Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) is a productive business,  owned by an individual or business entity that has meet a certain condition or criteria as businessmen. Micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) aims to grow and develop its capability to become a strong and independent business, enhance its role on regional development, providing jobs and promote economic growth.Information technology that is developing fast lately has driven acceleration in various fields of work. Newest and accurate information is needed, that is why the writer tries to design an information system website. This task intends to provide convenience who want to find out the information about all the North Sumatera (MSME) data, especially in Medan. This information system is built using PHP, MySQL, XAMPP, HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), Javascript, Sublime Text, Adobe Photoshop as layout design and Google Chrome browser. This information system can provide information on MSME products, employee data, basic tasks, vision and mission, organizational structure, galleries and contacts that users can reach if needed

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pulmonary TB remains a major public health problem in Indonesia. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, by 2022, there were approximately 694,808 cases of TB in Indonesia. Symptoms of TB can vary depending on the infected part of the body and the severity of the disease. Acid-resistant bacteria microscopic sputum examination, tuberculin test, TB blood test are methods to diagnose tuberculosis. This case is a person who has been diagnosed with TB for 4 months. The patient still complains of coughing. The patient is still regularly taking the TB drug package provided by the health center. The patient's family is very supportive of the patient's treatment. The environment around the patient is also positive towards the patient. This discussion is a holistic diagnostic approach to the patient's illness. Family doctor management and related factors in the course of the patient's illness are part of this case based discussion.

Pavement is one of the most important aspects of the economy and everyday life in a city, as it is always used by people in their activities. The appearance of obstacles on the road can cause losses to both the economy and the quality of life of local residents. One form of obstacle that often appears on roads is traffic jams. This traffic jam can be caused by many things, ranging from the road condition, the number of vehicles, to a less than optimal red light system. This is where the application of fuzzy logic in a dynamic traffic light system can help to solve the problem.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membedah semiotika yang terdapat di dalam film Pretty Boys. Dalam film tersebut terdapat pesan-pesan implisit yang berkaitan dengan dua hal besar yakni transpuan dan industri televisi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan pembedahan menggunakan metode semiotika Roland Barthes. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stigma negatif yang menempel pada sosok transpuan ternyata dimanfaatkan oleh industri televisi untuk mendongkrak rating. Tidak hanya itu, ada upaya eksploitasi sekaligus tersirat unsur pemaksaan untuk berlaku selayaknya transpuan demi mengejar rating. Kata Kunci: Transpuan, Roland Barthes, Pretty Boys

The Use of Fuzzy Logic to Select Between Uninhabitable House Conditions (RTLH) and Livable Houses (RLH) is focused on the running system as the subject of research. Starting with identifying issues, literature studies, data collection, problem analysis, fuzzy logic needs analysis, data analysis (variable classification), fuzzy system design, testing with the Sugeno method, testing with MATLAB software. The results of the program testing are in accordance with the diagram below. We get results that match the input member values of the established rules. If the roof is good enough, the floor is not good enough, and the walls are very good, then the house is not livable. The fuzzy control system involves three fuzzy inputs and one fuzzy output. Each of these variables has a membership function that groups values into four categories: Less Good, Fairly Good, Good, and Very Good. There are 64 fuzzy rules that link the combination of roof, floor, and wall conditions with the category of house eligibility. This fuzzy control system is then utilized to manage these rules. By simulating the conditions of the roof, floor, and walls, the system will calculate the value of the house's eligibility. If the eligibility value exceeds 50, the house is considered suitable for habitation; on the other hand, if the value is below 50, the house is considered uninhabitable. Therefore, this system can assess whether a house is livable or not based on its physical condition, providing a more objective and consistent decision than traditional assessment methods. This application shows that the use of fuzzy logic can be effective in assessing the livability of a house, especially in evaluating the subjective and complex physical condition of a house.
