<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe service system is a system in which a party acts to provide service assistance to visitors to get something they want and satisfy visitors according to their expectations. This service system is very important because with this system everything will become easier, faster and more efficient. The Jebres Library is a library that stands in the midst of a community engaged in education. The agency has problems in terms of making Membership Cards that still use paper or an offline written system. This of course can cause problems, including the risk of being exposed to water, the long process of searching for data, and the risk of losing membership cards. The purpose of this research is to create an online-based membership card making service system at the Jebres Surakarta Library. The author uses the System Development Live Cycle (SDLC) method in the system development process. The programming language used is PHP and uses the MySQL database. The system that the author designed can produce applications that make it easier for agencies to make library membership cards at the Jebres Surakarta Library and can be accessed via the web. By using this information system, leaders can immediately find out the data for making library member cards every day.Keywords: system services, libraries, SDLC, PHP, MySQL]]>

<![CDATA[Sistem informasi pendukung keputusan adalah sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan dengan cara menyajikan informasi dan data yang relevan serta menyediakan berbagai pilihan solusi yang dapat dicapai dari data tersebut. Dalam suatu instansi penilaian kinerja pegawai memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam proses seleksi pegawai terbaik, untuk memberikan umpan balik kepada pegawai. Pada instansi Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Labuan Amas Utara masih belum adanya penilaian kinerja sehingga mempersulit suatu Instansi dalam menentukan pegawai Non ASN terbaik, untuk memaksimalkan pemilihan pegawai Non ASN terbaik maka dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan pengembangan Siklus Hidup Pengembangan Sistem (SDLC), serta bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database . Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode SAW ini diharapkan memudahkan instansi dalam pemilihan pegawai terbaik.]]>

<![CDATA[The information system for recapturing diploma collection data at SMK Wihdatul Ummah is still done manually by writing in a general book to find out the data of all students who have or have not taken their diplomas. So that a web-based information system is needed that helps the process of recapitulation of diploma data, the information system designed will use the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and the mySQL database while the structured method in the development of information systems or applications to be made is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) the author makes a web-based information system because the managed data can be accessed easily and more efficiently data will be safer because it is not easily accessed by just anyone, from the creation of an information system or a web-based data recap application is expected to facilitate the data recapitulation process and reduce the risk of losing data that is recorded manually, the use of a diploma recap data information system will make it easier to store data or change certain data.]]>

<![CDATA[Sistem informasi manajemen aset barang berbasis web dibuat untuk membantu Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah Sarana Aneka Jasa dalam mengelola data aset barang. Saat ini, instansi tersebut memiliki kendala dalam pengolahan data aset barang (inventaris) yaitu sering terjadi kesalahan karena masih dilakukan dengan cara pencatatan di Microsoft Excel. Hal ini tentu saja menimbulkan masalah, diantaranya membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan memungkinkan terjadinya duplikasi data barang. Pencetakan laporan data yang tidak berurutan juga menyebabkan pimpinan kesulitan untuk melihat detail aset barang yang masuk dan aset barang yang keluar. Hal ini tentu saja berdampak buruk bagi perkembangan perusahaan. Penulis menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dalam proses pengembangan sistem dan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) serta menggunakan database MySQL. Sistem yang penulis rancang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mencatat data persediaan barang pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah Sarana Aneka Jasa agar lebih efisien dan dapat diakses melalui web sehingga pimpinan dapat langsung mengetahui keluar masuknya barang.]]>

<![CDATA[Pondok Pesantren Amanah Ummah Mojolaban merupakan lembaga pendidikan setingkat SMP yang berfokus pada pendidikan keagamaan dan juga kedinasan yang mewajibkan santri untuk tinggal di dalam asrama. Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah santri yang masuk akan berpengaruh dalam proses laporan akhir kehadiran santri kepada pimpinan. Dan untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dan mempermudah pengecekan santri yang izin maka perlu dibuat sistem informasi perizinan santri berbasis web. Berdasarkan paparan di atas maka dalam penelitian ini rumusan masalah yang akan diselesaikan adalah “Bagaimana membuat sistem informasi perizinan berbasis web di Pondok Pesantren Amanah Ummah Sukoharjo”. Tujuan pengembangan sistem informasi ini untuk mempermudah proses rekapitulasi data perizinan santriwati yang bisa diakses langsung oleh bag.perizinan, wali kelas, wali asrama maupun kepala sekolah. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem informasi perizinan santriwati ini menggunakanSystem Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall. Sistem perizinan santriwati ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa PHP Native dan basis data MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Dengan dibuatnya sistem yang baru diharapkan dapat mempermudah tas.perizinan maupun asatidz dalam pendataan santriwati yang memungkinkan sehingga menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.]]>

