Abstract

Masyarakat di wilayah pesisir Desa Laikang Kecamatan Magrabombang Kabupaten Takalar memanfaatkan lahan tambak sebagai tempat budidaya rumput laut caulerpa. Sampai saat ini kelompok pembudidaya masih memiliki berbagai macam kendala untuk meningkatkan hasil panennya. Kendala utama yang sering dialami oleh kelompok pembudidaya rumput laut“Bahagia Bersama” adalah rendahnya tingkat pemahaman mengenai tehnik pengemasan dan penanganan pasca panen sehingga mempengaruhi masa simpan Caulerpa racemossa setelah dipanen. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk menyikapi masalah tersebut adalah menerapkan penggunaan metode dehidrasi dengan penggunaan kadar garam yang tinggi untuk memperpanjang masa simpan Caulerpa yang dapat dikonsumsi dalam bentuk segar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode diskusi, koordinasi,penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan pada kelompok Bahagia Bersama, dapat disimpulkan bahwa selama ini kelompok petani rumput laut Bahagia Bersama menggunakan tehnik pengemasan Caulerpa sebelum dijual tanpa diolah terlebih dahulu, tanpa pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini, kelompok mitra menjadi mengetahui dan terampil menggunakan tehnik dehidrasi sebelum dijual, sehingga dapat memperpanjang masa simpan caulerpa. Saran yang diberikan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sebaiknya dilakukan pendampingan lanjutan terkait penggunaan pengemasan serta pelatihan manajemen usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia sebagai pengelola pada produksi Caulerpa organk di Desa Laikang,Kabupaten Takalar.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to implement strategies to increase the job satisfaction of teaching staff at UPT SPF SDI Kassi-Kassi I, Rappocini District, Makassar City. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, trying to describe the research results as they are. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then processed in the form of words or text which is then expressed in descriptive form. The subjects of this research are teaching staff, while the objects of this research are all activities related to implementing strategies to increase job satisfaction of teaching staff at UPT SPF SDI Kassi-Kassi I. The results of this research explain that there are six strategies implemented at UPT SPF SDI Kassi-Kassi I, Rappocini District, Makassar City in increasing the job satisfaction of teaching staff, namely: establishing effective communication between colleagues by communicating all activities that will be held at school, providing opportunities for teachers to take part in training and development, for example bringing in speakers to conduct KKG, reward and appreciation that are given by school principals to teaching staff, conductive working environment conditions characterized by complete learning facilities, but in terms of school security still needed to be improve, paying attention to work-life balance by dividing time so that work demands and personal matters can be carried out well, and finally participation in decision making where teaching staff are always given the opportunity by the school principal to provide input every time a meeting is held. Abstract

