Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of motivation and work discipline on the performance of outsourcing employees at a service provider company in South Tangerang. A descriptive method with an associative nature and a quantitative approach was used to test population parameters through statistics. The population consists of 109 outsourcing cleaning service employees at PT. Siaga Mandatama Karya in 2019, with a saturated sample. Data analysis included validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results show that motivation has a significant and positive impact on employee performance, with a strong correlation between the two variables. Work discipline also has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, indicating a strong relationship between them. When both motivation and work discipline are considered together, they have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The analysis shows a strong relationship between the independent variables (motivation and work discipline) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The coefficient of determination indicates that motivation and work discipline contribute significantly to employee performance, while other factors also influence it. In conclusion, motivation and work discipline have a significant and positive effect on the performance of outsourcing employees at the service provider company in South Tangerang.

Abstract

The community service program, themed "Quality Human Resources to Improve Sustainable Development in the Community," aims to improve the capacity of human resources (HR) to support the achievement of sustainable development goals. This program is designed to provide training, supplies, and education to the community regarding the importance of skilled and educated HR in implementing the principles of sustainable development. In its implementation, this program focuses on improving community knowledge and skills in managing natural resources wisely and implementing environmentally friendly technologies. Various trainings are provided to develop sectors that have the potential to support sustainability, such as sustainable agriculture, renewable energy management, waste management, and water and soil conservation. By introducing these concepts, it is hoped that the community will understand the importance of maintaining ecosystem balance and managing natural resources without damaging the environment. In addition, this program also focuses on developing local leadership, by providing managerial and leadership skills training to community members. This aims to enable them to become agents of change capable of implementing sustainable development ideas at the local level. The training also covers work ethics, social skills, and organizational management, which will help them manage sustainable development projects more effectively. With an integrated, community-based approach, this community service program is expected to produce human resources who are not only skilled and qualified but also able to play an active role in creating a better environment and a more independent society. Through human resource empowerment, it is hoped that sustainable development can be achieved, which will positively impact the well-being of society as a whole.

Abstract

Desa Cicalengka, yang terletak di Kelurahan Pagedangan, menghadapi berbagai tantangan ekonomi dan sosial yang memengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat lokal. Ketimpangan akses pendidikan, rendahnya keterampilan tenaga kerja, dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi kendala utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya membangun kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Desa Cicalengka sebagai strategi untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Pendekatan yang diusulkan meliputi program pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan lokal, pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis potensi desa, serta peningkatan literasi digital masyarakat. Selain itu, sinergi antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan sektor swasta dianggap krusial dalam mendukung pengembangan SDM yang berkelanjutan. Hasil pembangunan kapasitas SDM ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi, menciptakan peluang kerja, serta memperkuat kohesi sosial di komunitas Desa Cicalengka, sekaligus menjadi model bagi desa lain dalam menghadapi tantangan serupa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nugraha Metal Zinc.Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan alat analisis data berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan motivasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Persamaan regresi Y = 9,468 + 0,397X1 + 0,371X2, koefisien variabel independen bernilai positif artinya memiliki pengaruh yang positif. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,748 dan determinasi 55,9%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh sig. 0,000 < 0,05.
