Abstract

The training on scientific writing (KTI) for teachers at MAN Insan Cendikia Bangka Tengah represents a strategic step to enhance scientific literacy, given that KTI is a requirement for graduation and class advancement. This training aims to improve teachers' understanding of scientific writing through a guided tutorial method that combines theory with practical application. This method is designed to assist teachers in grasping the stages of KTI writing, from topic selection to proper citation techniques. Results following the training indicate a significant improvement in teachers' comprehension of KTI writing. Therefore, this training not only strengthens the academic literacy skills of teachers but also prepares them to guide students more effectively, thereby creating a quality educational environment that supports the development of an intellectual generation.

Abstract

Electrocoagulation is a method that is often used to improve the quality of solutions. The electrocoagulation method has the advantages of not using chemical additives, easy and inexpensive operation, and having high efficiency in removing pollutants and contaminants. In this method, the pollutants obtained are easy to separate because of the floating surface of coagulated sediments called flocs. The solution used is FeCl3.6H2O solution as a source of iron content and a replacement medium for water or solutions containing iron. The iron content in water is more dominant than other heavy metals, whereas in excess it can cause health problems. In this study, a standard iron solution was used at 10 ppm variations using the electrocoagulation method using an aluminum plate at a voltage of 25 volts and a time of 60 minutes, and testing for pH, TDS, and UV-Vis was carried out. Obtained after the electrocoagulation process of the Fe standard solution, each concentration experienced an increase in quality, in the form of a significant decrease in Fe concentration (ppm), an increase in the pH value from 3 to 5, and a decrease in the TDS value of 80.69% -85.88%. So, the electrocoagulation method can be applied to improve the quality of a solution.

Abstract

The Bumang Watershed is a stream of water originating from the Bumang Reservoir in Kemuja Village, Bangka Regency to hold back water from flooding the surrounding rice fields. Since the Bumang watershed embankment was built, the embankment has been damaged in the upper part of the Bumang watershed. The main cause is underground erosion. The erosion caused the embankment foundation to become weak, which was identified as a weak zone. The method used to identify weak zones in the embankment is the Wenner configuration resistivity geoelectric method. The Wenner configuration has good sensitivity to lateral changes compared to other configurations. Field data acquisition consisted of four passes with different electrode lengths and spacings. Based on the 2D cross-section of the subsurface of the Bumang watershed embankment, the weak zone is located on tracks 1, 2, and 3. On track 1 it is at a depth of 2.50 m - 3.19 m and 1.30 m - 3.19 m; on track 2 it is at a depth of 0 m - 2 m; and on track 3 it is at a depth of 0 m - 7 m, 2 m - 4.50 m, and 0 m - 4 m respectively.

Abstract

Kemuja Village Reservoir is one of the reservoirs located in Kemuja Village, West Mendo District, Bangka Regency, which was built in 2015. On the sides of the Kemuja Village Reservoir, there are embankments that are used to prevent flooding of rice fields. Based on the initial survey, the height of the embankment from the ground is ±2.6 m and the water level is ±1 m above the surface. This study aims to identify the stability of the Kemuja Village reservoir embankment based on 2D modeling using the Wenner configuration resistivity geoelectric method with a spacing of 8 m between electrodes. Based on 2D modeling, the Kemuja Village reservoir embankment has good stability on all tracks, except on track 1 at a depth of 0 m - 1 m with a measurement distance of 10 m - 14 m, track 2 at a depth of 0 m - 1 m with a measurement distance of 36 m - 40 m, track 3 at a depth of 0.5 m - 2 m with a measurement distance of 6 m - 8 m; 0 m - 1.5 m with a measurement distance of 12 m - 16 m and 0 m - 2 m with a measurement distance of 28 m - 30 m, traverse 4 at a depth of 0 m - 1 m with a measurement distance of 8 m - 10 m and 0 m - 2 m with a measurement distance of 44 m - 48 m.

Abstract

This systematic review examines recent developments in spray-coated solar cells through analysis of 127 peer-reviewed studies (2019-2024). Our findings highlight significant advances in ultrasonic spray techniques, achieving thickness variations of ±2.5% and perovskite-based device efficiencies reaching 21.7%. Large-scale implementation demonstrated successful coating areas of 1.5 m² while maintaining 90% of lab-scale performance. Despite promising results, stability remains challenging, with typical efficiency losses of 15-20% over 1000 hours. Current trends suggest commercial viability within 3-5 years, contingent upon advances in materials and processing techniques.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kurikulum dengan pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang beragam di mana kegiatan pembelajaran akan lebih optimal. Peserta didik memiliki cukup waktu untuk mendalami konsep dan menguatkan kompetensi. Kurikulum ini diterapkan di semua jenjang Pendidikan (PAUD, SD, SMP dan SMA). Kurikulum merdeka memiliki fleksibilitas dalam hal alokasi waktu serta materi pelajaran, namun tetap berfokus pada materi esensial, pengembangan karakter, dan kompetensi peserta didik. Siswa memiliki kebebasan untuk mengembangkan bakat, minat, dan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Di sisi lain, kurikulum ini juga memberikan kebebasan pada Guru dalam memilih perangkat ajar sehingga dapat disesuaikan dengankebutuhan belajar dan minat siswa. Abstract

