Abstract

This research aims to describe pamali in trading of Pattae society. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The findings showed that pamali culture in trading of Pattae society is a legacy from ancestors that descended from generation to generation. It is a belief that is never done and has become a habit of society. However, some people do not trust the tradition any more because they think it is not in accordance with this era and it also makes people difficult to carry out trading activities.

Abstract

This research was an attempt to design and enhance the Canvas Model Business of nine blocks in one canvas within teaching factory based learning innovation at the Fashion Department of 27 Public Vocational High School, Jakarta. The research method used qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative method, data collection was conducted within a SWOT analysis. This research was conducted in 27 Public Vocational High School, Jakarta, with the respondents were 82 students. The quantitative method with in the matrices of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE). The result of this research that implementation of the Canvas Model Business: (1) Customer Relationships in strategy 1 was valued of 0.34, was "Increasing product marketing through print and electronic media"; (2) Key Partnership in strategy 2 was valued of 0.31, for "Offering products and having cooperation with several textile producers in Jakarta and outside Jakarta "; (3) Value Propositions in strategy 3 was valued of 0.31, namely "Assuring and improving product quality and adding variant to fashion"; (4) Customer Segment in the strategy 4 was valued of 0.29, entitled "The Development of Out-of-School Fashion Sales"; and (5) Channel on strategy 5 which was valued of 0.27, "Utilizing occasional fashion events to meet market demand".

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the principal's commitment and visionary leadership on the work climate of State High Schools in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative method using a causal survey method with a path analysis approach. The population in this study was 218 public high school teachers in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. The sample amounted to 141 using the formula developed by Slovin. Data analysis techniques using SPSS. The conclusions in this research are: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Teacher Commitment on the Organizational Climate of Public High School teachers in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Visionary Leadership on the Organizational Climate of Public High School teachers in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of Teacher Commitment on the Visionary Leadership of State High School Principals in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. The implications of the research are that the aspects that need to be improved are: 1) Teacher commitment shows an influence on the organizational climate of state high school teachers in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. 2) Visionary Leadership shows influence on the Organizational Climate of Public High School teachers in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. It is important to improve Visionary Leadership by: 1) Direction setter, 2) Agent of change, 3) Spokesperson, and 4) Coach.
