Abstract

Suatu pembangunan seringkali belum dapat mencapai tujuan pemerataan pembangunan sehingga menimbulkan kesenjangan antar wilayah dimana terdapat wilayah yang telah berkembang dan wilayah yang masih tertinggal perkembangannya, seperti pada Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat perkembangan desa di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dan menganalisis pola spasial persebaran desa tertinggal di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian survei deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang berbasis pada analisis data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini  menggunakan analisis faktor untuk menentukan tingkat perkembangan desa serta menentukan penyebab variasi tingkat perkembangan dan analisis tipologi desa untuk menganalisis pola spasial persebaran desa tertinggal di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat perkembangan wilayah desa-desa di Kabupaten Bojonegoro di dominasi oleh desa dengan kategori berkembang dengan presentase 63,72% dan hanya 16,05% desa dengan kategori tertinggal. Desa dengan kategori tertinggal umumnya berada pada daerah perbukitan dan di sekitar Bengawan Solo. Tingkat perkembangan wilayah desa di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dibentuk oleh faktor jarak fasilitas umum, faktor sumberdaya alam, faktor kesehatan dan kemiskinan, faktor mitigasi bencana, faktor industri, pemasaran, pengguna listrik dan faktor proporsi sekolah, proporsi tenaga kesehatan. Desa tertinggal di Bojonegoro dibagi kedalam 8 tipologi, yaitu desa tertinggal di dataran koridor antar kota berjumlah 10 desa, desa tertinggal di dataran perdesaan berjumlah 22 desa, desa tertinggal di dataran pinggiran berjumlah 14 desa, desa tertinggal dataran terisolasi hanya 1 desa, desa tertinggal di perbukitan koridor antar kota berjumlah 4 desa, desa tertinggal di perbukitan perdesaan berjumlah 11 desa, dan desa tertinggal di perbukitan terisolasi berjumlah 8 desa, sedangkan desa di dataran kota tidak tidak ada yang masuk dalam kategori tertinggal.Kata Kunci : Tingkat Perkembangan Wilayah; Tipologi Desa; Desa Tertinggal

Abstract

Isu strategis terkait perubahan tutupan lahan menjadi sangat penting di Kawasan Perkotaan Cekungan Bandung (KPCB). Penelitian ini, tujuan penelitian yang dicapai berupa teridentifikasi perubahan tutupan lahan tahun 2003, 2013, dan 2023 di Kawasan Perkotaan Cekungan Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa penginderaan jauh dengan pendekatan spatial process analysis. Google Earth Engine merupakan platform yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi tutupan lahan. Adapun algoritma yang digunakan berupa Random Forest Classifier (RFC). Hasil klasifikasi dari RFC dapat menghasilkan klasifikasi yang sangat baik. Uji akurasi yang dihasilkan berdasarkan overall accuracy dan kappa, tahun 2003 sebesar 0.99:0.98, tahun 2013 sebesar 0.97:0.96, dan tahun 2023 sebesar 0.98:0.97. Selama 20 tahun terakhir, terlihat bahwa kebutuhan lahan terbangun, khususnya untuk tempat tinggal terus meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah kebutuhan manusia. Perlu perhatian lebih lanjut dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan wilayah guna menjaga keseimbangan antara pertumbuhan perkotaan dan pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

Kulon Progo is a poorest district and has the highest development inequality in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) based on Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) publication. The local government has made various efforts to overcome the problems, one of which is by establishing growth centers since 2003. However, Kulon Progo Regency has experienced rapid development with the existence of Yogyakarta International Airport, which affected the dynamics of regional growth centers. The purpose of this study is to identify the potential Rural Growth Center (PPD) and identify the spatial patterns of PPD shifts in Kulon Progo to see the trickle down effect. This study used descriptive quantitative methods using scalogram index, centrality index, urban network analysis, and gravity index, also moran’s I index and Local Indicator Of Spatial Association (LISA). The results showed that there was a shift in rural growth centers, but the spatial analysis did not show any trickle down effect from rural growth centers that had been formed before. However, new centers were formed that were not related to the previous rural growth centers. These results indicates that the rural growth centers in Kulon Progo cannot have a growth effect on the surrounding area.

