Abstract

Lack of knowledge and information on sexual and reproductive health has led to an increase in reproductive health problems, such as sexual violence and abuse, marriage and teenage pregnancy. There are several government programs related to youth health, but only a few young people can use and take advantage of these programs. This study aims to outline the needs and expectations of adolescents in sexual education and reproductive health. The method used is a qualitative method and an in-depth interview was conducted. Use deliberate sampling techniques to determine samples. The interview results showed that all adolescents had heard of adolescent reproductive health (KRR), but they could not fully explain the definition and scope of KRR. The availability of KRR information and services around the residence is still poor, and although there is no regular schedule and incomplete, most are obtained from the school. The services that young people need include youth-friendly counseling, counseling and health checks. The expected facilities are easy-to-use facilities, affordable costs and flexible service hours. Support from policy makers, plan implementers, schools and youth residential communities are needed to provide youth-friendly and easily accessible KRR services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Arabic language education activities in improving the ability of children at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level in reading Arabic books through. In this study, the researcher used a mixed method, which combines quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative data were obtained using a test instrument. Meanwhile, qualitative data were obtained by direct interviews with children. The research sample was 22 respondents who were MI level children in Blarakan village, Kebulen district, Pekalongan. Quantitative data analysis used the paired sample t-test method with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that Arabic language education activities have a significant effect on increasing Arabic language skills. In other words, Arabic education activities are more effective in helping children to improve their reading skills in Arabic. In addition, the results of the analysis also indicate that before the Arabic language education activities were carried out, the children's reading ability was classified as moderate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-commerce, harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Prodi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari Yang Belanja Online Di Shopee. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari yang belanja online di Shopee. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dan memperoleh 30 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) E-commerce berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari yang Belanja Online di Shopee. (2) Harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari yang Belanja Online di Shopee. (3) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari yang Belanja Online di Shopee. (4) E-commerce, Harga dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari yang Belanja Online di Shopee.

Abstract

Profit menjadi indikator utama dalam menilai keberhasilan dan kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan, serta mencerminkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam mengelola sumber daya untuk mencapai tujuan bisnisnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Firm Size dan Business Risk terhadap kinerja keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sector otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020 – 2024. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear data panel. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi dilihat dari nilai adjusted R squared sebesar 0.642683. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance dan Firm Size tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan Business Risk berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Temuan penelitian ini sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja keuangan. Dengan mengetahui bahwa Business Risk memiliki pengaruh positif, perusahaan dapat mengelola risiko bisnis secara lebih strategis untuk mendukung pencapaian laba yang optimal. Selain itu, hasil ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam menyusun kebijakan manajerial yang lebih tepat sasaran dan efisien dalam pengelolaan sumber daya perusahaan.
