Abstract

The state must respect, cherish, and protect human rights as a legal instrument. Humanity itself possesses the right to live, not to be tortured, and never to be enslaved. With the provisions on human rights and the punishment of human trafficking, everyone enjoys legal protection from acts of degrading human dignity. As described in the provisions of the Law on the Prohibition of Slavery in Indonesia, this is regulated in some of the laws applicable nationally in the country of Indonesia. This prohibition on slavery, or slavery, can be found in Law No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights in the section that explains a few of the human prohibitions on non-slavery, namely Article (4), Article (20), and in Article (2) of the Act No. 21 of 2007 on the Trafficking in Persons. The case of a human skull in Langkat, North Sumatra, is a terrible crime against humanity. The victims clearly experienced practices of violence, torture, deprivation of rights, and similar acts of human slavery. Reports and facts on the ground show evidence that leads to systematic and structured crime, committed deliberately by the government apparatus. The perpetrators have violated the provisions of Act No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights and also those contained in Law No. 21 of 2007 on the Suppression of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons; explicitly, this act is in accordance with the meaning of human trafficking. There's a lot of people around, even officials who know where they are and what's going on inside the cage. But they 'proclaim' the condition. No one has attempted to counter the occurrences in the Rare Non-Active House for years. The surrounding society becomes a majority silent, or'majority quiet' over the phenomenon. Neither of the victims, they nor their families, have any basic knowledge of their rights, so that only "sacracy" can be done. They assume they made a mistake and deserve punishment. The company's owners physically hardened them for years, solely for their economic benefit.

Abstract

Medical records are simply a history of health services and illnesses faced by patients. The use of electronic medical records is predicted to be the most effective method of reducing errors, improving the quality of health services, and reducing costs. With the recommendation for the use of electronic medical records, many health service providers are implementing electronic medical records in an effort to improve service quality, increase patient satisfaction, and reduce medical errors. In Minister of Health Regulation no. 269 of 2008 Chapter II article 2 states that: (1) Medical records must be made in writing, complete and clear or electronically. (2) The administration of medical records using electronic information technology is further regulated by separate regulations. Before the issuance of Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. The problem arises that to create an electronic medical record system, hospitals must entrust people or institutions who are competent to create a medical record system that can be accessed electronically. What about the confidentiality of the medical record history contained in it, can the third-party company access the electronic medical record system easily? Using normative juridical research methods, the author explores and learns from various sources the rules regarding the legal responsibilities of third parties and hospitals regarding the implementation of Electronic Medical Redord. The conclusion from this research is that in fact third parties are free from legal responsibility if later problems arise such as system leaks from the system that has been built. Please note that the warranty or maintenance period has passed, and the third party's connection cannot be proven.

Abstract

The policies passed and stipulated by the government in the election to pay attention to the optimization of Bawaslu's policies in Law No.7 of 2017 concerning general elections as election organizers and the optimization of Bawaslu's policies regarding the control of campaign props in General Election Commission Regulation No. 20 of 2023 on the amendment of General Election Commission Regulation No. 15 of 2023 this regulation shows the government's attention so that the elections are held properly, in accordance with applicable regulations. The conceptual control model will make it easier for policy implementers to be on target, by realizing the control of campaign props in accordance with the targets, as well as zoning areas that have been set in Bandung City. The research used is based on the skinative method and descriptive analysis, through the Hasibuan theory including direct control, indirect control, and exception control related to the handling of campaign props by the Bandung City Bawaslu

