Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the test results and a discussion of the operational audit role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales system in PT. Mainstay of Finance, the researchers can summarize that the effectiveness and efficiency of sales amounted to 96.00%, the value can answer the problem formulation and may imply that the sales activity in the mainstay Finance "Highly effective" although there are some findings that should be corrected. Thus the results of this study can be answered from the results of audits of product marketing. Results of audits found several weaknesses which should be a concern of management in the future. The downside to this is are No system better dokomentasi the mainstay penjulan finance and No atauran strong employee. The overall weakness of the case, then given the recommendation as a corrective or remedial measures that can be taken to improve the management of these weaknesses. Recommendation: The Company determines the SOP (standard Operating Procedure) for each of the divisions that exist in the branch in writing in SK. The company must have a good sales documentation and easily understood by all divisions and have a good document security. The Company regularly obliged to make improvements to the program of sales over a couple of problems that often terjadaji. Abstract

AbstractThis research was the use of bio-poem strategy in teaching writing descriptive text on the tenth grade students of SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya in Academic Year 2017/2018. The objective of this research was to find out the effectiveness of Bio-poem Strategy in teaching writing descriptive text. The method of this research was pre-experimental research one group pretest-posttest design. The instruments of this research were pre-test and post-test. The pre-test was given to know the ability of the students at the beginning before the treatment, whereas the post-test was given to know the ability of the students after the treatment. The sample of this research were 29 students of X IPA2 of SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya in academic year 2017/2018. The result of this research showed that the mean score of pre-test was 63,33 while the post-test was 87,03. The t-test score (14,54)  was higher than t-table  (2,048) at degree of freedom (df) = N1 (29-1=28) and the result of the effect size was 2,7 where the category was strong effect. The null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected because t-value > t-table (14,54> 2,040) on the level of significance 0,05 and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. It also means that the use of bio-poem strategy in teaching writing descriptive text on the tenth grade students of SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya in Academic Year 2017/2018 was effective to improve students’ achievement in writing.Keywords: bio-poem strategy, writing, descriptive text, SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam berbagai jenis salat sunnah yang diterapkan melalui model pembelajaran Make a Match. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru, serta catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus oleh pengamat dalam bentuk catatan lapangan. Rata-rata skor dari seluruh aktivitas fisik, mental, dan emosional siswa menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 29,16%, dari rata-rata skor siklus I sebesar 60,41% menjadi 89,58% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini terjadi karena peran guru sebagai peneliti dalam mengatasi kelemahan dan kekurangan pada siklus I, serta komitmen belajar siswa yang semakin meningkat

Abstract

Early childhood is a critical period for developing independence (self-help, responsibility, confidence). In Situhiang Village (Cianjur), bullying and limited home stimulation were observed to hinder these outcomes. This community service aimed to strengthen children’s independent character through the Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) Student Community Service (KKM) using an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Activities were co-designed with parents, PAUD teachers, and community leaders (5D: Discover–Dream–Design–Define–Destiny). Data were collected through participatory observation, brief pre–post field notes, and weekly reflections with parents/teachers. The program fostered more active participation, improved willingness to speak up, and increased independence in daily routines (e.g., tidying up toys, washing hands, simple self-help tasks). These gains were supported by a safer learning climate and consistent reinforcement at home. The findings highlight ABCD’s practicality for character education in rural settings and underline the importance of family–school–community collaboration. Future work should incorporate clearer measurement tools and follow-up monitoring to assess sustainability.

Abstract

Pendidikan Nasional bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Allah yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, serta menjadi warga negara yang demokratis dan bertanggung jawab. Untuk mencapai tujuan mulia tersebut diperlukan strategi dan inovasi yang mantap baik dari Lembaga Pendidikan, program Pendidikan maupun kurikulumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Lembaga Islam model baru yang ada di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa model baru lembaga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia di antaranya, Sekolah Islam terpadu, Muhammadiyah Boarding School, Pesantren sains, Pesantren modern. Di samping lembaga-lembaga model baru sebagaimana tersebut, tentunya masih ada lagi model baru lembaga pendidikan Islam, baik yang konsentrasi pada alam, informasi teknologi, maupun yang lain. Keberadaan lembaga pendidikan Islam model baru tersebut, diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan pendidikan Islam sesuai dengan kekhasannya masing-masing.
