Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang sering tejadi di Indonesia adalah pelanggaran terhadap Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). HAM adalah hak yang melekat pada diri manusia yang bersifat kodrati dan fundamental yang harus dilindungi, dijaga dan dihormati oleh setiap individu, masyarakat dan Negara. Islam melindungi hak setia manusia sebagaimana firman Allah didalam Al-Qur’an surat Al-Hujurat ayat 11-13. Allah tidak membedakan manusia dari suku, ras dan budaya melainkan karena ketaqwaannya. Adapun nilai pendidikan yang dapat ditanamkan oleh pendidik yang ada pada surat diatas adalah nilai HAM dan demokrasi, nilai toleransi, nilai kesetaraan dan keadilan serta nilai kesetararaan gender. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan library recearch. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah; a) Apa yang dimaksud dengan hak asasi manusia (HAM), b) Bagaimana sejarah hak asasi manusia (HAM); c) Bagaimana hak asasi manusia (HAM) dalam Konteks di Indonesia; d) Bagaimana HAM konsepsi barat dan konsepsi islam; e) Bagaimana konsep hak asasi manusia (HAM) dalam QS.Al-Hujurat (49): 11-13) Bagaimana nilai pendidikan yang terdapat di Al-Qur’an yakni surat Al-Hujurat (49):  11-13.

Abstract

Abstract: Family education is important as stated in the three primary education. This research is aimed to explore the concept of family education in the Quran. This research is a qualitative research and is a library research. The primary data is the Quranic verses related to the family education. The data has been collected using the documentation method. The data were collected and analyzed using the maudlui (thematic) interpretation approach. The results showed that family education in the Quran can thematically read through the husband's dutied to lead and look after the family, the wife's duties to obey her husband and give breastfeed her children until the age of two, and the child's duties to be filial and do not yell at their parents. Meanwhile, the method of family education in the Quran are the reading habits, good teaching methods, keep good talking, and discussion.

Abstract

The data collection method in this research uses literature study. In this stage, the researcher tries to select data (books) that have relevance to the history of the development of science in the west with the types of communication of the reasoning (deductive, inductive, and abductive). In this paper the analysis used with hermeneutics, the authors explain behind the text there is context meaning or behind the explicit meaning there is an explicit meaning if interpreted literally can be interpreted as an interpretation or interpretation. This method step is intended to capture the meaning, value and historical purpose of the development of science in the west with the types of communication of the reasoning (deductive, inductive, and abductive). Then the writer also uses synthesis analysis which means the stages of an object of scientific study that connects an articulation of meaning to one another and then a knowledge with new articulation in the form of the historical urgency of the development of science in the west with the types of communication of reasoning (deductive, inductive, and abductive). The author also uses content analysis, namely research conducted on information documented in recordings, both images, sounds, writing and others. With this method data analysis and processing will be carried out scientifically about the contents of the written history of the development of science in the west with the types of communication of the reasoning (deductive, inductive, and abductive). The results showed that knowledge developed since ancient times, humans are still influenced by myths and mystics, knowledge is increasingly developing and becoming a science, which erodes the understanding of myths and mysticism. In other words, science can logic a knowledge; Science began to develop in ancient Greece which began by Socrates along with the birth and development of philosophy in the 6th century BC, the golden age of science began Aristotle continued by his student, Plato. Deductive reasoning usually departs from a syllogism of statements, general arguments then with a logical mindset / analysis that analyzes it into a statement as a special form, while inductive reasoning is a form of conclusions drawn from an argument, specific statements then with logical reasoning generalized to a general conclusion and abductive reasoning shows a conclusion of an argument / theory whose truth is clear from an observation / research that has been done, purely based on the most reasonable reasoning.

Abstract

Abstract Character education and the development of higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) play an important role in educational transformation. This research aims to examine the contribution of character education in improving students' high-level thinking skills in the context of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subjects at SMPN 1 Narmada. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type through a non-equivalent control group design. Data collection uses tests that meet the elements of validity, reliability, difficulty level, and distinguishability. Before testing the hypothesis statistically, the researcher ensures prerequisite tests to ensure the use of influence tests with parametric or non-parametric models. The research results show an influence of internalization of character education on students' HOTS abilities in PPKn subjects. These findings emphasize the importance of character education as a moral foundation for students in developing higher-order thinking abilities.
