Abstract

In general, research objectives include obtaining new knowledge or making discoveries. As proof or testing of the truth of existing knowledge. As a development of knowledge in an existing scientific field. The objectives that the researcher wants to express in conducting this research are to: 1) find out the marketing mix strategy implemented by the company. 2) Knowing the effect of the company's marketing mix on sales volume. Using a quantitative approach, researchers conducted research at Toko Aneka, which is located at Jl. Raya Singosari No. 69, Losari, Candirenggo, Kec. Singosari, Malang Regency, East Java 65153.From the results of the analysis, the influence of the marketing mix on sales volume can be seen using SPSS 17.0 tools. By using SPSS, it can be concluded that the F test shows a significance value of less than 0.05, which shows that the four indicators can influence sales volume. The results of the analysis from the T-test can be concluded that the four indicators that have significant value results are distribution, so it can be said that distribution can influence sales volume.Toko Aneka Elektronik needs to evaluate the marketing mix currently implemented, which has an insignificant influence on the volume of television sales in the Singosari area and its surroundings. For example, if the promotional activity carried out is personal selling, the company can use SPG staff as needed so that personal selling can run more effectively. And research needs to be done on promotions to increase sales volume. Distribution has a significant influence on the volume of television sales in the Singosari area and its surroundings; however, the vehicles used in distribution activities are only sedans and pickups. For this reason, Toko Aneka Elektronik can increase distribution by adding more vehicles for distribution activities.

Abstract

The library and its patrons synergize to fulfill their respective functions and roles. At the forefront of information provision, the library has the task of providing information tailored to the needs of its patrons. This research aims to analyze the synergy the Unisa Yogyakarta Library conducted in meeting information needs through the "Paperbuk" program. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity test is performed through source triangulation, which involves cross-checking information from various sources using the employed techniques. Data analysis is done by data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the combined library and book exhibition activities (Paperbuk) organized by the Unisa Yogyakarta Library positively impact the library and its patrons. Forms of patron synergy include patrons' choice of books according to their interests and needs, their special borrowing rights, and the library exhibition (posters), a source of pride for patrons. From the library's perspective, this activity serves as a promotional platform, aids in book selection and procurement, increases visits, and enhances patrons' reading interests.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi (Prodi) Bioteknologi di UNISA Yogyakarta terdiri dari beragam judul dan objek kajian telah diteliti, namun sampai saat ini belum pernah dipetakan. Bagaimana tren penelitian pada skripsi Prodi Bioteknologi UNISA Yogyakarta akan digali dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang tren penelitian pada skripsi mahasiswa Prodi Bioteknologi UNISA Yogyakarta tahun 2020 sampai 2022.. Metode: Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode bibliometrik. Data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yaitu dari skripsi mahasiswa Bioteknologi tahun 2020-2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan VOSviewer akan menghasilkan hubungan kata kunci, pemetaan, dan jejaring penelitian. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tren kecenderungan topik skripsi Prodi Bioteknologi UNISA Yogyakarta Tahun 2020-2022 pada kata kunci “Covid-19” dengan total tautan sebanyak 21 dan jumlah kejadian 7 kali. Topik kedua yaitu tentang “PCR” dengan total tautan sebanyak 6 dan jumlah kejadian sebanyak 3 kali. Topik penelitian ketiga yaitu tentang “Primer Design” total tautan sebanyak 5 dan jumlah kejadian sebanyak 2 kali. Topik penelitian yang paling sering dibahas dalam skripsi mahasiswa Prodi Bioteknologi yaitu Covid-19, PCR, primer design, saliva, colorimetric, rt-lamp, dan thermal cycler. Kesimpulan: Tren penelitian skripsi mahasiswa Prodi Bioteknologi pada tahun 2020-2022 paling banyak pada  topik “Covid-19, PCR, dan Primer Design. Dari hasil penelitian beberapa topik yang menjadi rekomedasi pada penelitian selanjutnya yaitu Virus Tilv, Rdrp Gene, Ikan Nila, Transgenic, Biocontrol, Culture Technique, Kloning, Pengelolaan Limbah, dan Rekayasa Genetika.   Background: The theses of Biotechnology Study Program students at UNISA Yogyakarta encompass a wide range of titles and research subjects. However, these have not yet been systematically mapped. Purpose: This study aims to analyze trend research on the student thesis of the UNISA Yogyakarta Biotechnology Study Program from 2020 to 2022. Methods: The approach used in this research is quantitative using the bibliometric method. The research data use secondary data from the 2020-2022 Biotechnology student thesis. Sampling in this study used the saturated sample method. Results: The findings indicate that the most prominent research trend in the undergraduate theses of the Biotechnology Study Program at UNISA Yogyakarta from 2020 to 2022 revolves around the keyword “Covid-19”, with a total of 21 links and 7 occurrences. The second most common topic was “PCR”, with 6 total links and 3 occurrences. The third research topic is 'Primer Design,' with a total of 5 links and 2 occurrences.The research topics most frequently addressed in students' theses include Covid-19, PCR, primer design, saliva, colorimetric methods, RT-LAMP, and thermal cycler. Conclusion: The dominant research trends in undergraduate theses of Biotechnology students from 2020 to 2022 were primarily focused on the topics of Covid-19, PCR, and Primer Design. Based on these findings, several research topics are recommended for future studies, including Tilapia Lake Virus (TiLV), RdRp gene, Nile tilapia, transgenic technology, biocontrol, culture techniques, cloning, waste management, and genetic engineering.

