Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan kewirausahaan dan karakteristik individu terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Desa Kambo. Jenis data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan paket statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan kewirausahaan dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Desa KamboKata kunci: Keterampilan wirausaha, Karakteristik individu, Keberhasilan usaha

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi akuntansi terhadap penyusunan laporan keuangan. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi akuntansi dan variabel dependen adalah penyusunan laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Responden penelitian ini adalah Pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Kambo Kota Palopo dengan jumlah 40 responden. Dalam pengolahan data penelitian ini digunakan dengan aplikasi SPSS type 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi Akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Akuntansi, Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accounting competence on the preparation of financial statements. The independent variable in this study is accounting competence and the dependent variable is the preparation of financial statements. This study uses quantitative research methods and uses simple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. Respondents in this study were SMEs in the Kambo Village, Palopo City, with a total of 40 respondents. In processing research data used with the SPSS type 26 application. The results showed that Accounting Competence had a positive and significant effect on the preparation of financial reports. Keywords : Accounting Competence, Preparation of Financial Statements

Abstract

One of the skin problems that often occurs among teenagers today is acne. Acne treatment generally uses antibiotics which can have side effects in the form of irritation or resistance if used long term. Therefore, another alternative is needed in treating acne, namely using natural ingredients which are expected to minimize the side effects of using antibiotics. A natural ingredient that is efficacious as an acne medicine is nipah leaves (Nypa fruticans) which contain flavonoid compounds which function as antibacterial agents. The aim of this research is to determine the physical properties test and at what concentration the glowing acne cream preparation of nipah leaf extract (Nypa fruticans) is effective against Propionibacterium acnes bacteria. The research results showed that the organoleptic test, homogeneity test, pH test, spreadability test, stickiness test, cream type test, viscosity test had fulfilled the preparation evaluation requirements. In the irritation test for all formulas all respondents had negative results and in the hedonic test for F1 color was preferred, aroma and shape were preferred by respondents in F2. Meanwhile, in the antibacterial activity test for the very strong category, it was found in F1 with an inhibitory zone diameter of 20.16mm and for the results of statistical analysis using one way ANOVA, the value P=0.000 was obtained

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that ranks 5th out of 10 countries with the highest number of diabetics in the world. One of the plants that can be used as an antidiabetic is the fruit of belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L.). This study aims to determine the physical quality of wuluh star fruit juice yogurt and determine at what concentration wuluh star fruit juice yogurt can affect blood sugar levels of mice (Mus musculus). Mice as test animals were induced glucose and compared its effectiveness with acarbose. In this study, 5 treatment groups were used, namely giving yogurt without juice (negative control), acarbose (positive control), 0.35 ml star fruit juice yogurt, 0.50 ml star fruit juice yogurt, and 0.65 ml star fruit juice yogurt. Blood glucose measurement was done for 3 days. The results showed that star fruit juice can be formulated in the form of yogurt, and meet the standards of good physical stability, namely organoleptic test, pH, and viscosity. In the antidiabetic test, the results showed that all concentrations could affect the blood sugar levels of mice, with a decrease of 90 mg/dl at a concentration of 0.35 ml, a decrease of 92 mg/dl at a concentration of 0.50 ml, and a decrease of 100 mg/dL at a concentration of 0.65 ml. It was concluded that the most effective concentration to affect the blood sugar levels of mice was a concentration of 0.65 ml with a decrease of 100 mg/dl.

Abstract

Skin infectious diseases in humans are a very frequent type of disease, in the human population there are about 30% colonized by Staphylococcus aureus. The skin is the main defense against bacteria if the skin is no longer protected, it will be very easily infected with bacteria, fungi, viruses, protozoa and many other small groups such as Rickettsia, Mycoplasma and Chlamydia.waru plants (Hibiscus tiliaceus L) contain saponins, flavanoids, polyphenols and triterpenoid compounds. The purpose of the study was to determine the physical quality of the waru leaf extract liquid soap formula and to determine which waru leaf extract liquid soap formula has the best inhibition zone against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. This type of research is an experimental method. The physical quality test of liquid soap showed that the liquid soap was stable. Testing antibacterial activity using the disc diffusion method, the results obtained by the clear zone in F1 show an average value of 25.75, F2 shows an average value of 19.4, and in F3 shows 30.4. From this study, good results were obtained on the physical quality of waru leaf extract liquid soap preparations in all formulas. Of the three best formulas, F3 and provides the greatest antibacterial effect with an average inhibition zone of 30.4 with a very strong category.
