Abstract

Management of infrastructure facilities plays an important role in supporting the success of the learning process, and every teacher should try to do it well. Especially if learning is not only directed in the context to mastering the material, but also as a means of internalisasing character in students. The research seeks to describe the management of infrastructure in supporting the learning process by the teacher in 1st grade at MI Darul Hikmah. Data collecting uses interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the efforts made by the teacher included: first, taking an inventory of the facilities and infrastructure in the classroom. Second, arrange the infrastructure in the classroom, including the position of student desks and chairs. Third, linking the management of infrastructure facilities with the learning process to support character instilling in students, both in the planning, implementation and closing stages. And this gives a real impact in the learning process that is carried out

Abstract

The introduction of hadith-based adab can influence a person’s religious behavior, including in early childhood. This research attempts to describe in depth the efforts of teachers in early childhood education institutions in developing religious behavior based on the hadith of the Prophet. This research uses the living hadith method, especially practical studies regarding Muslim social phenomena related to hadith texts. The research location is KB Al-Azkia Purwokerto which consistently teaches adab, one of the sources of which is hadith. Data collection at the location was carried out through interviews, documentation, and observation, and was complemented by a study of hadiths related to the phenomenon. The research results show that: first, the hadith that is used as a teacher in developing religious behavior is a hadith related to drinking etiquette, namely the hadith of Muslim history no. 2026 and this hadith is of authentic quality. Second, the teacher’s efforts to build hadith-based religious behavior are carried out through three stages, namely: introducing, training, and getting used to. The process of implementing these three stages is carried out by paying attention to the age development and potential of students, especially in the aspects of religion and morals, cognitive, language, and social-emotional. The results of the implementation show that students are getting to know the etiquette of drinking while sitting, dare to practice, and have the courage to tell the teacher if other students need to follow the etiquette that has been taught.[Pengenalan adab berbasis hadis dapat berpengaruh pada perilaku keberagamaan seseorang, termasuk pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini berupaya mendeskripsikan secara mendalam bagaimana usaha dari guru di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini dalam membangun perilaku keagamaan berbasis hadis Nabi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode living hadis khususnya studi praktik mengenai fenomena sosial muslim yang terkait dengan teks hadis. Lokasi penelitian di KB Al-Azkia Purwokerto yang secara konsisten mengajarkan adab, yang salah satu sumbernya adalah hadis. Penggalian data di lokasi dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi, serta dilengkapi dengan mengkaji hadis yang berkaitan dengan fenomena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, hadis yang dijadikan guru dalam membangun perilaku keberagamaan merupakan hadis yang berkaitan dengan adab minum, yakni hadis riwayat muslim no 2026 dan hadis ini berkualitas shahih. Kedua, upaya guru dalam membangun perilku religius berbasis hadis dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yakni: mengenalkan, melatih dan membiasakan. Proses implementasi tiga tahapan tersebut dilakukan dengan memperhatikan perkembangan usia dan potensi peserta didik, khususnya pada aspek agama dan moral, kognitif, bahasa, serta sosial emosional. Hasil dari implementasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mulai kenal dengan adab minum sambil duduk, berani mempraktikkan serta berani memberitahukan kepada guru jika ada siswa lain yang tidak sesuai dengan adab yang telah diajarkan.]

Abstract

Teacher is the central figure to manage the class towards a child friendly. The management of child-friendly classes in this case is all effort of the teacher in creating and maintaining optimal conditions for the learning process to occur while still paying attention to the protection of the growth and development of the student’s potential from acts of violence and discrimination so as to achieve the expected learning objectives. In this regard, child-friendly classroom management patterns related to the role of teachers need to be continuously developed, because they are very strategic in supporting the development of the potential of students. This study aims to map the role of the teacher conceptually related to classroom management towards being child-friendly, sourced from various appropriate literature sources. The research results can be described as follows: first, teachers need to manage students which include enforcing rules in class, providing age-appropriate guidance for students, controlling the course of the learning process. Second, the teacher needs to manage the physical classroom, which includes arranging the seating position of the teacher and students as well as the classroom furniture. Meanwhile, the success of MI teachers in managing classes to become child-friendly classes cannot be separated from the support of all stakeholders in the school

Abstract

Efforts to develop children's character based on the application of religious culture are important for every early childhood education institution, but the implementation patterns are still limited. This research aims to describe the application of religious culture in early childhood education institutions in cultivating character to find application patterns. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a single case study design conducted at one of the early childhood education institutions in Banyumas, Indonesia. Data search was carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis techniques used, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The research results show that the application of religious culture has two main parts. The part related to the phasing pattern of cultivating religious values and the part related to various religious cultures and how to transmit them to children. The phasing pattern of cultivating religious values in children is carried out through introduction and training, which leads to habituation. Meanwhile, various religious cultures include cultures related to holy books, religious rituals, and places of worship. Religious culture is transmitted through the learning process and activities outside the learning process, including socialization, role modeling, and building communication between parents and institutions. Abstract