Abstract

Public Green Open Space (RTHP) has an important role in maintaining environmental quality and urban sustainability, both in terms of ecology, social, and aesthetics. However, the distribution and quality of RTHP is often uneven in urban areas, including in Yogyakarta City. This study aims to analyse the quality of vegetation and spatial distribution of RTHP using the Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) approach and Getis Ord G* spatial analysis. NDVI is calculated using Sentinel-2A satellite imagery and then averaged to determine the value in each RTHP to determine the level of vegetation in it. Meanwhile, the Getis Ord G* method was used to identify spatial clusters of green spaces per administrative area. The results showed that most of the green spaces had low to moderate levels of vegetation. The spatial distribution of RTHP in Yogyakarta City shows clusters of RTHP hotspots in Umbulharjo and Kotagede sub-districts, and coldspots in Gondomanan and Ngampilan sub-districts. Abstract

Perkembangan pesat Kota Surakarta yang melampaui batas administrasi, Kecamatan Colomadu dan Grogol muncul sebagai pusat pertumbuhan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menggambarkan perbandingan urbanisasi di kedua kecamatan pada tahun 2011 dan 2022, dengan mempertimbangkan LULC, tingkat urbanisasi, dan urbanisasi lahan sebagai indikator utama. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis komparatif atau perbandingan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Colomadu menunjukkan laju urbanisasi yang lebih tinggi daripada Kecamatan Grogol, tercermin dalam perubahan signifikan dalam penggunaan lahan, tingkat urbanisasi yang lebih besar, dan intensitas urbanisasi lahan yang lebih tinggi. Implikasinya, perencanaan tata ruang yang terkoordinasi perlu diterapkan, khususnya di Kecamatan Grogol, untuk mengatasi pertumbuhan yang pesat dan memastikan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penyusunan kebijakan perkotaan perlu berfokus pada pengelolaan pertumbuhan yang seimbang dan berkelanjutan, mengakomodasi kebutuhan penduduk perkotaan tanpa mengorbankan aspek lingkungan.

Abstract

From 2010 to 2020, the Kedungsepur Metropolitan Corridor experienced spatial transformations, converting agricultural areas into built-up areas. This study seeks to identify new insights by examining the correlation between socioeconomic facilities and built-up areas, typically analyzed separately. Satellite imagery interpretation was used to determine the proportion of built-up areas, apply the K-Means Cluster method for the urban level, and conduct statistical analysis using the chisquare test. The findings reveal that the Semarang—Ungaran—Salatiga Corridor has the greatest built-up areas. The average change in built-up area within the Kedungsepur Metropolitan Corridor from 2010 to 2020 was 3.25%. Additionally, the Central Semarang Subdistrict had the highest level of socioeconomic facilities. However, the Chi-Square test results indicated differences between the observed and expected frequencies of built-up area percentages in each subdistrict for both 2010 and 2020. Surprisingly, no correlation was found between urban-level changes related to built-up areas and socioeconomic facilities. These results suggest that urban changes in the primary city are relatively stagnant, while more intensive development occurs in secondary cities withinKedungsepur. The dominant driving factor for urban transformation is the change in built-up areas,which indicates the intensified growth of secondary cities.

Abstract

The current mapping challenge is to obtain land cover information with a very high level of accuracy. This information can be useful for regional development, especially in the Bandung Basin Urban Area (KPCB). One of the problems in KPCB is spatial planning issues regarding land cover development. One approach to obtaining land cover information is by utilizing remote sensing technology using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. The research method employed in this study is remote sensing, with a unit of analysis based on Regency/City administrative boundaries. The data used in this research consists of Landsat imagery recorded in 2023. The aim of this research is to classify land cover and assess accuracy using the SVM method in KPCB. The SVM results provide information on six land covers: water bodies, secondary forests and mixed gardens, wet agricultural land, dry agricultural land, plantations, built-up land, and primary forests. The accuracy test yielded an overall accuracy of 90% and a kappa value of 0.88. The obtained accuracy in land cover classification is very high, indicating that the data used can be employed for further analysis. For instance, spatial analysis reveals that built-up land development in KPCB tends towards the south, highlighting the phenomenon of urban sprawl. Thus, the utilization of remote sensing technology for land cover information can offer valuable policy insights for addressing spatial planning and development in KPCB.
