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

Brand image is a perception that is in customer’s mind. Through Brand Image, customers can experience and get recognize the product, evaluating the quality, lower purchasing risk,  and get a certain satisfaction from product differentation. One of Strategy that is widely used by companies is by increasing Brand Image. The creation of brand image providing benefits in the success of a business engaged in services. Incurance companies are demanded to always cleanup seriously by increasing customer satisfaction that can be achieved through the creation of good service and product that can produce good corporate brand image. This research was aimed to know the influence of service quality and product quality onbrand image through customer satisfaction as intervening variable that functions as connector between independence variable namely service quality, product quality, and dependence variable namely brand image. Research methodology used in this research was associative. The research sample was taken by probability sampling is proportionate stratified random sampling. Hypothesis testing with 95% confidance level. The result of this research indicated that service quality, product quality have a significant influence onbrand image with customer satisfaction as connecting variable.Key Words  : Service Quality, Product Quality, Brand Image, Satisfaction, Intervening

Abstract

The presence of Fintech in Indonesia is a warning to conventional institutions included in the financial sector. If the conventional institutions are not able to keep following of growths, the tasks and responsibilities undertaken can be switched. It is because Fintech can provide the services with ease and minimize costs than the services of existing institutions. The purpose of this study was analyzed the effect of financial literacy on the online loan users’ behavior through financial attitudes as an intervening variable. The method of this study used associative method. The data analysis techniques used Smart Partial Least Square (PLS, 3.0). This research used Snowball Sampling Technique. The total of sample respondent was 100 respondents. The results of this study showed that financial literacy had a significant effect on the online loan users’ behavior, financial attitudes significantly influenced the online loan users’ behavior Danabijak. Meanwhile, the financial literacy had no significant effect on financial attitudes. Financial attitude was able to be intervening between financial literacy variables and Danabijak online loan user behavior variables.

Abstract

Conventional Commercial Bank credit growth continues to grow, although not as much as growth in third party funds. Credit grew an average of 7.99% per year over the last five years. The objectives to be achieved in this research are: To determine the influence of Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit To Ratio (LDR) and Operational Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO) which have a positive effect on the rate of return on assets in distribution. credit to debtors at PT Bank Lampung KCP Natar. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the Statistical Problem Solution (SPSS) application. Data collection techniques with a financial reporting period of 10 years (2014-2023). The results of this study reveal that financial Ratio performance condition from the Non Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit To Ratio (LDR) and Operational Expenses and Operational Income (BOPO) have significant effect to financial performance at PT Bank Lampung KCP Natar. Abstract

Permasalahan dan kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM yaitu pemasaran produk yang masih dilakukan secara langsung dan konvensional tanpa menggunakan digitalisasi, sehingga membatasi ruang lingkup pemasaran. Selain itu, kurangnya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang jelas membuat proses bisnis menjadi kurang terstruktur dan efisien. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan penerapan pemasaran digital melalui blog dan media sosial, serta pengembangan laporan keuangan menggunakan Excel. Selain itu, SOP disusun untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam jangkauan pasar, struktur operasional, dan manajemen keuangan. Upaya pemasaran digital, terutama melalui media sosial dan pengembangan situs web, meningkatkan visibilitas merek dan keterlibatan pelanggan. Implementasi SOP dan alat manajemen keuangan berkontribusi pada operasi bisnis yang lebih terorganisir dan menguntungkan. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya transformasi digital dan praktik bisnis yang terstruktur dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM.

Abstract

Financial performance reflects a company’s operational condition in both favorable and unfavorable periods. Narcissistic CEOs often drive short-term financial gains through risky strategies, but these can result in long-term issues, such as rising debt and declining performance. This study examines the impact of CEO narcissism on financial performance, using Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a mediator. The population consists of state-owned firms in Indonesia, with purposive sampling applied. Data analysis uses the path analysis method. The study finds that CEO narcissism negatively affects both financial performance and CSR. Narcissistic traits, measured through factors like photos and education, harm CSR efforts, though CSR does not mediate the relationship between CEO narcissism and financial performance. The findings suggest that companies should carefully assess narcissistic traits in CEO candidates, as these can harm long-term financial stability and social reputation. Investors are also advised to consider CEO personality traits when making investment decisions.
