Abstract

AbstrakLatar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari rasa penasaran penulis yang merasakan Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan yang kurang kondusif sehingga penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini dan guna mengetahui pengaruh gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan di MAN Ciledug. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan (1) Seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan, (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh situasi kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan dan (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi iklim kerja organisasi, diantaranya adalah faktor kepemimpinan. Beberapa Dimensi kepemimpinan diantaranya adalah gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan, dimensi ini merupakan hal yang pertama mempengaruhi iklim kerja. Dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik dan situasi kepemimpinan yang efektif diharapkan akan mewujudkan Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan yang kondusif.  Metode  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui  angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis  data  yang  digunakan  adalah  korelasi pearson product moment, determinasi, dan korelasi ganda. Selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul diolah kemudian ditafsirkan, dianalisis dan dideskripsikan sesuai dengan masalah dan  tujuan  penelitian. Berdasarkan pembahasan dalam penelitian  ini,  maka  dapat  ditarik  kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan sebesar 37% termasuk pada kategori kurang, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan sebesar 32% termasuk pada kategorikurang, (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan educater secara bersama-sama terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan sebesar 39%, sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor yang lainnya.Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, situasi kepemimpinan dan iklim kerja AbstractThe background of this research arises from author’s curiosity who feel the working climate of educater is less of  conducive so author interested in conducting this research and to determine the influence of leadership style and leadership situation on the working climate of educater in MAN Ciledug. The aim of this research are to explain (1) How much the influence of the leadership style on the working climate of educater, (2) How much the influence of the leadership situation on the working climate of educater and (3) How much the influence of leadership style and leadership situation working together on working climate of educater. There are several factors that can influence the working climate of the organization, including the factor of leadership. Some dimensions of leadership such as leadership style and leadership situations, these dimensions are the first thing that influence the working climate. With the good leadership style and effective leadership situation is expected to realize a conducive working climate ofeducater. The method is used in this research is quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires / questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation, determination, and double correlation. Furthermore, the data that had been collected was processed and then interpreted, analyzed and described in accordance with the issues and research purposes. Based on the discussion in this research, it can be concluded that: (1) There are positive influence and significant leadership style on working climate of educater is 37% included in the category of less, (2) There are positive influence and significant leadership situation on the working climate of educateris 32% include in the category of less, (3) There are positive influence and significant both  of leadership styles and situations educater together onworking climate of educater is 39%, the rest is influenced by other factors.Keywords: leadership style, leadership situation and working climate

Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini disebabkan oleh kurang optimalnya proses pembelajaran PKn di SMAN 3 Probolinggo yang berimplikasi pada rendahnya pengembangan warga negara yang cerdas dan baik (smart and good citizen). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi PBM pada mata pelajaran PKn dalam meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Adapun subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa dalam implementasi PBM pada mata pelajaran PKn dalam meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik sudah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pembelajaran, mulai dari kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti pembelajaran, sampai kepada kegiatan penutup. Namun, strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang kreatif dan tidak semua materi PKn cocok menggunakan strategi PBM. Oleh karena itu, dalam mempersiapkan PBM melalui metode diskusi atau debat, guru perlu mengidentifikasi materi pembelajaran sesuai dengan peta konsepnya

Abstract

Previous researchers show that school is the most vulnerable institution induced by radical religious ideology. There are many factors that cause this, namely: the absence of strictly of religious regulation in school, psychological conditions of adolescent, the lack of religious comprehension, and uncontrolled religious organizations with various ideology in school. These conditions are required the pattern of the school da’wa movement that can be accepted by all adolescent. This research focused on constructing the pattern of da’wa movement which can be an alternative pattern of da’wa developed in schools.To get the data, this research conducted a qualitative research with phenomenological approach taking Purwokerto as the setting area. It applies observation as well as interview and focus group discussion with school leaders, teachers, students, activists of religious organizations, and religious leaders who understand the problems in this study. The main of data analysis is processed by qualitative research.To produce the patterns of school da’wa movement that can be accepted by all the communities, the school needs the pattern of integrative school da’wa movement within intra-curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. In practicing this da’wa movement pattern, the school should pay attention to the characteristics of the school, students backgrounds, as well as involved stakeholders and the da’wa organizations.