<![CDATA[The problems that are often encountered in conventional parking systems include the unavailability of complete, informative and interactive parking information. The manual parking system usually uses two ticket papers for each vehicle, where one ticket paper is held by the vehicle owner and the other ticket paper is installed in the vehicle. If the ticket paper in the owner's vehicle is lost or someone who is not responsible deliberately exchanges the ticket paper, chaos will occur and of course this is the responsibility of the parking attendant. This manual parking system is considered less effective because it consumes energy and time. Based on the description of the background mentioned above, it can be formulated that the problem to be solved in this study is "How to design a Parking Management Information System at the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS)". Boundary The problem that the author discusses in this study focuses more on parking management at FKIP UNS. This designed system can manage parking fees and also print parking tickets. <![CDATA[ABSTRACTArchives are important documents that are stored with the aim of being easily found if needed again. The processing of incoming and outgoing mail at SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen still uses conventional methods. In addition, letters are recorded in the agenda book in handwriting which can lead to repetition of letter numbers, making it less efficient in mail processing. To overcome this problem, an information system is needed that can manage incoming and outgoing mail and make mail reports properly. The incoming and outgoing mail system at SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen will be developed based on a website using a CI (Code Igniter) based framework. The method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with a waterfall model, so it is expected that the system can be developed regularly and clearly. The result of this study is the design of an incoming and outgoing mail information system at SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen as a more structured and convenient mail collection system, mail search, and mail storage.ABSTRAKArsip merupakan dokumen yang penting yang disimpan dengan tujuan agar mudah ditemukan jika dibutuhkan kembali. Pengolahan surat masuk dan surat keluar di SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen masih menggunakan cara konvensioal. Selain itu, surat dicatat dalam buku agenda dengan tulisan tangan yang dapat menyebabkan pengulangan nomor surat, sehingga kurang efisien dalam pengolahan surat. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola surat masuk dan surat keluar serta membuat laporan surat dengan baik. Sistem surat masuk dan surat keluar di SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen akan dikembangkan berbasis website menggunakan framework berbasis CI (Code Igniter). Metode yang digunakan adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan model waterfall, sehingga diharapkan sistem dapat dikembangkan secara teratur dan jelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi surat masuk dan surat keluar di SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen sebagai sistem pendataan surat, pencarian surat, dan penyimpanan surat yang lebih terstruktur dan memudahkan.]]>

<![CDATA[The library collection is the most important part of Jebres Library which has been owned and available from the beginning of the opening, over time the problems experienced by Jebres library in the utilization of library collections are the damage to printed collections made from paper and the age of printed collections that are getting older making the quality of paper-based collections vulnerable to damage so that preservation measures are needed so that library collections can still be used by users. Preservation of library collections is carried out to save the content of information in library collections, one of the efforts to preserve library collections is by digitizing. Digitization is the process of converting media from print to digital or electronic form. In this case the author conducts research that aims to create an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) Information System for Web-Based Library Collection Digitization at Jebres Library, a catalog system to display library collections that have been digitized. In this study, the authors used the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method in the system development process and the PHP programming language and used the MySQL database. The system that the author designed is expected to facilitate users in utilizing library collections and assist librarians in carrying out the process of preserving library collections and monitoring library collections that have been digitized.]]>

<![CDATA[Traffic accidents are a serious problem that can result in loss of life, serious injuries, and property damage. Polresta Surakarta, as a law enforcement agency, is responsible for handling traffic accident cases in its jurisdiction. However, there are still challenges in managing accurate, integrated, and easily accessible accident data. Manual recording and lack of efficient information systems can hinder the collection, analysis, and reporting of accident data needed for informed decision-making. The objective of this research is to design and implement an efficient and effective web-based traffic accident data information system at Polresta Surakarta. The author utilizes the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model with web-based system development. The information system will be designed and implemented using PHP and MySQL as the database. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the traffic accident data information system at Polresta Surakarta can be designed and implemented based on the web.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTPolokorto District is one of 12 sub-districts in Sukoharjo Regency which houses 17 sub-districts and 150 villages. The important role of Polokarto District is to provide services to people who need assistance such as making family cards, legalizing cover letters and filing other needs. The process of collecting data on the needs of the community in Polokarto District is currently still using Microsoft Excel, from this activity there are problems encountered, namely a display that is not systematic, system security is not maintained and data management is less efficient. Based on this problem, an E-Archive information system design for web-based community needs was created using a research method using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model and programming language using PHP and MySQL as databases. It is hoped that this system will make it easier for officers to work and improve the quality of the service data collection process for the community in Polokarto District in terms of appearance, security and data management. Peran penting Kecamatan Polokarto yaitu memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang memerlukan bantuan seperti pembuatan kartu keluarga, legalisir surat pengantar dan pengajuan keperluan lainnya. Proses pendataan keperluan masyarakat di Kecamatan Polokarto saat ini masih menggunakan microsoft excel, dari aktivitas tersebut terjadi masalah yang dihadapi yaitu tampilan yang kurang sistematis, keamanan sistem yang tidak terjaga dan pengelolaan data yang kurang efisien. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut dibuatkanlah sebuah perancangan sistem informasi E-Arsip dokumen keperluan masyarakat berbasis web dengan metode penelitian mengunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall serta bahasa pemrograman mengunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini bisa mempermudah petugas dalam bekerja dan meningkatkan kualitas proses pendataan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Polokarto dari segi tampilan, keamanan dan pengelolaan data.
