Abstract

This research aims to identify effective development strategies for attracting tourists to Gunungkidul Regency, especially regarding Nasi Tiwul culinary tourism. This research is library research. Research findings show that Nasi Tiwul has a high urgency in increasing tourism attractiveness in Gunungkidul Regency based on its cultural value, ability to diversify culinary delights, local economic benefits, environmental sustainability, tourist attractiveness, and potential for increasing employment opportunities. With the proper strategic steps, Nasi Tiwul can become one of the culinary icons of Gunungkidul Regency, known locally and internationally. However, there are several inhibiting factors in developing Nasi Tiwul as part of local tourism namely Nasi Tiwul is considered old school or ancient food, tourists, especially young people, do not really like Nasi Tiwul, there is a lack of innovation in serving Nasi Tiwul, and unstable cassava production.

Abstract

The development of beach tourism has become an alternative for marine tourism. This research seeks to reveal this, as an added value based on the ecosystem of the coastal area of Karang Jahe Beach which has unique characteristics, biodiversity, human resources that have high productivity, the attractiveness of beautiful landscapes, and the availability of various services which are one of the main drivers of activities. Intensive development is being carried out at this tourist attraction. This research is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources coming from interviews with visitors and tourism managers. Apart from that, it is supported by observation results and documentation to crosscheck interview data. Secondary data sources come from scientific journals which can be accessed online. The data was analyzed using the 4A concept (Attractions, Accessibility, Amenities and Activities) to be used as an indicator that the object is worthy of being called sustainable tourism. The research results found evidence that supports the existence of the Karang Jahe Beach tourist attraction as part of sustainable tourism by fulfilling the supporting elements of attractions, accessibility, amenities and activities at the tourist attraction. The management of the Karang Jahe Beach tourist attraction deserves to be designated as marine ecotourism which is guided by the concept of sustainable tourism development. This can be seen from the community's participation in managing these tourist attractions while still paying attention to the natural ecosystem. Management is by developing tourism support facilities, natural beauty of beaches, and empowering management resources. In this way, tourism management has an economic impact while maintaining the natural ecosystem around the coast.

Abstract

Pantai Blimbingsari di Jawa Timur dikenal tidak hanya karena keindahan alamnya, tetapi juga potensi kuliner lokalnya, terutama ikan bakar, yang menjadi daya tarik utama bagi wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi kuliner ikan bakar sebagai daya tarik wisata di Pantai Blimbingsari. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pelaku usaha kuliner lokal, dan survei terhadap wisatawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ikan bakar memiliki peran signifikan dalam menarik wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. Selain rasa dan keunikan cara memasaknya, faktor budaya dan tradisi setempat turut menambah daya tarik kuliner ini. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, promosi kuliner khas, dan pengembangan fasilitas pendukung wisata kuliner dapat lebih memaksimalkan potensi ini. Dengan pengelolaan yang tepat, ikan bakar berpotensi menjadi ikon kuliner unggulan yang tidak hanya mendukung perekonomian lokal tetapi juga mempromosikan Pantai Blimbingsari sebagai destinasi wisata kuliner berkelas.

Abstract

Penangkaran Penyu di Bali merupakan salah satu destinasi ekowisata yang berperan penting dalam pelestarian spesies penyu yang terancam punah. Namun, keberlanjutan dan daya tarik wisata ini sangat bergantung pada efektivitas strategi pemasaran, terutama di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan kontribusi mahasiswa pariwisata dalam pemasaran digital serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan daya tarik wisata Penangkaran Penyu di Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur untuk memperoleh data terkait keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam strategi pemasaran digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa pariwisata memiliki peran strategis dalam promosi digital melalui produksi konten kreatif di media sosial, pengelolaan platform digital, serta kampanye edukasi berbasis teknologi. Partisipasi mereka dalam pembuatan video dokumenter, blog wisata, serta interaksi dengan wisatawan secara daring mampu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya konservasi penyu serta menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Selain itu, integrasi pemasaran digital dengan konsep ekowisata berbasis edukasi telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan jumlah kunjungan serta keterlibatan komunitas lokal dalam pelestarian penyu., Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan pemasaran digital yang inovatif dan berbasis edukasi dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tarik wisata Penangkaran Penyu Bali. Selain itu, partisipasi mahasiswa pariwisata dalam kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat bagi destinasi wisata, tetapi juga menjadi wadah pembelajaran bagi mereka untuk memahami dinamika industri pariwisata yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Special Region of Yogyakarta is a province with various tourist destinations, one of which is Nglinggo Samigaluh Tea Garden which is an agro-tourism area that not only prioritises tea plantations, but is also equipped with education, research and tourist attractions. This study aims to determine the effect of attractions, facilities and accessibility on visitor loyalty at Nglinggo Tea Garden. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample size of 100 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis techniques, T test and F test to answer the hypothesis. The results showed that hypothesis testing is the partial influence of attractions and facilities on visitor loyalty, but there is no partial influence of accessibility on visitor loyalty to Nglinggo Tea Garden. Simultaneously it is known that attractions, facilities and accessibility have a significant effect on the loyalty of visitors to Nglinggo Tea Garden. As for the coefficient of determination (R2) of 57.5% which means that the visitor loyalty variable can be explained by the variables of attractions, facilities and accessibility.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence social media as a forum for communication and information delivery has on the interest in revisiting HM Soeharto Museum in Yogyakarta. Through a quantitative approach, this study uses a survey method to collect data from randomly selected museum visitors. The population in this study were visitors to HM Soeharto Museum, while the sample was determined on tourists who had visited the museum before and were at least 14 years old. The data collection tool used was a closed questionnaire with a range of 1-5 Likert Scale scores. The results of data analysis showed a significant influence between the use of social media and interest in revisiting HM Soeharto Museum. The regression coefficient and correlation coefficient showed that any increase in social media usage was associated with a significant increase in interest in revisiting the museum. These findings have important implications in the context of museum promotion and marketing as well as cultural tourism activities. Visitors to HM Soeharto Museum are advised to follow their social media accounts to get the latest information. By making good use of social media, visitors can provide feedback to the museum about the experience of visiting. Visitors can also invite friends or relatives to visit together. This can contribute to increasing interest in visiting HM Soeharto Museum again and enriching visitors' experience in exploring Indonesia's historical heritage.
