Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) di Surakarta pada umumnya telah memiliki portal web untuk pelayanan penyediaan informasi dan kegiatan pendidikan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerimaan portal web di PTS Surakarta dengan menggunakan metode UTAUT dan TTF. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variabel UTAUT dan TTF yang mempengaruhi penerimaan mahasiswa untuk menggunakan portal web secara berkesinambungan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan sistem kedepannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menyebarankan kuesioner pada mahasiswa sebanyak 254 responden. SEM dan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dipakai untuk analisis data penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian dengan SmartPLS menunjukkan bahwa lima variabel yang mempengaruhi variabel penerimaan pengguna yaitu kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi (KTT), kinerja yang diharapkan (KDH), tingkat kemudahan yang diharapkan (TKD), pengaruh sosial (PS) dan kondisi fasilitas yang ada (KF) dapat mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan penggunaan portal web PTS sebesar 61.10%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pihak PTS di Surakarta sebaiknya memperhatikan aspek-aspek kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi pada portal web PTS untuk memperbaiki pelayanan.

Abstract

Pengguna Instagram di Indonesia mencapai 22 juta pengguna aktif menurut dari siaran pers yang diterima CNN Indonesia (Lesmana 2012). Berdasarkan data-data tersebut, pelayanan masyarakat perlu memperhatikan penggunaan media sosial sebagai salah satu media informasi pelayanan yang sangat penting. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat Secara umum dalam proses pembentukan tim dilakukan dengan melihat kepakaran anggota yang diharapkan akan membantu pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian. Tujuan menjadi kegiatan selanjutnya yang harus di susun. Hasil dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat dilihat bahwa perubahan pegawai kelurahan klodran menjadi lebih produktif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya masyarakat yang merasa puas dengan pelayanan di media sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas iklan Facebook dengan iklan tradisional dalam meningkatkan brand awareness. Brand awareness menjadi faktor penting dalam membangun citra merek yang kuat dan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Dalam era digital, Facebook telah menjadi platform pemasaran yang populer dengan jangkauan yang luas dan kemampuan targeting yang canggih. Namun, iklan tradisional seperti iklan cetak dan iklan televisi masih digunakan secara luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimental dengan kelompok kontrol acak. Dalam eksperimen ini, dua kelompok peserta akan diekspos pada iklan Facebook dan iklan tradisional secara acak. Pengukuran dilakukan sebelum dan setelah eksposur iklan untuk mengevaluasi perubahan dalam tingkat brand awareness. Data juga akan dikumpulkan melalui survei untuk memperoleh persepsi peserta terhadap kedua jenis iklan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang efektivitas iklan Facebook versus iklan tradisional dalam meningkatkan brand awareness. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan kepada praktisi pemasaran mengenai pilihan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dalam membangun kesadaran merek. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat menyumbangkan pemikiran tambahan dalam bidang periklanan dan komunikasi pemasaran dalam era digital.

Abstract

This study tries to test the ranking model on youtube search. Youtube brings up search results based on the number of visits and video recommendations available. The method used in this research begins by collecting 10 keywords that appear in a youtube search. Of the 10 results will be used as the image file name to be used. The 10 image files are then turned into a video. The link generated from the upload process is then registered with a free ping service on the internet. For testing, day parameters are used, namely 1 day, 2 days and 3 days. Within 3 days the video has appeared on the first page of a Google search with keywords that match the names of the image files.

Abstract

Background: Website technology greatly influences puskesmas services. Procurement of a website in order to meet user demands for easy, fast and efficient service availability. The website is provided to realize efforts to improve the quality of health services by integrating information systems from various subsystems. Objective: This research is related to the acceptance of the quality of the community health center website that is acceptable to users and looks for variables that influence users' interest in accessing the website page. Methods: This research was conducted using quantitative methods using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Results: There are four main constructs of website acceptance in the form of website performance, ease of using the website, environmental influence on using the website and condition of the website facilities. Conclusion: The level of acceptance of the website at the Puskesmas Banyuanyar with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model has very high acceptance results. Variables that influence website user interest are website performance, ease of using the website, social influence and condition of facilities.

