Abstract

AbstrakPerawakan pendek mempunyai hubungan dengan masalah kesehatan seperti kegemukan dan ketidakseimbangan metabolisme energi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalis korelasi antara indeks massa tubuh dan massa lemak tubuh dengan adiponektin pada remaja dengan perawakan pendek di daerah Jatinangor Sumedang Jawa Barat. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan 35 responden remaja awal usia 10-14 tahun di Jatinangor. Perawakan pendek diperoleh berdasarkan kriteria WHO 2007 d engan nilai z-score TB/U < - 2 SD. Indeks massa tubuh diukur sebagai berat badan (kg) dibagi dengan kuadrat tinggi badan (cm),  massa lemak diukur sebagai persentase massa lemak menggunakan alat bioelectrical impedance analysis dan kadar adiponektin diukur dengan metode ELISA. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson antara indeks massa tubuh dengan kadar adiponektin r = -0,42 (p=0,012). Hasil uji korelasi Spearman antara massa lemak dengan kadar adiponektin r = -0,415 (p=0,013). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat korelasi negatif sedang antara indeks massa tubuh dengan kadar adiponektin dan terdapat korelasi negatif sedang antara massa lemak dengan kadar adiponektin pada remaja perawakan pendek di Jatinangor Sumedang.Kata Kunci: indeks massa tubuh, massa lemak, kadar adiponektin, remaja perawakan pendek AbstractShort stature has a correlation with health problems such as overweight and impaired balance energy metabolism. The objective of this study was to analyze the correlation of body mass index and fat mass with adiponectin on stunted adolescents in Jatinangor, Sumedang, West Java. This research was a cross sectional study using 35 respondents aged between 10 to 14 years old in Jatinangor. Stature measurement was using 2007 WHO criteria with z-score value TB / U <- 2 SD. Body mass index was measured as weight divided by height squared, fat mass was measured as fat mass percentage using bioelectrical impedance analysis, and adiponectin level was measured using ELISA. Pearson correlation test results showed significant correlations between body mass index with adiponectin r=-0.42 (p=0.012). Spearman correlation test results show significant correlations between fat mass with adiponectin r=-0.415 (p=0.013). The conclusions of this study is that there is a medium negative correlation between body mass index with adiponectin levels, and there is a medium negative correlation between fat mass with adiponectin levels on stunted adolescent in Jatinangor, Sumedang.Keywords: body mass index, fat mass, adiponectin, stunting adolescent

Abstract

Autism is a disorder diagnosed with a breakdown in lead social relationships, a breakdown in communication, and a lack of interest in behaving and developing skills. Website Carrd.co is a website platform that can be developed for free, with interesting displays, and easy to use for newbies. This research used a pre-experimental design with the pre-post test. The research was conducted in March-April 2023 at SLB Negeri 2 Sentra PK/PLK and SLB C Tut Wuri Handayani. The respondents of this research were 12 people who were determined by total sampling. The data collected included characteristic respondents, mother’s knowledge, children’s nutrient intake, and children's eating frequency. The intervention was measured using a knowledge questionnaire and Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ). The normality test uses the Shapiro Wilk test, and the analysis test uses the Paired T-Test Dependent (data normally distributed) and the Wilcoxon Test (data not normally distributed). The results showed that there were significant differences in the average knowledge of mothers (p value 0.026), children's energy intake (p value 0.004), children's protein intake (p value 0.001), children's fat intake (p value 0.001), children's carbohydrate intake (p value 0.005), and the frequency of children's eating (p value 0.025) before and after the intervention. The use of motivational interviewing methods in providing nutrition education can increase changes in consumption behavior of mothers towards children with autism.

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is part of heart and blood vessel disorders including stroke, rheumatic heart disease and other conditions. One of the risk factors that increase the incidence of cardiovascular disease is hypercholesterolemia. Based on data from the 2013 Basic Health Research in Indonesia, the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia in the population aged more than 15 years is 35.9% and is a combination of the population in the borderline high category (total cholesterol value 200-239 mgdL) and high (total cholesterol value >240 mgdL). This study aims to determine the effect of the formulation between seaweed flour and red bean flour on the quality of wet noodles which include aspects of acceptability and nutritional quality including organoleptic properties, fiber content, and isoflavone content. The design used is an experimental study with the research method used is hedonic test for testing organoleptic properties, enzymatic method for testing food fiber content and HPLC method for testing isoflavone levels. The formula of seaweed flour and red bean flour consists of 3 balances, namely F1 (70%:30%), F2 (60%:40%), F3 (50%:50%). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are no significant differences in aspects of color and aroma, but there are significant differences in aspects of taste and texture. As for the results of testing the fiber content of wet noodles substituted with seaweed flour and red bean flour, the balance of 70%:30% is 11.7 grams, the balance is 60%:40% is 14.4 grams and the balance is 50%:50% is 13.5 grams. The results of testing the levels of isoflavones in wet noodles substituted with seaweed flour and red bean flour balance 70%:30% 10.2 mg, 60%:40% balance 15.5 mg and 50%:50% balance 26.6 mg.

Abstract

Endurance athletes potentially have dehydration because the activity that carried out continuously for a long time.The activity can increase oxygen consumption that may lead to the production of free radicals that have a bad effect for health .To neutralize free radicals in the body , athletes need to consume antioxidant .Research aims to asses the differences in formulation of strawberries and mulberry organoleptic ( color, aroma , taste and viscosity) in the sports drink and also potassium, sodium , antioxidant activity and osmolality content in selected sports drinks . Design research used is experimental. Based on statistical tests, there are no significant differences of the formulation on the color , aroma , taste and viscosity. Test the preferences by the 30 disciplinary shows that F3 (75% strawberries: 25% mulberry) is most favored with average score color ( 5.8 ), aroma ( 5.8 ), taste ( 5.37 ) and viscosity ( 5.67 ). In 1 kg sport of drink (F3) containing 704.9 mg sodium, 165 mg potassium, antioxidant activity ( ic50 ) 1323.34 ppm and osmolality 327 mOsmol / kg.
