Abstract

PT. Central Prima Sukses is currently lacking in oversight of receivables and inventory company, the system is ineffective use and the supplier often don’t give the proof of cash receipt to company. This study has the aim to analyze internal control and constraints in receipt and disbursements cash at company. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods that are supported by observation, documentation, and interviews. The population use is all company have and the sample use is all document about  transaction purchases and sales transaction. The results of this study is bad debts and the amount of inventory has differences at system and the physical inventory is caused by a lack of human resources,  information system uneffectiive  because Still using Microsoft excel to help the main system accurate, the system receipt and disbursement cash in accordance with the company predeterminded cycle, documents used as proof of the cash receipts and the payments for ease work of employees, but there are suppliers who do not give it , the division of responsibilities to employees has been going well, and accounting records like a journal for system receipt and disbursements on company. Keywords: Cash Disbursements System; Cash Receipt System; Internal Control

Abstract

Pembuatan kontrak menjadi bagian terpenting dalam menjalani hubungan bisnis, sehingga kontrak memiliki peranan yang sangat penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh para pelaku usaha sebelum menjalani hubungan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris terkait dengan implementasidan peranan dari sebuah kontrak dalam membangun hubungan kerjasama sewa menyewa di pusat perbelanjaan kota Batam. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian empiris, dengan 2 data pendukung yaitu yang pertama data primer untuk melakukan wawancara dengan menggunakan sample penelitian pada pihak- pihak yang bekerja pada suatu pusat perbelanjaan, dan yang kedua menggunakan data sekunder dengan memperoleh data kepustakaan, Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata, Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan RI, dan Peraturan Daerah Kota Batam Nomor 10 Tahun 2009. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam kontrak kegiatan sewa menyewa dapat diterapkan sebagai jembatan bagi pihak tenant dan pihak pengelola pusat perbelanjaan,dengan peranan sebagai alat bukti dan media untuk membangun hubungan kerjasama, dan kontrak dalam bentuk perjanjian tertulis yang dapat memberikan kepastian hukum bagi para pihak. Dengan kehadiran kontrak yang berfungsi sebagai pengikat bagi para pihak, maka dengan ini kegiatan sewa menyewa dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

In 2022, Waimital Village recorded 4 HIV cases among adolescents, two of whom died. Preliminary research indicated that these cases were influenced by low health literacy among adolescents. This study aims to analyze the relationship between health literacy using Snakes and ladders media about HIV/AIDS and risky behavior among adolescents. This study used a quantitative design with a Quasi-Experimental approach. The study population was 123 adolescents, and the sample was calculated using the Lameshow formula to obtain 56 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test because the data distribution was unexpected. The results showed a significant relationship between health literacy and adolescent behavior after the intervention (p-value=0.048). Two interventions using Snakes and Ladders media effectively improved health literacy and influenced adolescents' actions toward risky behaviors. It is expected that health centers, village officials, and schools can implement health literacy programs directly and consistently to reduce risky behaviors in adolescents.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to identify and examine how service quality impacts customer satisfaction. To understand and analyze the relationship between trust and customer satisfaction. To explore and analyze the simultaneous and partial impact of service quality and customer satisfaction guarantees. A quantitative research approach was applied in this kind of research. The recorded review approach used a sample of 115 participants. According to the evaluation findings, customer satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by service quality (X1), as evidenced by a t-calculated score greater than the t-table score (4.196 > 1.981) and a significance level below 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Additionally, customer satisfaction regarding the F-test value is influenced by both service quality and trust, determined by an F-table score greater than the F-calculated score (165.263 > 3.08) and a significance level of F below 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The adjusted R-square score of 0.742, also known as the coefficient of determination (R2), indicates that the total contribution of all X variables, namely trust and service quality, to the Y variable, which is customer satisfaction, is 74.2%. The remaining 25.8% is attributed to other factors not covered in this research.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition that is said to be malnourished, thus affecting infants both before birth and early after birth which is analysed from several factors including maternal size, nutrition during pregnancy, and fetal growth. The lack of information obtained by pregnant women affects knowledge and attitudes, especially about preventing stunting during pregnancy. This study aims to determine the effect of development cadre assistance (KPM) on knowledge and attitudes in preventing stunting in first and second trimester pregnant women in Sragen. This study used a Quantitative approach, this type of research is experimental, quasi-experimental design with a sub-design of one group pre-test and post-test only one group, without a control group. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, the intervention was given to 38 pregnant women in trimester 1 and 2, data analysis using the Friedman test. The results showed that there was an effect of KPM assistance on knowledge and attitudes in preventing stunting. So with these significant results, it is hoped that the sragen district government can empower KPM so that data collection on the 1000 HPK target, besides that KPM can become a companion, especially in providing education related to stunting prevention.
