Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini disebabkan oleh kurang optimalnya proses pembelajaran PKn di SMAN 3 Probolinggo yang berimplikasi pada rendahnya pengembangan warga negara yang cerdas dan baik (smart and good citizen). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi PBM pada mata pelajaran PKn dalam meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Adapun subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa dalam implementasi PBM pada mata pelajaran PKn dalam meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik sudah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pembelajaran, mulai dari kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti pembelajaran, sampai kepada kegiatan penutup. Namun, strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang kreatif dan tidak semua materi PKn cocok menggunakan strategi PBM. Oleh karena itu, dalam mempersiapkan PBM melalui metode diskusi atau debat, guru perlu mengidentifikasi materi pembelajaran sesuai dengan peta konsepnya

Abstract

Seasonal vertically integrated primary productivity (IPP) in eight stations of Inner Ambon Bay (IAB) and ninestations of Outer Ambon Bay (OAB) was estimated using the depth-resolved, time-integrated production model andvertical-a distribution model which was mainly dependent on chlorophyll-a profile. The profile was modeled as Gaussfunction in which its parameters were determined by minimizing the difference between the model and the averageof in situ chlorophyll-a concentration from 2008 to 2012. The data was collected by UPT BKBL-LIPI Ambonduring monitoring program in Ambon Bay. Based on this model, the results showed that the primary productivityduring the southeast monsoon was to some degree higher than that of other seasons. The main factors causing the higherIPP in this season were upwelling phenomenon and high rainfall intensity. From the results, it could be concludedthat run-off gave more impacts in IAB than in OAB while upwelling in Banda Sea affected the IPP more in OABthan that in IAB. Then, the existence of the sill located between IAB and OAB inhibited the mixing of IAB andOAB waters so that the levels of IPP and chlorophyll-a concentration in IAB were higher than that of in the OAB.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, companies are required to have a competitive advantage in order to be able to compete and survive amid the tight of the competition. Therefore, companies need good human resources and able to compete. The background of this research is to find out whether the dimensions of service quality (tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and emphaty) affect customer satisfaction at Allium Tangerang Hotel. the goal is to find out how much the influence of the independent variable toward the dependent variable, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative-explanatory research with the research subject Allium Tangerang Hotel. The population in this study were the guests who held an event at Allium Tangerang Hotel. The samples taken were 80 respondents using purposive sampling probability technique. The results show that service quality (X), which includes five variables (Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Attention) is simultaneously related to Customer Satisfaction (Y).Keywords: Service quality, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of character education with a dormitory program model for students at the Alifa Pringsewu Midwifery Academy in Lampung. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive analytical approach and data collection using observation, interview and documentation methodsThe results of this study are in the dormitory of the Alifa Pringsewu Midwifery Academy in Lampung, there are several character education programs, namely spiritual programs, personality development programs and character education programs that are integrated with the academic curriculum. The implementation of character education is by way of students being obliged to students to participate in activities from the spiritual program, personality development programs and taking courses in Islamic religious education in each semester and courses in Character Building. The implementation of character education has an impact on changes in attitudes / personality / morality of students both in campus life and life after graduation

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk tunggal dari kata-kata yang tergolong sebagai ism al-jam’i (plural) dan ism al-jinsi al-jam’i (plural noun of genus), jenis kasus dan jenis fungsi sintaksisnya, dan penanda gramatikal dalam al-Qur’an,. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian library research. Data berupa ism al-jam’i (plural) dan ism al-jinsi al-jam’i (plural noun of genus) bersumber dari al-Qur’an dengan teknik tujuan (purposive sampling). Adapun analisis datanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik agih (distribusional). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sejumlah 103 data dalam al-Qur’an, dengan rincian 49 data ism al-jam’i dan 54 data ism al-jinsi al-jam’i. Data yang dianalisis hanya 36 data dikarenakan ada beberapa data yang sama, dengan rincian 8 data ism al-jam’i (plural) dan 28 data ism al-jinsi al-jam’i (plural noun of genus). Dari 36 data tersebut, jumlah fungsi sintaksis ism al jam’i dalam al-Qur’an yaitu; musnad: 0, musnad ilayh (mafu<l bih): 7, dan fadhlah: 1. Adapun fungsi sintaksis ism al-jinsi al-jam’i-nya yaitu; musnad: 3, musnad ilayh (mafu<l bih): 22, dan fadhlah: 3. Adapun jumlah kasus atau penanda gramatikal ism al jam’i dalam al-Qur’an sejumlah; nominatif (sufiks vokal /-u/): 1, akusatif (sufiks vokal /-a/): 3, dan genetif (sufiks vokal /-i/): 3. Dan kasus ism al jinsi al jam’i-nya yaitu; nominatif: 8, akusatif: 11, dan genetif: 9. Sementara untuk penanda gramatikal huruf terdapat 4 dengan rincian; 3: /ة/ dan 1: /ي/.