Abstract

Banyaknya kasus tidak pidana yang pelaku tindak pidananya adalah anak dibawah umur, dalam hal konteks hukum positif di Indonesia pelaku anak dibawah umur tetap harus mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya. Seorang anak yang melakukan suatu tindak pidanan dalam konteks hukum positif yang berlakukan di Indonesia tetap harus mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, namun dengan penanganan secara khusus. Penelitian ini mengetahui tentang bagaimana penerapan hukum pidana materiil terhadap anak yang terlibat dalam tindak pidana kekerasan. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan studi Pustaka dan jenis penelitiannya adalah hukum normatif, dan analisis peraturan perundang-undangan tentang anak yang melakukan tindak pidana kekerasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan Banyaknya kasus tindak pidana yang pelaku tindak pidananya adalah anak dibawah umur, dalam hal konteks hukum positif di Indonesia pelaku anak dibawah umur tetap harus mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya. Dalam mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya pelaku tindak pidana dibawah umur mendapatkan perlindungan hukum yang khusus di mulai dari tingkat penyelidikan, penyidikan, penuntutan, sampai putusan pengadilan dijatuhkan. Penegakan hukum yang dilakukan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana dibawah umur harus secara khusus, hal ini untuk melindungi hak-hak anak sesuai undang-undang No. 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Dalam hal ini masih saja ada yang memperlakukan pelaku tindak pidana dibawah umur seperti memperlakukan pelaku tindak pidana dewasa, dengan demikian dalam penegakan hukum untuk pelaku tindak pidana dibawah umur masih belum terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

Berakhirnya suatu hubungan kerja antara pekerja/buruh dan pengusaha kadang kala tidak dapat dihindari. Dalam kenyataannya peristiwa berkhirnya hubungan kerja tersebut yang lazim dikenal dengan istilah pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) lebih banyak merugikan pekerja/buruh daripada pengusaha. Bekerja bagi pekerja/buruh masih merupakan sumber penghasilan utama dalam membutuhi keperluan hidupnya. Oleh karena itu perihal pemenuhan kompensasi yang menjadi hak pekerja/buruh bila timbul pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) sering sekali malah menimbulkan persolan baru. Disinilah fungsi hukum ketenagakerjaan diharapkan dapat menjawab persoalan ini sebab esensi pengaturan ketenagakerjaan harus dapat memberikan kepastian bagi pemenuhan hak pekerja/buruh yang mengalami PHK. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana penerapan hukum ketenagakerjaan terhadap pekerja/buruh yang mengalami PHK. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka dan jenis penelitiannya adalah hukum normatif dengan menganalisis aturan hukum ketenagakerjaan bagi pekerja/buruh yang mengalami PHK. Pekerja/buruh memiliki hak-hak yang harus dibayarkan oleh pengusaha sesuai dengan alasan-alasan terjadinya peristiwa PHK, baik karena berakhirnya hubungan kerja akibat habisnya masa perjanjian kerja, pekerja/buruh meninggal dunia, karena putusan Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial (PHI) dan PHK karena terdapatnya keadaan atau kejadian tertentu yang telah dicantumkan sebelumnya dalam perjanjian kerja, peraturan perusahaan, atau perjanjian kerja bersama yang dapat menyebabkan berakhirnya hubungan kerja. Selain itu terdapat komponen yang diterima pekerja/buruh sesuai ketentuan Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003 yaitu berupa uang pesangon, uang penghargaan masa kerja dan uang penggantian hak. Dalam pelaksanaan ketentuan hukum tersebut masih ada pekerja/buruh yang tidak memperoleh hak-haknya bahkan pengusaha kadang kala mengabaikan hak-hak tersebut karena kurangnya pengetahuan dalam menginterpretasikan kehendak dari aturan ketenagakerjaan.

Abstract

Alzheimer's dementia can occur due to an increase in the neurotransmitter glutamate which can affect synaptic plasticity. Centella asiatica (L.) Urban is considered as one of the herbal plants used in the treatment of various diseases, such as medicine for leprosy, thrush, fever, hypertension, diabetes, and anemia and has a high antioxidant effect, one of the active ingredients is asiatic acid. This research to determine asiatic acid potential for NMDA receptors in Alzheimer's dementia. This research is an experimental research using a computer. The applications used were PyMOL for ligand preparation, PyRx for docking, and LigPlot for amino acid residue analysis. The interaction of receptor ligand binding is seen from the binding affinity score, the smaller the binding affinity score, the greater the potential between the ligand-receptors to interact. The pharmacokinetics of a compound are based on Lipinski's rule. In this study, the binding affinity score of - 8.3 was obtained and the Lipinski test showed the result of 'yes'.