Abstract

A very simple and fast registration service is one of the efforts to improve the quality of service to patients which will affect patient satisfaction. The development of technology and information influences various aspects, one of which is the health sector, known as e-health. One application of e-health. This is online registration which is carried out together with direct registration, but to inform the public there must be education regarding online and offline registration so that the public understands the process. The goal of service is patient satisfaction, where according to minimum service standards, the customer satisfaction level is more than 90%. It is hoped that an effective, efficient registration system and minimal waiting time will increase patient satisfaction. Quantitative research type with a cross sectional approach. The research sample of patients who registered online and manually was divided into two groups, namely the online registration group and the direct registration group using accidental sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses the chi square statistical test. From the results of the bivariate analysis it is known that the data analyzed using the independent t-test shows that the average knowledge score in the offline group (Mean= 14.95; SD= 2.87) is greater than the average knowledge score in the group with online registration ( Mean= 11.74; SD= 2.74), and this result is statistically significant (p<0.001). Online registration group and direct registration at Colomadu 1 Community Health Center.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan kesuksesan akademis dengan mengembangkan sistem deteksi dini guna mengidentifikasi potensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang berisiko dropout. Penelitian berfokus pada perancangan sistem yang mampu memberikan peringatan kepada pembimbing akademik atau bagian akademik kampus untuk segera melakukan mitigasi pencegahan, dengan tujuan mengurangi potensi mahasiswa drop out lebih banyak.  Metodologi penelitian dimulai dengan analisis faktor dropout melibatkan tinjauan literatur, wawancara, dan studi kasus. Selanjutnya, model prediktif dikembangkan menggunakan metode machine learning, seperti regresi logistik, dengan memanfaatkan data akademik dan perilaku studi mahasiswa. Implementasi sistem deteksi dilakukan dengan menyusun antarmuka pengguna yang user-friendly dan integrasi yang baik dengan sistem informasi kampus.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model prediktif yang dikembangkan mampu mengidentifikasi mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang berpotensi dropout dengan akurasi yang tinggi. Sistem deteksi memberikan peringatan dini kepada pembimbing akademik atau bagian akademik kampus, memungkinkan mereka untuk mengambil langkah-langkah pencegahan dan memberikan bantuan tepat waktu. Evaluasi kinerja sistem menunjukkan efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan respon terhadap potensi mahasiswa drop out, dengan harapan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan tingkat kelulusan dan kualitas pendidikan tinggi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The collaboration of Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) with alumni has a big impact on the development of UNS. Communication between UNS and alumni must run well. Alumni data collection at the Faculty of Law UNS still uses the manual method. This method has a weakness in the alumni tracking process because alumni data is not up to date. Another problem is that there is no means of publication of activity information, this causes every activity carried out to be ineffective. Based on the description of the problem, the formulation of the problem solved in this study is "How to design an information system for managing alumni data at the Faculty of Law, UNS". The problem limitation in this research is centered on the design of an information system for managing alumni data within the UNS Faculty of Law. Alumni data management information system is designed using PHP Native programming language with MySQL database. The method used to design an alumni data management information system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The output of this research is a prototype of a website-based alumni data management information system. With the design of the alumni data management information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the Student and Alumni Sub-Section at the Faculty of Law UNS to obtain alumni data.

Abstract

The process of borrowing meeting rooms currently running in the General Section of the Sub-Household of Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS) is done manually. The meeting committee met with the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household to order a meeting room and its consumption. Then the Admin of the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household saw the record data in the room reservation book in advance to inform which room could be used for meetings. To speed up and simplify the process of borrowing a meeting room, it is necessary to design a meeting room reservation information system. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated that the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design an information system for ordering meeting rooms and consumption in the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household". Limitation of the problem that the author discusses in the research focused on designing an information system for ordering space and consumption in the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household. The method used to design an information system for meeting room reservations and consumption using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used to design this system is PHP Native and MySQL database as data storage media. With the design of the meeting room reservation information system, it is hoped that it will facilitate and speed up the process of ordering meeting rooms in the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household.  Â