Abstract

This quantitative research is an attempt to explore the possibilities to decrease the level of difficulty for Balti language speakers in object categorization while they learn Urdu language as their L2. Purpose of this research is to know that how chunking technique can help the Balti speakers remember the grammatical gender of different inanimate objects while keeping in mind their adjective-noun pairs. This is an experimental study and population for this research is comprised of all Balti language speakers living in Lahore. Simple random sampling technique is used to select the sample and teaching sessions are conducted by the researcher to teach experimental and controlled groups. Findings of this study show that chunking technique is beneficial to be used for L2 learners of Urdu language especially if their L1 doesn’t have the concept of grammatical gender. In conclusion, it is recommended through this research to apply the same technique of linking adjectives with nouns in pedagogical approach for the Balti speakers who intend learn Urdu as their L2 with the help of their curriculum.

Abstract

Today's competition requires each product to develop a co-branding strategy in reaching the market, especially in the digital era where social networking is a space to build brand identities. So this research was conducted to find out how to co-brand Compass Shoes on social networks. To find out how much influence the co-branding variable has on social networks, seen from the dimensions of social networks by measuring social networks—using a quantitative-explanatory methodology, a data collection using a random questionnaire with a total of 398 respondents who meet the characteristics of the sample. The results of this study have a hypothesis where the exogenous variable, namely co-branding, has a significant effect on the endogenous variable, namely social networking. Creating co-branding, of course, must have a strong strategy in innovation and be able to understand consumer desires by providing collaboration space to build a shared identity.

Abstract

Abstrak: Gejala perilaku seksual di kalangan pelajar sudah mewabah hampir di seluruh pelosok tanah air. Data menunjukkan dari 62 juta remaja di Indonesia, 21 juta atau 32% diantaranya sudah pernah melakukan hubungan seksual sebelum menikah. Di Indonesia, agama masih diyakini sebagai salah satu sumber untuk memperoleh nilai moral atau norma perilaku. Tidak adanya moral dan agama seringkali dituduh sebagai penyebab meningkatnya kenakalan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku seksual remaja dengan tingkat pengetahuan agama Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Variable bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan agama Islam dan variabel terikat yaitu Perilaku Seksual Siswa SMK. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X dan XI SMK yang berjumlah 576 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan probability sampling yaitu sejumlah 132 siswa. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan perhitungan korelasi dengan teknik Chi-square. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan nilai Pearson Chi-square sebesar 1,606 dengan Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) sebesar 0,448 atau lebih besar dari 0,05 artinya nilai korelasinya sangat lemah, sehingga hasilnya tidak terdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel yang diteliti yaitu tingkat pengetahuan agama Islam dengan perilaku seksual pada siswa SMK KH. Gholib Pringsewu.CORELATIONS BETWEEN SEXUAL BEHAVIOR WITH LEVEL OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS KNOWLEDGE IN STUDENT OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (SMK) Abstract: Symptoms of sexual behavior among learners has spread across the country. Data show that of 62 million adolescents in Indonesia, 21 million or 32% of whom have had sexual intercourse before marriage. In Indonesia, religion is still believed as one source to obtain moral values or behavioral norms. The absence of morals and religion is often accused of causing increased juvenile delinquency. This study aims to determine the relationship between adolescent sexual behavior with the level of knowledge of Islam. This research is correlational analytic with Cross Sectional approach. Independent variable in this study is the level of knowledge of Islam and the dependent variable of Sexual Behavior SMK Students. The population of this study are students of class X and XI SMK, amounting to 576 students. Sampling using probability sampling approach that is a number of 132 students. Analysis of research data using correlation calculation with Chi-square technique. The result of statistical analysis showed Pearson Chi-square value of 1.606 with Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.448 or greater than 0.05 means the correlation value is very weak, so the result there is no relationship between the two variables studied is the level of knowledge of Islam with sexual behavior Students SMK KH.
