Abstract

Abstract : The meaning of faith, which is commonly understood only to believe, must be understood more profoundly as early as possible in every scientific study. This is because actually faith includes three things, namely believing in the heart, saying verbally, and practicing with the limbs. If you only believe with your heart, Satan does believe that Allah is the Lord of the Worlds. Faith must also bring peace by carrying out the mandate as caliph on earth. In addition, to be protected from disobedience / ma'shum, a prophet can certainly be a good example of virtue because of the virtues of his qualities. One cannot be said to believe when he does not trust the prophets. Trusting the prophets is not enough without actualizing their teachings through words, deeds or provisions. Planting and actualizing the faith as a unity in belief, words and deeds can shape characters that can ultimately carry out mandate and create a sense of security. Keywords: faith, actualizing, characters. Abstrak : Makna iman yang dipahami hanya sekedar percaya harus sudah mulai diperdalam lagi sedini mungkin dalam setiap kajian-kajian keilmuan. Karena sesungguhnya iman itu mencakup tiga hal yaitu meyakini dengan hati, mengucapkan dengan lisan dan mengamalkan dengan anggota tubuh. Jika hanya meyakini dengan hati bukankah setan meyakini bahwa Allah SWT adalah tuhan semesta alam. Iman Juga harus mendatangkan kedamaian dengan menjalankan amanah sebagai khalifah di muka bumi. Selain terjaga dari kemaksiatan/ ma’shum, seorang nabi tentulah dapat menjadi suri tauladan yang baik karena keutamaan sifat-sifat yang dimilikinya. Seseorang tidak dapat dikatakan beriman manakala tidak mempercayai para nabi. Mempercayai para nabi tidaklah cukup tanpa mengaktualiasasikan apa yang menjadi ajaran-ajarannya melalui perkataan, perbuatan ataupun ketetapannya. Penanaman dan aktualisasi keimanan sebagai satu kesatuan dalam keyakinan, perkataan dan perbuatan dapat membentuk karakter yang pada akhirnya dapat menjalankan amanah dan menciptakan rasa aman. Abstract

Islamic education is not only focussed on physical problems such as cognitive but also on spiritualilty which the mind’s ability that is build in tasawuf by tarekat way. Qadiriyah is a taken from the name of its founder Abd. Al-Qadir Jilani who is popular with Syekh Abd. Al-Qadir Jilani Al-Ghawsts atau Quthb Auliya. Syeikh Abd. Al-Qadir is athe founder of spiritual which is masive and organized well. Before Syeikh Abd. Al-Qadir Jilani, Islamic spiritual is individual and not well-organized. According to Al Sya’rani, the form and characteristic of Tarekat Syaikh Abd. Al-Qadir is tauhid . The way to achieve the syariat is by spritual and mental activities. The Syaikh Abd. Al-Qadir Al-Jilani always emphasizes on purificstion from the men’s desire. Some of the lessons are taubat, zuhud, tawakal, syukur, ridha and honest. Key Words : Islamic Education, Tarekat, Qadiriyah

Abstract

Sufism is often understood as an approach to cleansing one's soul (tazkiyat al-nafs). Its infusion to human resource management is severely underutilised. This article aims to describe the managerial experience and services of a Sufism-based institution, namely the Faculty of Tarbiyya and Teacher Training UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri, Purwokerto. The faculty has implemented Sufism-based management to improve its employee performance in the industrial revolution 4.0. This paper is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data are collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Twelve key informants comprising officials, lecturers, administrative staff, and students, were invited. The data were then analysed by employing Smith's model. The finding showed that spiritually clean and healthy officials could stimulate wiser organisational behaviour, stimulate bright ideas (innovations), and shape a stronger desire to follow up on problems. This Sufism-based management supports the improvement of the service quality of the institution internally, externally, and eternally.Contribution: This study contributes to the literature on Sufism-based management in the sense of providing practical implementation of takhallī, taḥallī, and tajallī in management

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in designing and optimizing personalization strategies to enhance customer experience in the tourism industry. In a sector highly dependent on customer satisfaction and loyalty, AI technology offers innovative solutions that can deliver more relevant and tailored experiences. Through a qualitative literature review and descriptive analysis, this research examines the application of AI on digital platforms such as chatbots, data-driven recommendations, and customer behavior analysis in crafting personalized experiences. Case studies from leading companies such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb demonstrate how AI can improve operational efficiency and provide relevant recommendations to boost customer satisfaction. The study also addresses challenges in implementing AI, such as balancing automation with human interaction and issues related to personal data protection. This research provides insights into the importance of AI adoption in personalization strategies within the tourism industry and its implications for businesses and customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan literatur ilmiah mengenai Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) dan lingkungan pembelajaran online dalam bidang teknologi pendidikan menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Data dikumpulkan dari database Scopus dengan rentang waktu 2013–2024 dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi kata kunci utama, jaringan kolaborasi antar penulis dan negara, serta tren evolusi topik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa e-learning, teaching, dan educational technology merupakan tema sentral yang paling sering dibahas, sementara topik seperti learning analytics, machine learning, dan data mining menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Kolaborasi penelitian didominasi oleh negara-negara Global Utara, khususnya Amerika Serikat, dengan koneksi yang kuat ke Kanada, China, dan Eropa Barat. Sebaliknya, partisipasi dari negara-negara berkembang masih terbatas dan lebih terisolasi. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan riset dan kebijakan pendidikan digital yang lebih inklusif dan adaptif.

Abstract

Integrating technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge is critical for effective teaching in the 21st century, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has intensified the reliance on digital tools in education. This study examines the interrelationships among the six components of the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework as demonstrated by Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Banyumas Regency, Indonesia. A quantitative research design was employed, with participants selected through proportional random sampling from the population of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in the region. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on a 4-point Likert scale and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that each component: Technological Knowledge (TK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), and Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK): exerts a positive and statistically significant influence on overall TPACK. Specifically, significant positive relationships were observed between TK and TPACK, PK and TPACK, TCK and TPACK, PCK and TPACK, and TPK and TPACK. These results underscore the necessity of reinforcing all dimensions of the TPACK framework to improve teaching effectiveness in Madrasah Tsanawiyah, with the quantitative analysis affirming the strength and significance of these associations.