Abstract

Seasonal vertically integrated primary productivity (IPP) in eight stations of Inner Ambon Bay (IAB) and ninestations of Outer Ambon Bay (OAB) was estimated using the depth-resolved, time-integrated production model andvertical-a distribution model which was mainly dependent on chlorophyll-a profile. The profile was modeled as Gaussfunction in which its parameters were determined by minimizing the difference between the model and the averageof in situ chlorophyll-a concentration from 2008 to 2012. The data was collected by UPT BKBL-LIPI Ambonduring monitoring program in Ambon Bay. Based on this model, the results showed that the primary productivityduring the southeast monsoon was to some degree higher than that of other seasons. The main factors causing the higherIPP in this season were upwelling phenomenon and high rainfall intensity. From the results, it could be concludedthat run-off gave more impacts in IAB than in OAB while upwelling in Banda Sea affected the IPP more in OABthan that in IAB. Then, the existence of the sill located between IAB and OAB inhibited the mixing of IAB andOAB waters so that the levels of IPP and chlorophyll-a concentration in IAB were higher than that of in the OAB.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, companies are required to have a competitive advantage in order to be able to compete and survive amid the tight of the competition. Therefore, companies need good human resources and able to compete. The background of this research is to find out whether the dimensions of service quality (tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and emphaty) affect customer satisfaction at Allium Tangerang Hotel. the goal is to find out how much the influence of the independent variable toward the dependent variable, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative-explanatory research with the research subject Allium Tangerang Hotel. The population in this study were the guests who held an event at Allium Tangerang Hotel. The samples taken were 80 respondents using purposive sampling probability technique. The results show that service quality (X), which includes five variables (Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Attention) is simultaneously related to Customer Satisfaction (Y).Keywords: Service quality, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of character education with a dormitory program model for students at the Alifa Pringsewu Midwifery Academy in Lampung. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive analytical approach and data collection using observation, interview and documentation methodsThe results of this study are in the dormitory of the Alifa Pringsewu Midwifery Academy in Lampung, there are several character education programs, namely spiritual programs, personality development programs and character education programs that are integrated with the academic curriculum. The implementation of character education is by way of students being obliged to students to participate in activities from the spiritual program, personality development programs and taking courses in Islamic religious education in each semester and courses in Character Building. The implementation of character education has an impact on changes in attitudes / personality / morality of students both in campus life and life after graduation

Abstract: An effort to develop young generation is a must and became urgent necessity. This huge project needs participation fromall elements, especially ta’mir (management) masjid. With total 700.000 Masjid in Indonesia, if it can optimally develop younggeneration, it can promise successfulness. Abstract

Changes in society are so quick to have implications for the change of religiosity. These conditions demand achange in managing the activities of proselytizing, to more professional direction. One of the institutions that need to berevised is the women’s majelis taklim who have potential and significant role in life. Women’s majelis taklim need to bemanaged by using modern management with a way to empower both personal, institutional and social institutions. With theexpected empowerment, majelis taklim activities not only as a medium of learning and teaching community, but can playa role in addressing humanitarian problems that often befall women and also to improve the welfare of members.

Abstract

Toward leadership crisis that crashed the nation of Indonesia, one of thefactors contributors come from universities, concerning Higher Education is anursery area of society and the national leaders. To overcome the crisis, it needed torepair the leadership models that are able to change and improve social and nationallife. The mandate of the university is shaping and sharpening thinking of thelecturers, students, and alumni to always siding, thinking and acting for the benefitand improvement of the surrounding communities. One alternative models ofleadership that are relevant to college is spiritual leadership.Spiritual leadership has been tested and researched by Louis W. Fry ( 2003)along with the comrades in the context of different organizations and the resultsshow the possibility of the application of this theoretical model for various types oforganizations. According to Fry spiritual leadership is the incorporation of thenecessary values, attitudes and behaviors to motivate intrinsically oneselves andothers to be such a way so that they have a sense of spiritual defense through the callof duty and membership.Spiritual leadership model is studied by the author in STAIN Purwokerto, asIslamic educational institutions which incidentally has been practicing spiritualvalues in their environment. The study was conducted using qualitative research andcase study approach.Spiritual leadership in STAIN Purwokerto is constructed based on threeimportant things: First, the existence of spiritual values that were held by leaders andserve as an ideology or belief to motivate himself and others. Spiritual values arevalues such are togetherness, belief or determination, and obeying the rules. Second,building tradition of spiritual leadership that is reflected in the actions taken byleaders in achieving the vision to be achieved by STAIN Purwokerto. The habitualprocess is done by sticking to spiritual values carried. Then it is implemented byissuing flagship programs supported by strategic policies carried out intensively sothat it becomes a regular agenda of the academic community and staff as well as toproduce a healthy organizational culture and quality. Third, organizational culture isfostered by building a dynamic atmosphere, full of family-like-feeling, cooperation,open and respectful in terms of spiritual, intellectual and professional. The efforts aremade from simple things and daily life by providing deep meaning so that it can beused as a driver towards the direction of progress .
