Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the success and follow-up of the Competency Certification Test Program on Accounting and Financial Skills Competency for Institutions at Yapimda Vocational High School, Jakarta. This research was carried out at Yapimda Vocational High School, Jakarta, on the Competency of Accounting and Institutional Finance skills. This study uses the CIPP Descriptive Evaluative Model Research Method (Context, Input, Process, Product). The samples for this study were taken using the Purposive Sampling Technique, namely school principals, deputy principals, supervisors, LSP heads, heads of Institutional Accounting and Finance competencies, productive Accounting and Institutional Finance teachers, assessors of Institutional Accounting and Finance competencies, and students majoring in Institutional Accounting and Finance. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show: 1) Evaluation of the context in the implementation of the USK Program in terms of environmental conditions is high, this aspect includes (a) Vision, Mission and Objectives of the School and LSP, (b) Policy regarding USK, 2) Evaluation of USK program input is classified as very high. This aspect includes (a) availability of facilities and infrastructure, (b) human resources, (c) USK planning, and (d) USK committee. 3) Evaluation of the process is classified as high, aspects that are assessed regarding the implementation of the USK program and 4) product aspects obtained are in the form of Competency Certificates.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the principal's commitment and visionary leadership on the work climate of State High Schools in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative method using a causal survey method with a path analysis approach. The population in this study was 218 public high school teachers in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. The sample amounted to 141 using the formula developed by Slovin. Data analysis techniques using SPSS. The conclusions in this research are: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Teacher Commitment on the Organizational Climate of Public High School teachers in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Visionary Leadership on the Organizational Climate of Public High School teachers in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of Teacher Commitment on the Visionary Leadership of State High School Principals in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. The implications of the research are that the aspects that need to be improved are: 1) Teacher commitment shows an influence on the organizational climate of state high school teachers in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. 2) Visionary Leadership shows influence on the Organizational Climate of Public High School teachers in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. It is important to improve Visionary Leadership by: 1) Direction setter, 2) Agent of change, 3) Spokesperson, and 4) Coach.

Abstract

Technology-based record management, which is part of the development of information and communication technology (ICT) plays an important role for organizations in managing documents to be more effective and efficient. Thus, such training needs to be carried out, one of which is through community service activities. The purpose of this training was to educate participants to understand the importance of this training topic and be able to practice it directly as part of a technology literate society. This training was conducted by the community service team consisting of three lecturers and two students The training was carried out virtually through the Zoom platform for four hours, which the community service partner was PCM Bekasi Timur. The stages are divided into four parts, 1) the delivery of core material and best practices; 2) a question-and-answer session; 3) the conclusion and summary of the material; and 4) the impressions and messages conveyed by representatives of the participants. The evaluation results showed that 6 (54.5%) participants were satisfied and 4 (36.4%) participants were very satisfied, and 1 (9.1%) participant was not satisfied with the activities. In addition, they mostly showed their satisfaction and enthusiasm with the presented material and the delivery of spokespersons, which can also be seen from the positive impression of the participants. It is inferred that this training provides great benefits for participants and organizations to improve their archival documentation system.

Abstract

Many assets land owned Muhammadiyah untapped by Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah started at the level of the branches to the central level, when the assets of the land owned by the waqf faith professed by wakif to use educational facilities or social amenities more, then the assets of the land was put to good use, so that assets such land lots used by the community because of the land ownership are not yet using the name Persyarikatan but many are using personal names or on behalf of the chairman Persyarikatan and ownership are obvious, like any asset of land have a certificate of good certificate endowments as well as a certificate of non endowments. It also occurs in the scope of the Regional Chairman of Muhammadiyah Jambi. As this study include land assets and non endowments Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership within the scope of the Regional Chairman of Muhammadiyah Jambi. In addition, the need to be formulated is a status, certification of land endowments, non endowments land titling, land asset status is certified in Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership within the scope of the Regional Chairman of Muhammadiyah Jambi.The method used in this study is a survey method. Survey methods in research designed to obtain information about the status and symptoms during the study was conducted to describe the variable or about something in a condition. This research method, gives an overview of concrete empowerment existing land assets through inventory Jambi region. Therefore, this study method is designed to reveal the factual data based on information found at the time to survey the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership in Jambi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan mitra terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh tim dosen program studi magister administrasi pendidikan yang diukur melalui tiga indikator, yaitu  (1) relevansi, efektivitas, dan efisiensi layanan yang diberikan; (2) koordinasi, koherensi, dan pelaksanaan dalam    melangsungkan kegiatan akademik, dan (3) dampak strategi dan keberlangsungan di SPs UHAMKA. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi penelitian adalah mitra program studi magister administrasi pendidikan, dengan jumlah sampel tiga mitra. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan melalui link Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai rata-rata dari setiap indikator. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ketiga indikator dalam mengukur tingkat kepuasan mitra memberikan manfaat yang berkualitas, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai yang diperoleh terhadap ketiga indikator berada pada angka 87,33 dengan nilai kriteria sangat memuaskan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel supervisi kepala sekolah dan  disiplin kerja terhadap etos kerja guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey kausal dengan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 142 guru dan sebagai sampelnya ditetapkan sebanyak 105 responden. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui: pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap etos kerja guru. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan disiplin guru terhadap etos kerja guru. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin guru.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, television can be used as an efficient and effective educational medium. However, television broadcasts are often dangerous and can be followed by students. Supervision of films watched by children is essential because shows that are not by age classification can affect behavior. One of the negative impacts is that it contains violence that children easily imitate. The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational function of television films during the covid 19 pandemic. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this research is a survey method. The survey was administered to 34 volunteers who watched and supervised television films. The instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The study results are television films that do not have a telephone number as much as 32%. A discrepancy between telephone calls and the sensor results is as much as 37%. Do not make revisions by the recommendations of the Film Censorship Institute as much as 3%. Meanwhile, voiceovers were found to be 25% and 3% of expired phone calls.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi standar proses pada Madrasah Aliyah di Kota Bekasi yang belum menunjukkan kualitas baik. Bahkan dibandingkan dengan SMA, kualitas standar proses di MA masih di bawahnya. Kondisi ini berkaitan dengan banyak faktor, satu di antaranya adalah dimensi kepemimpinan yang harus terus diperbaiki. Permasalahan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana peran Educator, Manajer, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader, Inovator dan Motivator(EMASLIM) kepala madrasah untuk mendorong kualitas proses pembelajaran mulai dari perencanaan sampai dengan kegiatan tindak lanjut sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas standar proses di Madrasah Aliyah Kata kunci : kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kualitas pembelajaran, standar proses

Abstract

The massive online games on cell phones have an impact on critical thinking and motivation learning student. Student addicted online games lack of concentration understand lessons so that learning outcomes not according achievement assessment standards. This research aims to analyze linkages critical thinking and motivation with learning outcomes on student addicted online games. This research uses approach quantitative.The survey method uses non-causal techniques. The research sample was taken from respondents through a survey of 100 educators by filling out questionnaire likert scala model. The data analysis method in research uses correlational statistical analysis techniques. The research results illustrate linkages critical thinking and motivation with learning outcomes for students addicted online games. The conclusion of this research explains learning outcomes students addicted online games not according achievements competency because linkages critical thinking and motivation student in learning of weak and implications for implementation of learning process for students addicted online games.
