Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah dan perbaikan tatakelola keuangan syariah yang baik melalui aktivitas penyuluhan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Sasaran kegiatan yaitu dua puluh empat pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Kegiatan pengabdian melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa dan tiga mitra yang bersedia untuk berkolaborasi yaitu BMT Makin Amin, Lazis Al Haromain dan Halal Center UTM. Tahapan pengabdian masyarakat dimulai dengan memilih dan menetapkan mahasiswa, pembekalan kepada mahasiswa, menetapkan rencana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, survey serta pemetaan pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah, penentuan UMKM sebagai sasaran kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan literasi keuangan syariah menjadi motivasi bagi 7 (tujuh) UMKM untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal dan nomor induk berusaha. Sisi yang lain, 24 dua puluh empat UMKM yang menjadi objek pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan syariah telah membuat rencana sederhana, menyiapkan catatan dan menyajikan laporan keuangan dalam bentuk sederhana. Abstract:  Community service aims to increase sharia financial literacy and improve good sharia financial governance through ongoing counseling and mentoring activities. The target of the activity is twenty-four micro, small and medium enterprises in Bangkalan Regency. The service activities involve lecturers, students and three partners who are willing to collaborate, namely BMT Makin Amin, Lazis Al Haromain and Halal Center UTM. The community service stages begin with selecting and appointing students, providing guidance to students, establishing plans for community service activities, surveying and mapping micro, small and medium enterprises, determining MSMEs as activity targets, implementing activities, monitoring and evaluating. The results of the service showed that sharia financial literacy outreach activities became a motivation for 7 (seven) MSMEs to obtain halal certification and business registration numbers. On the other hand, twenty-four (24) MSMEs that are the objects of sharia financial management assistance have made simple plans, prepared notes and presented financial reports in simple form. Abstrak:Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah dan perbaikan tatakelola keuangan syariah yang baik melalui aktivitas penyuluhan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Abstract

The role of the Riau Provincial People's Legislative Council in the Formulation of Policies in Riau Province is the role undertaken by the Riau Provincial DPRD in the Formation of Riau Provincial Regulations covering Stages of Planning, Drafting and Discussion referring to applicable normative rules, including: Law Number 12 Year 2011 Concerning the Establishment of Laws and Regulations, Law Number 23 Year 2014 concerning Regional Government, as well as Riau Province People's Legislative Decree Number 30 of 2014 on the Procedures of the Provincial People's Representative Council of Riau Province. The object of this research is the draft of Local Regulation on Ulayat Land and Its Utilization. Policy formulation is an integral part of the process of Establishment of Regional Regulation because it involves the process of collecting and articulating the Interest, the process of policy discussion in the DPRD Riau Province, and finally gave birth to a policy product in the form of Local Regulation. The results of the study authors is that the normative, the role of Riau Provincial DPRD in the formulation of local regulations running quite well, because it has followed the mechanisms and procedures that apply. However, in terms of policy formulation, the authors see that the policy output, in this case the Regional Regulation on Ulayat Land and Its Utilization has not been implemented because policy input, in the form of Academic Paper is not so profound, so it has not got a rigid picture about the existence of Ulayat Land and Society Customary Law whose existence still exists and is recognized to date, and at the discussion stage is also less involving public participation actively and deeply, so that the material substance regulated in the Regional Regulation can not be implemented until now.

Abstract

One of the deadly diseases that attacks many women is breast cancer. It was recorded that breast cancer cases in 2020 were 2.3 million, with deaths accounting for 29% of these cases. The BSE technique is an easy way of early identification of breast cancer that can be done independently. However, this technique often goes wrong when practiced, making it ineffective. An early breast cancer detection system is proposed to make it easier for women to carry out early identification independently. Detection is carried out based on the measured temperature of the breast surface. The temperature difference at each point is a reference for the potential for breast cancer. This system was built in a bra and tested with a mannequin as a simulator subject. The MLX90614 temperature sensor, as the primary sensor, succeeded in measuring the surface temperature of the dummy with 99% accuracy. Final testing of the proposed system can also differentiate the temperature differences in each zone.