The process of tin ore mining in TB 2.1 is conducted by channeling slurry (the mixture of ore and water) from the stock pile into the washing unit by using slurry pump. Now, TB 2.1 is planning block 3 for the operation of tin ore production proceess. Thus, a good technical planning in accordance with the characteristic of tin ore in TB 2.1 and evaluation of operating system design in Block 1 are necessary. The sample of tin ore concentrate is taken as many as 250 gr from the washing unit to detect P80 of particle size distribution (PSD) of sample. The data of sucker and pressure pipe’s lenghth, store tank’s height, quantity of primary and secondary jig and tin ore monthly production are required to furthermore plan the mining design, washing plant and equipment needs in the drying unit. Based on the research findings, It is obtained the grain size distribution of tin ore is 1.001 mm, so that the amount of lifting velocity is 3.27 m/s. Slurry pump discharge with a pipe’s diameter of 10 inches is 54 m3/hour, while total head of mining design is 30.23 m. Width of launder required is 6.5 m and equipped with two Grizzlies. Washing plant requires three units of primary Jig (2 × 3 cell) and a unit of secondary jig (2 × 3 cell). Adding rotary vibrating screen, shaking table and rod mill are necessary for process optimization in the drying unit.

Abstract

Ground vibration will produce variable Peak Particle Acceleration (PPA) which endanger the stability of the slope especially low wall. This study discusses the effect of ground vibration on the stability of the low wall and restricted in Block MTBU East Pit. While the slope analysis conducted by the method of Morgenstern-Price (1965) Manually and Software GeoStudio 2012, as well as statistical regression analysis approach in finding a relationship between the variables SD-PPA and PPA-FK. The higher the value of the PPA will lower prices Safety Factor (FK) of slope, proved to vibration FK 0.0133 g yield of 1.258 (C-C’) and 1.292 (D-D’), whereas the vibrations of 0.225 g yield of 0.771 FK (C- C’) and 0.768 (D-D’). The relationship between the scaled distance (SD) of the PPA produces non-linear relationship on a graph of power. The relationship between PPA against FK produces a linear relationship on the Section C-C’ and Section D-D’. The proposal obtained at a distance of 200 m from the blasting area 29.352 kg and at a distance of 500 m is 183.447 kg maximum load of explosives.

Abstract

Granite crushing plant in PT Vitrama Properti is divided into two units, namely primary crusher and secondary crusher with production targets at 60,000 tons/month, but production target had not been reached. Therefore, to achieve the production target, it was necessary to analyze the optimalization of the crushing process starting from the assessment of the availability, the working efficiency of the operator, the feed rate and production capacity of crushing plant by using statistical and mathematical methods. In September 2016, the actual working efficiency of primary crusher unit and secondary crusher unit were very low at 15,75 % and 24,75 % with production only amounted to 16771.49 tons/month and 16,135,59 tons/month. The efforts undertaken in order to achieve production targets are: 1) Increase the actual working efficiency in the primary crusher previously 15,75 to 83.14%, while the secondary crusher previously 24,75 % to 83.27 % 2) Increase the feed rate to the secondary crusher previously 283,44 tons/hour to 320 tons/hour.

To get the maximum benefit with minimum cost necessary to study the cost of drilling and blasting between using the cost of services partners or self-management tool by PTBA.Planning of drilling and blasting costs PTBA version used by the method of self-management tools while the costs of drilling and blasting use the services of the partnership using the mail service offering. Geometri blasting used method R.L Ash so that would be obtained comparative cost planning and drilling and blasting between PTBA and partner services.The cost of drilling obtained using a self-management tool values ​​obtained Rp 13.021.982.688/tahun, while using the services of the partnership obtained the value of Rp 26.472019.517/year. The cost of blasting using a self-management tool values ​​obtained Rp 44.767.919.566/year, while using the services of the partnership obtained the value of Rp 51.750.738.054/year. The total cost of drilling and blasting self-managed appliance obtained the value of Rp 57.789.902.254/year more economical compared with services partnership with a value of Rp 78.222.757.571/year, these results show the difference in cost of Rp 20.432.855.317/year.
