Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Supervision on Employee Performance at PT. Kurabo Manunggal Textile Industries, Tangerang City, either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive associative approach. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 84 respondents was obtained in this study. The analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y=15.979+0.659X1. The correlation coefficient value is 0.789, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 62.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (11.617 > 1.989). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a partial positive and significant influence between the Work Discipline variable on employee performance. Supervision has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y=18.132+0.606X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.711, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 50.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (9.160 > 1.989). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a partial positive and significant influence between the Supervision variables on Employee Performance. Work Discipline and Supervision have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y=13.605+ 0.492X1+0.222X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.806, meaning that the independent and dependent variables have a very strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 65.0%%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (75.348 > 3.11). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous and significant influence between the Work Discipline and Supervision variables on Employee Performance at PT. Kurabo Manunggal Textile Industries, Tangerang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena dan kesimpulan mengenai pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pusat Universitas Terbuka Pondok Cabe Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan data dikumpulkan pada kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji hesterokedastisitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji korelasi product moment, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi, yaitu regresi Y = 12,378 + 0,631 X1 dan Y = 7,234 + 0,744X2 serta hasil persamaan linear berganda yaitu Y=5,618+0,227X1+0,571X2. Uji koefisien korelasi product moment memperoleh hasil yaitu 0,821 dimana tingkat hubungannya berada di antara 0,80-1,00 yang menyatakan sangat kuat. Uji determinasi diperoleh (Adjusted R-Square) sebesar 66,3% sedangkan sisanya 33,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial dengan nilai thitung 7,951 selanjutnya pengaruh disiplin kerja secara parsial dengan nilai thitung 10,683. Sedangkan pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan memiliki nilai fhitung 64,017. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pusat Universitas Terbuka Pondok Cabe Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

Peneliti melakukan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Balai Besar Pengujian Standar Instrumen Mekanisai Pertanian Kabupaten Tangerang, baik pengaruhnya secara parsial ataupun simultan. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif pada penelitian ini dengan pegawai Balai Besar Pengujian Standar Instrumen Mekanisasi Pertanian Kabupaten Tangerang sebagai populasi. Metode sampel jenuh merupakan metode pengambilan sampel yang peneliti gunakan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 pegawai. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai besar pengujian standar instrumen mekanisasi pertanian Kabupaten Tangerang ditunjukkan dengan t hitung ¬> t tabel yaitu 6,679 > 1,992 dengan nilai Sig. kurang dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar < 0,001. Motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Balai besar pengujian standar instrumen mekanisasi pertanian kabupaten Tangerang yang ditunjukkan dengan t hitung ¬> t tabel yaitu 9,291 > 1,992 dengan nilai Sig. kurang dari 0,05 yaitu < 0,001. Selanjutnya Gaya kepemimpinan dan Motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai besar pengujian standar instrumen mekanisasi pertanian kabupaten Tangerang dengan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 46,269 > 3,12 dengan nilai Sig. kurang dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,001

Abstract

The importance of this research stems from the need to understand how these two factors influence employee performance, which is critical for organizational success. This study aims to examine the impact of the work environment and motivation on employee performance at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, both individually and collectively. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with a total population of 82 employees, using a saturated sampling technique, where all 82 individuals were selected as respondents. Data analysis includes regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that the work environment has a significant positive impact on employee performance, indicating a strong correlation between these two variables. The research further shows that motivation also significantly influences employee performance, with a similar strong relationship observed between motivation and performance. When both variables are considered together, the results suggest that both the work environment and motivation contribute significantly to employee performance. These findings imply that enhancing the work environment and fostering motivation could lead to improved employee performance. The study's implications emphasize the importance of creating a supportive and motivating work environment as a strategy for improving employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload and Job Stress on the performance of PT Dellifood Sentosa Corpindo employees. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study was 355 employees of PT Dellifood Sentosa Corpindo. PT Dellifood Sentosa Corpindo with a sample of 75 respondents taken using the Slovin sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, partial t-tests, and simultaneous f-tests. The results of this study indicate that: there is an effect of Workload on the performance of PT Dellifood Sentosa Corpindo employees. This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 15.095 + 0.672 X1. The correlation value is 0.776 (strong). The coefficient of determination is 60.3%. The calculated t value for Workload is 10,522 > t table of 1.993 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. There is an influence of Job Stress on the performance of PT Dellifood Sentosa Corpindo employees. This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 6.438 + 0.825 X2. The correlation value is 0.901 (very strong). The coefficient of determination is 81.2%. t count > t table or (17.780 > 1.993) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, there is an influence of Workload and Job Stress on PT Dellifood Sentosa Corpindo. This is proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.708 + 0.203X1 + 0.664X2. The correlation value is 0.915 (very strong). The coefficient of determination is 83.7%. The calculated F value > F table or (184.756 > 3.12) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The community service program, themed "Quality Human Resources to Improve Sustainable Development in the Community," aims to improve the capacity of human resources (HR) to support the achievement of sustainable development goals. This program is designed to provide training, supplies, and education to the community regarding the importance of skilled and educated HR in implementing the principles of sustainable development. In its implementation, this program focuses on improving community knowledge and skills in managing natural resources wisely and implementing environmentally friendly technologies. Various trainings are provided to develop sectors that have the potential to support sustainability, such as sustainable agriculture, renewable energy management, waste management, and water and soil conservation. By introducing these concepts, it is hoped that the community will understand the importance of maintaining ecosystem balance and managing natural resources without damaging the environment. In addition, this program also focuses on developing local leadership, by providing managerial and leadership skills training to community members. This aims to enable them to become agents of change capable of implementing sustainable development ideas at the local level. The training also covers work ethics, social skills, and organizational management, which will help them manage sustainable development projects more effectively. With an integrated, community-based approach, this community service program is expected to produce human resources who are not only skilled and qualified but also able to play an active role in creating a better environment and a more independent society. Through human resource empowerment, it is hoped that sustainable development can be achieved, which will positively impact the well-being of society as a whole.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is a positive and significant influence of recruitment and selection, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) KC Tangerang Selatan 15400. The study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample consists of 129 respondents, which includes the entire employee population, using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test with the help of SPSS 25.The results of the study show that partially, Recruitment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.660 > t-table 1.979 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus H1 is accepted. Furthermore, Selection (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 6.273 > t-table 1.979 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus H2 is accepted. Simultaneously, Recruitment (X1) and Selection (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 132.574 > F-table 3.07 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the study produce the multiple regression equation: Y = 10.398 + 0.090X1 + 0.919X2. The regression coefficient value for the Performance variable is 10.398, indicating that if Recruitment (X1) and Selection (X2) remain unchanged, the performance value would be 10.398. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.686, which means that Recruitment (X1) and Selection (X2) contribute 68.6% to employee performance, while the remaining 31.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant simultaneous effect between the Recruitment and Selection variables on Employee Performance.
