Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja peran dan strategi pemerintah (Dinas Pariwisata) terhadap pengembangan pariwisata di Madura berbasis halal tourism. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui teknik pengumpulan data dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. peran pemerintah khususnya pada Dinas Pariwisata di Madura sudah melakukan berbagai upaya dalam pengembangan pariwisata yang ada di Madura. Peran tersebut terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu fasilitator, dinamisator dan motivator. Aspek fasilitator sebagai penyedia dan penunjang sarana prasarana serta infrastruktur yang dibutuhkan dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Aspek dinamisator sebagai upaya menggerakan dan memelihara dinamika kepariwisataan seperti pembentukan POKDARWIS serta pembuat kebijakan menjadi katalisator bagi pertumbuhan dan pengembangan pariwisata. Sedangkan aspek motivator ini pemerintah sebagai pelopor dan pemberi edukasi pada pengelola pariwisata dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan pihak terkait melalui pelatihan atau pembinaan. Selain itu strategi pemerintah Dinas Pariwisata di Madura dalam mengembangkan juga sudah terlaksana dengan baik melalui promosi dan kerja sama dengan pihak luar, hal ini dilakukan untuk menarik daya tarik masyarakat terhadap pariwisata yang ada di Madura. Meskipun belum adanya regulasi resmi terkait pariwisata halal dari pemerintah, sudah menerapkan komponen yang ada dalam pariwisata halal. Hal ini didukung karena adanya kultur budaya Masyarakat Madura selalu mengedepankan nilai-nilai keislaman pada kehidupan sehari-harinya, khususnya pada industri pariwisata.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the factors that can influence the character of students. The population in this study was 8,086 students at the Al-Amien Perenduen Islamic Boarding School, Sumenep Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, so that a sample of 100 students was obtained. This research is quantitative research using the variabels kiyai leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2) as independen variabels. Meanwhile, the student character variabel (Y) is the dependent variabel. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The primary data obtained was then analyzed using SPSS. The data analysis techniques used include data quality testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the kiyai's leadership style and organizational culture on the character of the students at the Al-Amien Perenduen Islamic Boarding School, Sumenep Regency, have a very strong or very high correlation. The kiyai's leadership style and organizational culture have an influence of 65.61% on the character formation of students at the Al-Amien Perenduen Islamic Boarding School, Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSiti Isti'anah, 2023, The Effect of Work Conflict and Work Stress on Employees Performance At the Cengkir Gading Nganjuk Cigarettes Factory. Guided by Dr. Muhammad Alkirom Wildan, S.E., M.Si.Human resource management has to manage the human resource properly in order to get high quality human resources were needed like as every company needs human resources who perform well to achieve the goals. The purposes were to determine the effect of work conflict and work stress on the employees performance of Cengkir Gading Cigarette Factory, partially and simultaneusly.This study used the associative research using a quantitative approach. Data was collected by the questionnaires from the100 employees as respondents. It used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test. Using this analysis, the results showed that 1) the work conflict has a negative and significant effect on employees performance is -0.257, tcount ttable (3.410 1.985), and the significant level is 0.001 0.05. 2) the work stress has a negative and significant effect on employees performance is -0.206, the tcount ttable (2.317 1.985), and the significant level is 0.023 0.05. Then 3) the work conflict and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employees performance that Fcount Ftable (8.793 3.94), and the significant level is 0.000 0.05.Keywords: Work Conflict, Work Stress, Employees Performance

Abstract

CV. Media Utama Group is a company engaged in the production of salt, in the midst of very tight competition CV. Media Utama Group is determined and strengthens its commitment by improving the performance of employees in its company. This study analyzes the effect of employee welfare and job satisfaction on employee performance. The independent variable in this study is employee welfare, job satisfaction and the dependent variable is performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, with an analytic observational type. The data collection method used a questionnaire and analyzed the data using multiple linear regression. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the level of employee welfare has an effect on employee performance at CV. Media Utama Group pangarengan  Sampang and to find out whether job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance at CV.  Media Utama  Group  pangarengan Sampang. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it shows that employee welfare and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Main Media Group Pangarengan Sampang. Employee Welfare has a positive and significant effect on employee performance CV. Main Media Group Pangarengan Sampang amounted to (β) 0.413 with a tcount value of 2,9311,678 and a significance value of 0.0050.05. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance CV. Main Media Group Pangarengan Sampang of (β) 0.609 with a tcount of 3.2671.678 and a significance value of 0.0020.05.