Employee performance is a critical determinant of public service quality, particularly within government institutions. This study examines (a) the effect of job placement on employee performance and (b) the effect of work experience on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pangkep Regency. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 47 civil servants selected through saturated sampling. Questionnaires served as the primary data collection tool, and the data were analyzed with SPSS 25 using descriptive statistics, instrument testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results show that job placement does not have a significant positive impact on employee performance, suggesting that proper placement alone is insufficient to enhance outcomes. Conversely, work experience exerts a significant positive influence, indicating that accumulated knowledge and practical expertise contribute to improved employee performance in service delivery. These findings highlight the importance of organizational strategies that strengthen employee experience through training and continuous professional development to enhance public sector service quality.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of employee seniority and loyalty on job promotion at the Trade and Industry Service of Gowa Regency. The research is motivated by the importance of fair and transparent promotion systems in public organizations, where both seniority and loyalty are often considered as decisive factors. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to all 39 employees of the Trade and Industry Service using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed with multiple linear regression supported by SPSS version 30, and the validity and reliability of instruments were tested prior to hypothesis examination. The results demonstrate that seniority has a positive and significant effect on job promotion, as indicated by the t-count value of 3.188, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.686, with a significance level of 0.003. Similarly, employee loyalty shows a positive and significant effect on job promotion with a t-count of 3.151 and the same significance value of 0.003. Furthermore, simultaneous testing confirms that both variables jointly influence job promotion, with an R² value of 0.328, suggesting that 32.8% of the variance in job promotion is explained by seniority and loyalty, while 67.2% is affected by other factors. These findings imply that organizations should design promotion policies that balance seniority, loyalty, and competency to ensure fairness and improve employee motivation.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee work effectiveness at the Gowa Regency SAMSAT Office, Indonesia. Human resources are considered the most strategic asset in public service institutions, where leadership and organizational culture are two critical determinants of performance. A quantitative research design was employed using a saturated sampling technique, with the entire population of 43 employees selected as respondents. Data were collected through structured questionnaires, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the SPSS 27 software. The validity and reliability tests confirmed that the research instruments met the required standards. The results revealed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness (β = 0.187; p = 0.025), indicating that effective leadership styles enhance employee productivity, communication, and discipline. Similarly, organizational culture also demonstrated a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness (β = 0.211; p = 0.038), suggesting that a supportive and collaborative culture fosters motivation, commitment, and efficiency in task completion. Together, these variables accounted for a substantial proportion of the variance in employee work effectiveness. The findings imply that strengthening leadership quality and embedding a constructive organizational culture are strategic priorities to improve service quality and operational efficiency in public sector institutions. This research contributes to the literature on public administration and human resource management by highlighting the integrated role of leadership and culture in enhancing work effectiveness within government service organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena para pelaku usaha mikro yang terus bertahan setiap harinya menjalani masa-masa sulit dalam usahanya, namun terus dapat menjalankan usahanya. Meskipun usaha yang dijalankan “terlihat” memberikan keuntungan yang kecil, namun usaha tersebut terus ada [baca: eksis], bahkan mampu melewati setiap masa sulit yang ditemuinya, sementara beberapa usaha besar cukup terpukul ketika melewati ketidakpastian ekonomi. Kami kemudian tertarik untuk mengetahui apa makna going concern yang dipahami oleh para pelaku usaha mikro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai makna going concern dari sudut pandang pelaku usaha mikro yang terdampak Covid-19 di Sungguminasa, Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan Fenomenologi Transcendental Husserl. Informan sebanyak tiga orang dengan latar belakang usaha menjual kue tradisional (jalangkote dan donat), penjual mainan anak dan usaha oleh-oleh khas Makassar “kacang krispi”. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa informan memahami kelangsungan usaha (going concern) sebagai suatu konsep dimana bisnisnya akan terus berlanjut baik di masa normal maupun sulit salah satunya dengan cara mengelola keuangan usaha dengan baik. Makna lain yang terungkap bahwa going concern bukan hanya sekedar bagaimana sebuah usaha dapat terus terjaga kestabilan asetnya, namun juga bagaimana menjaga semangat dan sikap optimis terus ada dan menjadi ruh dalam menjalani usaha. Memasrahkan hasilnya pada Tuhan juga menjadi salah satu kiat bertahan dan menjaga kewarasan di tengah kondisi sulit akibat pandemi. Temuan penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil analisis dan bracketing bahwa semangat, optimistis dan kepasrahan pada Tuhan merupakan bagian dari prinsip going concern perspektif pelaku usaha mikro.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This research aims to examine the effect of job demands on work stress of employees at the Investment and One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP) of South Sulawesi Province. Background Problems: Employees in government service offices, such as the Investment and One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP) of South Sulawesi Province, often face high job demands that may lead to increased work stress. Understanding how these job demands impact employee stress levels is crucial to improving workplace well-being and organizational performance. Novelty: The study focuses on the relationship between job demands and work stress in the specific context of the DPMPTSP of South Sulawesi Province, which may not have been previously studied. Research Methods: The population of this research is all employees of the Investment and One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP) of South Sulawesi Province, totaling 50 people. The type of research used is quantitative. The data sources used are primary data, namely information sourced from observations and questionnaires, while secondary data sources are documentation and literature. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using statistical calculations through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26 application. Finding/Results: The research results show that Job Demands (X) have a positive and significant effect on Work Stress (Y), supported by the calculated t-value of 9.122 > 2.013 t-table and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: Job demands significantly and positively influence employee work stress at the DPMPTSP of South Sulawesi Province.(Book Antiqua 11, reguler, spasi 1, spacing before 6 pt, after 6 pt) Kata Kunci: Job Demands, Work Stress of Employees

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Bone Regency (2) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Bone Regency. The sample inthis study was 70 respondents taken from the Social Service Office of Bone Regency. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data and this type of research is quantitative research. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh solidaritas karyawan terhadap kemajuan perusahaan PT Midi Utama Indonesia, Tbk Branch Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Midi Utama Indonesia, Tbk Branch Makassar yang berjumlah 68 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data statistik diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Diketahui nilai koefisien regresi solidaritas karyawan sebesar 0,841, menyatakan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu satuan nilai solidaritas karyawan akan meningkatkan juga nilai kemajuan perusahaan sebesar 0,841. Nilai koefisien yang positif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara solidaritas karyawan dengan kemajuan perusahaan. Sedangkan nilai signifikansi (Sig) dari variabel solidaritas karyawan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05, (0,000 < 0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel solidaritas karyawan memiliki kontribusi terhadap variabel kemajuan perusahaan. Kedua nilai yang diperoleh tersebut menunjukkan bahwa solidaritas karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemajuan perusahaan PT Midi Utama Indonesia, Tbk Branch Makassar.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas SDM kader Muhammadiyah melalui pendekatan Talent Management untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan keberlanjutan kewirausahaan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMA Muhammadiyah Sungguminasa Gowa dengan melibatkan unsur PCM, guru, siswa, dan kader Muhammadiyah. Metode kegiatan meliputi pemetaan potensi, penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan pendampingan awal. Empat materi utama yang diberikan mencakup strategi Talent Management, literasi keuangan dan pencatatan arus kas digital, penyusunan SOP produksi serta inovasi produk, dan pemanfaatan sistem informasi untuk konten digital, promosi media sosial, serta marketplace. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pengelolaan potensi diri, produksi, keuangan, dan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong peserta untuk mengembangkan pola pikir wirausaha yang lebih kreatif, adaptif, dan produktif. Dengan demikian, pendekatan Talent Management dapat menjadi strategi pemberdayaan SDM Muhammadiyah dalam membangun kewirausahaan berkelanjutan.