Abstract

As micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) increasingly pursue international expansion, the role of human capital becomes a strategic determinant of success. This study examines the impact of talent management and employee engagement on the internationalization of MSMEs. Talent management practices—including recruitment, development, and retention of high-potential employees—are critical in building the capabilities required to compete in global markets. Simultaneously, high levels of employee engagement foster commitment, innovation, and adaptability, which are essential in navigating the challenges of international operations. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, this research identifies key strategies that link effective talent management and engagement practices with improved organizational performance in global contexts. The findings suggest that MSMEs investing in integrated talent and engagement strategies are better positioned to sustain growth and competitiveness beyond domestic boundaries.

Abstract

This research aims to give input to decision-makers so that stakeholders can create appropriate regulations to help evaluate the application of green entrepreneurship, in the sense of being able to improve community welfare and environmental sustainability by involving stakeholders and collaborating which is the result of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka learning scheme. The analysis uses a descriptive approach to analyze respondents' information regarding gender, domicile, business ownership, type of business start-up, involvement in social activities, and type of social activity as a reflection of the green behavior that has been carried out by the respondent. The analysis technique uses multiple structural regression with IBM SPSS-26 software. The results of the study show that the formation of a green economy which is monitored and evaluated by stakeholders is expected to support the growth of student interest in green entrepreneurship in the future

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the extent to which knowledge sharing, learning agility, and creative self-efficacy influence innovative work behavior among creative industry workers in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 120 purposively selected respondents: active workers in the creative industry, aged 20–40, with at least one year of work experience, and directly involved in the creative process. The analysis showed that the research instrument was valid, reliable, and met all classical statistical assumptions. Both simultaneously and partially, the three variables studied significantly influenced innovative work behavior. These findings not only provide theoretical contributions to the development of studies in organizational behavior and human resource management but also offer practical benefits for company management in the creative sector. The results can serve as a basis for designing more targeted employee development strategies, from building a culture of knowledge sharing, enhancing adaptive learning skills, to strengthening employees' confidence in their creative capacity. With these steps, companies will be better prepared to encourage sustainable innovation and strengthen competitiveness amidst increasingly dynamic industrial competition.

Abstract

  Purpose – Compensation strategies play a crucial role in enhancing both job satisfaction and human resource productivity. A well-designed compensation package, encompassing competitive salaries, benefits, and performance-based incentives, can motivate employees, foster a sense of value, and ultimately contribute to increased output and organizational success. Therefore, careful consideration of compensation strategies is paramount for achieving optimal workforce performance and fostering a positive work environment. Design/methodology/approach – This study investigates the impact of compensation strategies on enhancing employee job satisfaction and human resource productivity. The design employs a quantitative approach, utilizing surveys and statistical analysis to assess the correlation between various compensation models and employee outcomes. Data will be collected from a sample population within relevant industries to provide empirical evidence supporting the proposed relationship. Findings – The study's findings suggest a significant correlation between compensation strategies and both employee job satisfaction and human resource productivity. Specifically, well-structured and competitive compensation packages appear to positively impact employee morale and motivation, subsequently leading to enhanced performance and output. Further research is warranted to explore the nuances of specific compensation models and their long-term effects on organizational success. Research limitations/implications – This study, while providing insights into the relationship between compensation strategies and both job satisfaction and human resource productivity, is limited by its specific context. Generalizability to other industries or organizational cultures may be constrained. Further research should explore the long-term impacts of the implemented compensation strategies and consider the influence of mediating variables like employee engagement. The findings offer practical implications for organizations seeking to optimize their compensation models for enhanced workforce performance, highlighting the need for tailored approaches based on organizational context. Originality/value – This study investigates the strategic implementation of compensation as a mechanism to enhance both job satisfaction and human resource productivity. The research posits that a well-designed compensation strategy, tailored to employee needs and performance, can significantly contribute to a more satisfied and productive workforce. Consequently, the findings offer valuable insights for organizations seeking to optimize their human capital through effective compensation practices.

Abstract

Compensation is a reward given by the company to employees, for their services in carrying out the duties, obligations and responsibilities assigned to them in order to achieve company goals. Providing compensation to employees has the greatest influence on employees’ thoughts about a sense of calm that generates loyalty to the company and motivates the implementation of their work. The purpose of this study is to identify compensation as a work incentive to improve employee performance. The method used is research using literature studies by examining journals and books related to the effect of compensation as an encouragement for employee performance. The results of the discussion show that the compensation given must be felt fairly by employees and the amount of compensation is not much different from what is expected by employees. If these two things can be fulfilled, the employee will be satisfied. Satisfaction will trigger employees to continue to improve their performance, so that company goals and employee needs will be achieved together.