Abstract

Moderasi beragama menjadi isu penting dalam masyarakat Indonesia yang plural dan beragam. Sikap moderat dalam beragama mencerminkan pemahaman dan pengamalan ajaran agama secara adil, seimbang, serta menghindari sikap ekstrem ataupun berlebihan. Madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis agama memiliki peran strategis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama kepada peserta didik sejak dini. Sebagai upaya menerapkan moderasi beragama di madrasah, peneliti melaksanakan program Kuliah Tujuh Menit (Kultum) setelah salat Duha di MAN 1 Kediri pada bulan Ramadhan. Kegiatan Kultum ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keimanan dan ketakwaan, mengingatkan diri sendiri sebagai sarana introspeksi, serta menambah wawasan keagamaan dan ilmu pengetahuan bagi seluruh warga madrasah. Metode pelaksanaan program ini terdiri dari survei Madrasah, diskusi, pengajuan program, evaluasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Dengan adanya program ini, warga Madrasah memeroleh wawasan baru tentang kajian-kajian keislaman yang dikemas dengan nuansa moderen dan menarik. Para pendengar juga tidak merasa bosan karena seluruh rangkaian materi dan tema sudah dikemas dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan, yakni lembaga pendidikan tingkat menengah atas berbasis Islam atau Madrasah Aliyah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of village officials in strengthening the independence and economic empowerment of residents of RT.03 RW.02 Semambung Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this study involved interviews with various village officials and direct observation. The results of the study indicate that village officials have played a significant role in supporting programs that encourage the independence and economic empowerment of residents, such as MSME training, innovation development, and BUMDes activities. The RT head plays an active role in providing insight, helping access to capital, and directing business management. The existence of the Night Market and BUMR which are independently managed by residents shows the integration between independence and economic empowerment in practice. Although still facing challenges in participation and coordination, the efforts made show a positive direction in building an independent and economically empowered community. This study concludes that the role of village officials has made an important contribution to strengthening the independence and economic empowerment of residents, but the long-term effectiveness of these efforts still needs to be evaluated and improved sustainably.

Abstract

Traditions in Indonesia are not immune from these changes. The richness of tradition in the world of Islamic boarding schools can become capital to achieve new glory. The education system greatly influences the formation of traditions. In the midst of the challenges of modernization, Islamic boarding schools must strengthen their educational methodology to ensure the sustainability of these educational values. This research focuses on the implementation of Indonesian Islamic traditions and the implications that facilitate and hinder the implications of Indonesian Islamic traditions at the Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar Ridlo Putra Krempyang Tanjunganom Nganjuk Islamic Boarding School. The results of the research revealed that the implications of Indonesian Islamic Traditions at the Putra Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar Ridlo Krempyang Tanjunganom Nganjuk Islamic Boarding School were observed through an approach that integrated socio-religious and socio-cultural aspects from both internal and external points of view, such as congregational prayers, grave pilgrimages, communal holidays, studies routine religion, and so on. Abstract

Pengelolaan pengaduan pelayanan publik merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada masyarakat. Kota Surakarta telah menerapkan Unit Layanan Aduan Surakarta (ULAS) sebagai sarana efektif untuk mengelola pengaduan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pengelolaan pengaduan pelayanan publik melalui ULAS di Kota Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi di Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Statistik dan Persandian Kota Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pengelolaan pengaduan melalui ULAS telah berjalan sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 76 Tahun 2013 tentang Mekanisme dan Tata Cara Pengelolaan Pengaduan Pelayanan Publik. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kendala dalam penerapannya, seperti keterbatasan dalam menanggapi aduan, rumitnya koordinasi admin ULAS, dan adanya aduan palsu. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ULAS telah menjadi media pengaduan yang berfungsi dengan baik, tetapi perlu dilakukan perbaikan dalam sistem komunikasi dan koordinasi antara super admin dan para admin yang tersebar di berbagai OPD atau BUMD untuk meningkatkan responsivitas. Rekomendasi penelitian ini mencakup pengembangan sarana aduan dan peningkatan kualitas layanan agar masyarakat dapat merasakan kepuasan yang lebih tinggi terhadap pelayanan publik di Kota Surakarta.

Abstract

This research, titled Cultural Curriculum Based on Nusantara Islamic Tradition at Pondok Pesantren Putra Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar Ridlo Krempyang Tanjunganom Nganjuk, aims to explore the implementation of a curriculum based on Nusantara Islamic traditions in the educational process at Pondok Pesantren Putra Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar Ridlo. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand how this curriculum is applied and how local cultural values are integrated into the learning process. Data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the pesantren leaders, teachers, and students, as well as documentation. The findings show that this cultural curriculum serves as an important tool in shaping students' character, instilling nationalism, independence, love for the homeland, and appreciation for Nusantara Islamic traditions. The implementation of this curriculum also aligns with the spirit of religious moderation promoted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Thus, this pesantren not only serves as a center for religious education but also as a place for the preservation and development of Nusantara Islamic traditions that are relevant to the social and cultural context of Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of a Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach and the Project-Based Learning (PJBL) model through a simple submarine project, designed to enhance students’ conceptual understanding of Archimedes’ Principle in junior high schools with limited laboratory facilities. The LKPD was developed using the ADDIE model, comprising the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product was validated by subject matter and media experts and its practicality was tested by a science teacher and students. Implementation involved 27 eighth-grade students and was evaluated using pretest and posttest instruments based on seven indicators of conceptual understanding. Validation results indicated that the LKPD was highly valid (scores of 4.80 and 4.20), practical (score of 4.60), and well-received by students. Classroom implementation showed high student engagement, with an interest score of 4.89. The average N-Gain of 0.47 reflected moderate effectiveness, with greater improvements in higher-order indicators such as classification, interpretation, and application. The use of simple, readily available materials allowed experimental activities despite limited resourses. Overall, the LKPD is feasible as a project-based learning tool and highlights the need to strengthen foundational concepts early in instruction.
