Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the description of a nomadic and intensive duck rearing system in Modopuro Village, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. This research was conducted from May 25 to June 25, 2016 in Modopuro Village. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics. The results showed that the income of laying ducks with intensive maintenance in Modopuro Village illustrates a significant income by looking at the benefits of long-term maintenance rather than nomadic maintenance. In terms of nomadic expenditure is more profitable than intensive maintenance, while economically in terms of intensive income is more profitable, the B / C ratio of the nomadic maintenance system is higher than intensive maintenance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran sistem pemeliharaan itik secara nomaden dan intensif di Desa Modopuro Kecamatan Mojosari Kabupaten Mojokerto. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai 25 Mei hingga 25 Juni 2016 di Desa Modopuro. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif Deskriptif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pendapatan peternak itik petelur dengan sistem pemeliharaan secara intensif di Desa Modopuro menggambarkan pendapatan yang cukup besar dengan melihat keuntungan dari jangka panjang masa pemeliharaan daripada pemeliharaan secara nomaden. Ditinjau dari segi pengeluaran nomaden lebih menguntungkan daripada pemeliharaan secara intensif, sedangkan secara ekonomis dari segi pendapatan intensif lebih menguntungkan, B/C rasio dari sistem pemeliharaan nomaden lebih tinggi dibandingkan pemeliharaan secara intensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis nilai-nilai sejarah daerah bima terhadap penguatan pendidikan karakter pada mahasiswa program studi pendidikan sejarah stkip taman siswa bima. Mentode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini, Dosen pengampu mata kuliah sejarah lokal, Mata Kuliah Kerja Nyata, Ketua Program Studi dan Mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk tehnik validitas data menggunakan triagulasi data, triagulasi sember, triangulasi peneliti dan triangulasi teori. Validitas Data dengan menggunakan Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data dan penarikan kesimpulan Data. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa nilai-nilai sejarah bima dan kearifan lokal sangat relavan dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa seperti nilai maja labu dahu (Malu dan Takut), ngusu waru ( Delapan nilai utama dalam memimpin kesultanan Bima dan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 65% mahasiswa di wilayah Bima mengenal nilai-nilai kearifan lokal seperti Maja Labo Dahu dan Nggusu Waru, namun hanya 35%.mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah 30% lebih konsisten dalam menerapkan Nggusu Waru dalam interaksi akademik, seperti menghormati dosen dan menjaga etika diskusi. Sementara itu, 90% responden dari seluruh sampel menyetujui perlunya modernisasi penyampaian materi kearifan lokal melalui media digital seperti animasi dan podcast

Abstract

This study examines the impact of environmental conservation-based Pop-Up Book media on fifth-grade students’ awareness of local cultural preservation at SDN 07 Kota Bima. The background highlights students’ limited understanding and low concern for cultural and environmental issues, which are frequently associated with conventional teaching methods. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Pop-Up Book media in raising students’ awareness. A quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design was employed, involving 28 students selected through saturation sampling. Data were collected using tests, observations, and questionnaires, and analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and Paired Samples t-test. The results indicated a significant improvement (p < 0.05) from the average pretest score of 31.89 (low category) to the posttest score of 76.43 (high category). Student evaluations averaged 4.47 (good to very good), while teacher evaluations averaged 4.78 (very good). These findings suggest that Pop-Up Book media not only enhance learning outcomes but also promote cultural and environmental awareness, making them an innovative and effective instructional medium for elementary education.

Abstract

This training program is designed to instill anti-violent values through visual storytelling in the form of educational comics created by teachers themselves, adapted to the cultural context and environment of students. This initiative stems from the need for teachers to have engaging, relevant, and effective learning media to prevent violence in elementary schools. The Service Learning (SL) method integrates academic learning with social services, emphasizing direct experience through activities such as designing, discussing, and practicing the skills taught. The training begins with an introductory session on the forms and dynamics of violence in elementary schools, followed by an introduction to comics as a medium for communicative learning. The next stage is comic-making training, in which participants design stories grounded in anti-violence values, covering the following themes: norms in everyday life, anti-bullying, peaceful conflict resolution, the courage to report, deliberations on forming a violence-prevention team, and the character "BOWO" as an anti-violence ambassador. The pre-test results showed that teachers' initial abilities were in the adequate category, with an average score of 38–43. Teachers had strengths in visual creativity, but remained weak in plot development and the use of digital applications. The training process was conducted through hands-on practice, demonstrations, and intensive mentoring, enabling participants to master technical skills ranging from script writing and character design to integrating violence-prevention messages and using digital technology in the creative process. The post-test after the training showed significant improvement with an average score of 80–90, or a good category. A gain score of 0.685 indicated a strong and effective training impact. Overall, the training program was shown to increase teachers' empowerment in producing educational anti-violence comics that are engaging, contextual, and applicable. The resulting comics are expected to serve as a strategic medium for building a positive culture, strengthening student character, and minimizing the potential for violence in elementary education environments.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine the influence of country of origin on purchase intention of Wuling electric vehicles in Indonesia, with brand image and attitude toward the brand as mediating variables. Methodology/Approach – A quantitative survey design was employed using a structured questionnaire to collect data from respondents who own Wuling electric vehicles. The purposive sampling technique was applied with an inclusion criterion of age between 21 and 55 years. A total of 419 respondents were successfully collected and included in the analysis. The analysis used SEM-PLS to evaluate the direct and indirect relationships between variables. Findings – The results revealed that country of origin does not exert a direct impact on the intention to purchase but significantly influences attitude toward the brand and brand image. Both mediators, attitude toward the brand and brand image, exert a significant impact on the intention to purchase and serve as effective pathways in strengthening the indirect influence of country of origin. Novelty/Value – This study highlights the strategic importance of brand image and consumer attitudes in shaping purchase intentions, particularly for Chinese automotive brands entering competitive markets. It also provides practical insights for Wuling and theoretical guidance for future research on international brands and consumer behavior in emerging markets.