Reading literacy is the ability to understand, use, evaluate, and reflect on various written texts to develop individual capacities to contribute positively to society. Reading literacy is essential to be taught and strengthened, especially for elementary school-aged children. This study aims to describe in-depth supporting reading literacy in first-grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Pasir Lor Banyumas. The research method is descriptive-qualitative, with interviews, documentation, and observation as data collection techniques. The results showed that strengthening reading literacy in the institution was carried out through two main methods: the learning process and other ways. The reinforcement is focused on the level of understanding and using existing literacy. This is done according to the stage of student development, learning materials, and the level of competence at that class level. The reinforcement can have a good impact on students' literacy skills.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on primary education. This opens up the potential for problems in classroom management that are less child-friendly, neglecting children's potential, not being conducive to the learning atmosphere, and even giving rise to non-violence in learning. So it is necessary to look for a child-friendly classroom management model during the Covid-19 pandemic that the teacher carries out. This study aims to analyses in depth the role of teachers in managing the class toward being child-friendly. This study used the descriptive qualitative method with a single case study design. Collecting data using interview techniques with six teachers who teach lower grades, learning observations, and documentation. The data analysis uses data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results show the pattern used by the teacher includes planning, implementation, and reflection. Planning is carried out by focusing on developing student potential, including compiling indicators of competency achievement and learning media (online/offline), so as to minimize the potential for acts of violence and discrimination. For the learning process, the teacher uses sentences or greeting words that are polite and respects students, uses proactive strategies in learning, and handles disciplinary behavior in students without discrimination and violence.

Abstract

Permasalahan Pendidikan Agama Islam salah satunya adalah hanya mengedepankan teori saja tanpa memperhatikan aplikasi dari teori tersebut. Hal ini menyebabkan Pendidikan Agama Islam hanyalah sebatas materi saja tanpa mengena di hati peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 2 Baturaden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI dengan model Problem Based Learning dilakukan dengan 5 tahap yang pertama mengorientasi peserta didik pada masalah dilakukan dengan merivew materi sebelumnya, kedua mengorganisasi peserta didik untuk belajar proses dilakukan dengan membagi kelas menjadi 8 kelompok setiap kelompok beranggotakan 4 peserta didik, ketiga membimbing penyelidikan individual maupun kelompok proses ini pendidik memantau dan berkeliling disaat peserta didik sedang melakukan diskusi bersama kelompoknya, keempat mengembangkan dan menyajikan hasil karya proses dilakukan dengan pendidik meminta peserta didik untuk mengembangkan hasil diskusinya di lembar kerja peserta didik dan memberikan kesimpulan, kelima menganalisis dan mengevaluasi hasil karya dilakukan dengan peserta didik untuk mengumpulkan hasil jawaban yang telah dikerjakan. Evaluasi pembelajaran PAI dengan model Problem Based Learning, tahap ini guru merefleksikan kegiatan belajar yang telah dilaksanakan, dengan melihat apakah peserta didik telah mendapatkan kesempatan untuk menimba ilmu yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing serta untuk evaluasi pembelajaran pendidik mengimplementasikan melalui 2 asesmen yaitu asesmen sumantif dan asesmen formatif.

Abstract

This research seeks a service innovation model at Ma'had Al-Jami'ah, a unit at an Islamic religious university in Indonesia, both during the Covid-19 pandemic and its sustainability after the pandemic subsided. This research is based on field studies using a mix-method with a sequential exploratory design. Observations, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires with a sample of 172 students are used to gather the data. As for analysis techniques: preparing data to be analyzed, exploring data, conducting post-exploration data analysis, selecting data that represents the results of the analysis, displaying the interpretation of the results, and validating the data and results. The results show that service innovation is carried out using a configuration model through the application of CLER (configuration, linkage, environment, resources) based on the use of technology to deal with existing situations and the application of five innovation characteristics. The implementation of service innovation is directed at information and registration, learning, and evaluation services. Based on the existing sample, the percentage of students participating in the Islamic boarding school program in the BTA-PPI competency test reached 78%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi penguatan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an pada siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Kemangkon Purbalingga. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penguatan dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, pihak sekolah menyusun program Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an (BTA) yang berjenjang dengan metode Iqra dan Sorogan sebagai strategi utama. Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pembelajaran praktik membaca, menulis, dan murottal Al-Qur’an secara rutin. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan penilaian langsung, setoran hafalan, dan ujian akhir tahun yang terdokumentasi melalui kartu prestasi siswa. Secara umum, program penguatan ini terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca Al-Qur’an sesuai kaidah tajwid dan tartil. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan variasi metode, seperti talaqqi, tahsin, tilawati, dan media digital, untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

The presence of the post-Truth Era impacts human life, both in the individual and in society. They are included in the religious aspect, where for Muslims, spiritual elements cannot be separated from the Qur'an. However, revealing the meaning of the Qur'an requires tools, including asbabun nuzul and munasabah. This study describes the significance of understanding asbabun nuzul and munasabah in the Post Truth Era. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with literature study. The study results a show that understanding asbabun nuzul and munasabah will be very helpful in adapting to the Post Truth Era, including terror in the name of religion because of mistakes in capturing the meaning of God's words.
