Abstract

The business world often faces changing conditions in its business activities. The right work plan is needed so that the business world can develop, one of which is budget planning. In planning the loan budget in the Cooperative refers to the limit on the number of submissions, there is no nominal loan budget plan so that the cooperative's cash condition is unstable and can affect the development of the cooperative. Then we need a system that can predict the loan budget needed. The method used in this reserch is simple Linear Regression to predict budgets and Tsukamoto Fuzzy Methods for budget optimization. Predicted the loan budget for April 2019 with a total capital of Rp. 500,000,000 using simple linear regression predictions of Rp. 441,690,000, after optimization using the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Method is Rp. 396,960,000 more savings Rp. 44,730,000 or 10.12%.

Abstract

PT Djabesmen Lemah Abang adalah salah satu perusahaan yang mengadakan pemilihan departemen terbaik setiap tahunnya dengan menggunakan 5 kriteria yaitu ringkas, rapi, resik rawat serta rajin, kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 12 departemen yaitu accounting, planning and delivery, information and comunication tecnologies,  purchasing, human resource, warehouse, quality asurance, technical and development, maintenance asbes cement, maintenance royalboard, quality asurance royalboard, Gudang spare part. Di dalam program tersebut penilaian  masih mengunakan lembar cheklist yang di isi dan dihitung secara manual,  jika terjadi adanya hasil penilaian sama tinggi antar departemen maka pimpinan perusahaan akan secara subjektif menentukan pemenangnya. Maka dengan itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem penunjang keputusan , adapun metode yang di pilih yaitu metode  Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) dimana metode ini akan memilih semua kriteria berdasarkan nilai tertinggi atau nilai terendah untuk  di hitung dari data alternatif yang sudah disediakan. Hasil  penilaian dengan metode ARAS diperoleh bahwa bahwa nilai tertinggi adalah technical and development departement dengan nilai 1,0  dan nilai terendah adalah maintenance asbes cement department dengan nilai 0,56.

Abstract

Garbage is an environmental problem that cannot be avoided, changes in human lifestyles cause an increase in the volume of waste, various ways are carried out to overcome the increase in the volume of waste, one of which is the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (3R) technique which plays an important role in waste processing and can change waste. to be artistic and economical, to share knowledge about waste management requires a container that can accommodate and share knowledge. In this study, a Knowledge Management System (KMS) was developed using the Knowledge Management Life Cycle (KMSLC) method and capturing knowledge using the Sosialization Externalization Combination Internalization (SECI) model. The results of this study are web-based applications that can accommodate, add and share knowledge in the form of tacit and explicit and change the knowledge formed from the results of individual interactions into documented knowledge which is expected to help organizations manage all knowledge and develop it so that it can improve the abilities and knowledge of members organization for waste management.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Horizon University of Indonesia in order to implement the Global Workplaces English Program (GWEP), which encourages the development of students' foreign language skills through technology integration. Duolingo, as one of the digital language learning applications, is widely used by students to support this programme. The purpose of this study is to analyse the level of user acceptance of Duolingo using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which involves the constructs of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Use (ATU), and Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU). Data were collected through a survey of 152 active Duolingo users, and analysed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression approaches. Descriptive results showed that all constructs had an average score above 4 (Likert scale 1-5), reflecting positive perceptions of the ease of use and usefulness of the app. Linear regression analysis showed that PEOU and PU had a significant effect on ATU, with coefficients of 0.508 and 0.447, respectively, and R² = 0.857. That is, 85.7% of the variation in user attitudes can be explained by perceived ease and usefulness. These findings provide strategic implications for educational institutions and application developers in optimising the use of digital technology for foreign language learning in the global era.