Abstract

Halal tourism has become an important sector in the growth of the creative economy in Madura. In the current digital era, information, communication and publication technology play a key role in raising the profile of Madura's halal tourism and creating sustainable business opportunities. However, to take full advantage of this potential, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of quality human resources (HR) in this field. This research was conducted to investigate the impact of human resource development in information technology, communication and publications on the growth of the creative economy in the context of halal tourism in Madura. The research methods that will be used are surveys, interviews, and secondary data analysis to collect relevant data. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the importance of investment in human resource development that focuses on information and communication technology in the halal tourism sector. It is hoped that these findings can provide guidance for government, industry and educational institutions to design human resource development programs that have a positive impact on the growth of the creative economy in Madura. This research will provide an important contribution to our understanding of how human resource development in information, communication and publication technology can spur the growth of the creative economy in the context of halal tourism, which also has the potential to become a model for other regions wishing to utilize the creative economy in culture-based tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan literature review yang merupakan proses yang sistematis dan terstruktur untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan merangkum penelitian yang telah ada untuk memahami konteks dan dasar penelitian baru dengan 15 artikel jurnal penelitian terdahulu yang sesuai dengan topik. Tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development on employee performance at the office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency (BPPKAD) of Sampang Regency. Human resource development is one of the important factors that can improve employee performance in an organization. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to BPPKAD employees. The population of this study is all employees at BPPKAD Sampang Regency, with a sample of 96 people. Data analysis uses a multiple linear regression test with an absolute difference test, and a hypothesis test is carried out with a t-test. The results of the study show that human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, an effective human resource development program can be a solution in improving employee performance in the agency. Abstract

  This research aims to determine the effect of work experience and motivation on the performance of bri branch office employees in bangkalan madura district  by using a knowledge management approach as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, namely data is the form of numbers and analysis uses statistics with a sample zize of 96 people. Data collection methods using questionnaires and analyzing the data using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The result of this research show that work experience partially has positive and significant effect on knowledge management with a significant value of 0.000 0.05, motivation also has partially has a significant positive effect on knowledge management with a significant value of 0.000 0.05, knowledge management also has a positive effect and significant value of 0.009 0.05, work experience also partially has significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0,009 0,05. Work experience also partialy has a significant positive effect on employe performance with a significant value of 0,000 0,05 and motivation also partially has a significant positive effect on knowledge management with a significant value of 0,000 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Nganjuk. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia, yang mencakup pelatihan, pendidikan, dan program pengembangan karir, memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pegawai di sektor pemerintahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Nganjuk. Kuesioner yang digunakan dirancang untuk mengukur berbagai aspek pengembangan SDM serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang meliputi produktivitas, kualitas pelayanan publik, dan kepuasan kerja.Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara program pengembangan SDM dan peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Pegawai yang terlibat dalam program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang efektif menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan kerja, motivasi, dan kualitas output, yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja keseluruhan di lingkungan kerja mereka.Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Nganjuk mengenai efektivitas program pengembangan SDM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa investasi dalam pengembangan SDM tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi dan kepuasan pegawai tetapi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja institusi secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Nganjuk terus mengoptimalkan program pengembangan SDM sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik dan mencapai efisiensi administratif yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of recommendation algorithms in influencing impulsive buying behavior on e-commerce platforms. Through a comprehensive review of the existing research literature, it was revealed that personalization strategies such as collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and artificial intelligence (AI) boost impulsive buying tendencies by alleviating cognitive burdens and enhancing elements such as limited-time offers, social proof, and emotional connection. Factors such as flow experience, positive feelings, and moderating elements such as age, social media influence, and economic circumstances also play a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of these algorithms. This study provides beneficial knowledge for algorithm developers and digital marketers to refine personalization efforts and to consider psychological and contextual influences when crafting more impactful marketing strategies.
