Abstract

Secara umum pemberian layanan yang diberikan guru BK akan efektif jika didasarkan data yang akurat atau data dari asesmen, ada berbagai macam jenis asesmen yang bisa digunakan untuk memperlancar pemberian layanan, akan tetapi jika data dari asesmen tersebut ketika dibutuhkan saat pemeberian layanan sulit dicari artinya guru BK lupa menyimpan dimana atau bisa jadi hilang. Hal tersebut akan menghambat kinerja guru BK dalam menangani masalah siswa. Dengan adanya pengembangan catatan kumulatif melalui media web server ini diharapkan pelayanan yang diberikan guru BK bisa berjalan lancar dan tanpa mengalami hambatan Penelitian ini mengambil model Borg dan Gall (1983) yang telah disederhanakan menjadi lima tahap oleh Tim Puslitjaknov (2008), yaitu: (1) analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan (need assesment), (2) mengembangkan produk awal, (3) konsultasi dengan ahli media, (4) Uji validasi ahli, (5) Uji validasi pengguna Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari dua ahli bimbingan dan konseling sebesar 87,08% dengan presentase kriteria kegunaan 90,63 %, kelayakan 87,5 %, ketepatan 85,94 %, kepatutan 83,33 %. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji pengguna guru BK SMAN 1 Cerme diperoleh kriteria kegunaan 87,5%, kelayakan 85,71%,  kepatutan 83,33%, ketepatan 84,38%. Dengan demikian pengembangan catatan kumulatif melalui media web server memenuhi kriteria kegunaan, kelayakan, ketepatan dan kepatutan     Kata Kunci : Catatan Kumulatif, media Web Server

Abstract

Self-efficacy has an important role related to students' self-understanding. Lack of student self-understanding can result in students committing crimes, so it is essential to recognize and understand the potential of the student's self. This study aims to produce an innovation related to the media in guidance and counseling using blog-based self-understanding media to improve student self-efficacy. This research uses the Borg and Gall method, which has been simplified into five stages by the Puslitjaknov Team, but this research is limited to small scale tests. Pre-experimental research design: one-group pretest-posttest design using purposive random sampling involving ten students. Research findings show that blog-based self-understanding is useful for increasing student self-efficacy.

Abstract

The world development demands all aspect to develop particularly on education. In this era, the technology is needed especially for guidance and counseling in order to improve the services quality but did not substitute the core of guidance and counseling. The negative effect of technology used to be the jumping stone to do positive things. Therefore, the counselors should have the competence to improve technology, creative, innovative, and keep improving. Thus, the counselors will able to follow the world technology development.
