Abstract

The implementation of education at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman requires financial support that is not small. In the aspect of meeting the financing needs or funds for the implementation of education at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman is supported by three sources of funds, namely the South Sumatra provincial government and the central government and the community. In this study, the research method used is basic research, which is research to develop the theory of school financial governance by paying attention to the five principles of financial governance. This research discusses financial governance at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman can be Financial management at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman can be concluded in the good category. The results of this study are financial management at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman has implemented four management functions, namely the management function, namely the planning function, the organizing function, the implementation function and the supervision function have applied the principles of transparency, efficiency, effectiveness, accountability and flexibility, and in accordance with the technical guidelines (juknis) for the use of government and community assistance funds.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of ethanol extract of sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata) on fatty liver percentage, serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT) level and lipid profile of wistar strain white rat exposed to high fat diet. The study used randomized post test only control group design. Total sample was 50 male wistar strain rats (Rattus norvegicus) divided randomly into 5 groups (randomization). The normality test used was Kolmogorov Smirnov test (a=0.05). The homogeneity test used was Levene test (a=0.05). The comparative test was done using Anova test (analysis of variance) (a=0.05) or Brown-Forsythe test (a=0.05). The correlation test was done using Pearson test (a=0.05). The administration of sambiloto ethanol extract with doses of 100, 200 and 400 milligrams (mg)/kilogram (kg) body weight (BW) decreased the percentage of fatty liver (r=-0.950), SGOT (r=-0.964)/SGPT (r=(R=-0.973)/LDL (low-density lipoprotein) (r=-0.960) and increased HDL (high-density lipoprotein) levels (r=-0.923)=0.956) in white rats exposed to a high-fat diet. In conclusion, increased dose of ethanol extract of sambiloto can decrease the percentage of fatty liver, SGOT/SGPT and total cholesterol/TG/LDL and increase HDL level of white rats exposed to high fat diet.

Abstract

Based on some researches known that soursop leaf extract can improve beta cell injury. The aims of this study was to analyze the effect of soursop leaf extract on fasting blood glucose (FBG) and pancreatic beta cell number in male Wistar rats wich were exposed to a high-fat diet and streptozotocin. This study design is the only randomized posttest control group design. The total sample size is 50 male Wistar rats. The independent variable: high-fat diet, STZ, and soursop leaf extract; the dependent variable: pancreatic beta cells number, and FBG3. Data tested for normality with Kolmogorov-Smirnov (a=0.05) and tested of homogeneity with Levene (a =0.05). Comparison test between groups with Kruskal-Wallis (a=0.05), followed by Mann Whitney. Correlation test with Pearson (a=0.05) between dose of the soursop leaf extract and FBG3, and between dose and the number of pancreatic beta cells. The results of this study showed that the soursop leaf extract at a dose of 100 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg have an effect on fasting blood glucose levels and panreatic beta cells number;2)There is a significant negative correlation between the orograstric lavage of soursop leaf extract with FBG3 (r=-0.647;p<0.001), the increasing doses of soursop leaf extract, further lowering fasting blood glucose levels;3)There is a significant positive correlation between the orograstric lavage of soursop leaf extract with the number of pancreatic beta cells (r=0,759;p<0,001), the increasing doses of soursop leaf extract, further increasing pancreatic beta cells number. In conclusion, increasing doses of soursop leaf extract, further lowering fasting blood glucose and increasing the number of pancreatic beta cells.

Abstract

The property agent profession in Indonesia falls within the framework of the gig economy, where agents work with high flexibility, informal working relationships, and commission-based income. However, industry data (2024) shows that only 8.2%–17.4% of agents contribute consistently each month, raising questions about the psychological mechanisms that affect their motivation, engagement, and performance. This study aims to understand how agents construct these three aspects and identify the differences between consistent and inconsistent agents in a property partnership system. The research used a qualitative approach through narrative inquiry and thematic analysis, with 12 property agents registered under AREBI East Java as the main participants and triangulation from 2 coordinators, 2 branch managers, and 1 representative of AREBI East Java. The analysis shows that agent motivation is shaped by the interaction of internal and external factors, with internal motivation being the main determinant of sustainable contribution. Engagement appears in three interrelated dimensions—emotional, behavioral, and cognitive—and serves as a connecting mechanism between motivation and performance. Performance in the context of the gig economy is more accurately understood through the consistency of contribution (task performance and contextual performance) than short-term results. This research resulted in a conceptual model that revises the literature on work dynamics outside of formal employment, with managerial implications to improve the consistency of agent contributions through new agent activation programs, engagement support systems, and learning and collaboration programs.