Abstract

Desa Opaasi is one of the villages where many residents work as patchouli farmers. In 2022, the previous PKM team assisted the community by organizing equipment for distillation and purification of patchouli oil. The main focus of the current program is on the processing of patchouli harvests by farmers who still use conventional methods, such as using a machete to chop their patchouli harvests, making the process ineffective and inefficient. The PKMI 2023 Team then designed and created a patchouli chopping tool as a solution to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of farmers in chopping their patchouli harvests. Additionally, PKMI team showed technical guidance on the proper use and maintenance of the patchouli chopping tool was provided to the patchouli farmers to ensure optimal utilization and care.

Abstract

Ruang terbuka publik merupakan hal yang penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Para peneliti telah menyelidiki cara untuk menilai ruang terbuka publik yang baik. Meski demikian, berbagai aspek yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas ruang terbuka publik masih perlu dielaborasi secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami berbagai aspek yang digunakan untuk menilai kualitas ruang terbuka publik berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian campuran sekuensial eksplanatori. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek keamanan, kenyamanan, dan aksesibilitas memiliki  latar belakang penilaian yang berbeda yang ditunjukkan oleh adanya nilai simpangan 0,50 dari penilaian kedua kelompok pengguna dan tidak ada latar belakang yang berbeda untuk aspek image.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Komunikasi bukan sekedar penerusan informasi dari suatu sumber kepada publik, ia lebih mudah dipahami sebagai penciptaan kembali gagasan–gagasan informasi oleh publik jika diberikan petunjuk dengan simbol, slogan, atau tema pokok. Kesimpulannya bahwa komunikasi adalah hubungan antar manusia dalam rangka mencapai saling pengertian (mutual understanding). Bisnis kedai kopi menjadi suatu ranah usaha yang banyak diminiati oleh banyak orang dikarenakan kopi adalah salah satu komoditas utama Indonesia yang banyak peminatnya. semakin banyaknya pebisnis dalam bidang yang sama semakin ketat pula persaingan dalam memasarkan produknya, sehingga dibutuhkan kemampuan untuk terus berinovasi agar mendapatkan konsumen yang loyal. Janji Jiwa merupakan kedai kopi yang menggunakan konsep grab-and-go, dimana sejak didirikan hingga saat ini telah memiliki sekitar 800 outlet di Indonesia, berkat adanya sistem kemitraan. Janji jiwa secara rutin membuat survey internal untuk setiap produk yang akan dirilis, untuk mendapatkan respon konsumen dalam menentukan apakah produk tersebut dilanjutkan untuk dijual atau tidak. Kini dengan adanya media sosial membuat Janji Jiwa untuk lenih meningkatkan kemampuan dalam hal creative digital marketing, dengan didukung adanya kemajuan teknologi membuat Kopi Janji Jiwa semakin mudah dalam mempromosikan produknya pada media sosial instagram, dalam setiap postingan produknya Janji Jiwa akan mudah memperoleh saran sekaligus kritikan yang membangun dalam meningkatkan kualitas produknya, dan hal ini dapat menjadi salah satu cara Janji Jiwa dalam mempertahankan brand image yang akan berpengaruh besar terhadap keputusan pembelian produknya. Kata-kata Kunci: Media Komunikasi Online, Brand Image, Digital Marketing, Keputusan Pembelian INSTAGRAM COMMUNICATION MEDIA @kopijanjiwa in MAINTAINING BRAND IMAGE ABSTRACT Communication is not just the transmission of information from a source to the public, it is more easily understood as the re-creation of information ideas by the public if given instructions with symbols, slogans, or main themes. The coffee shop business has become a field of business that many people are interested in because coffee is one of Indonesia's main commodities with a lot of demand. the more business people in the same field, the tighter the competition in marketing their products, so it takes the ability to continue to innovate in order to get loyal consumers. Promise Jiwa is a coffee shop that uses the grab-and-go concept, which since its establishment until now has around 800 outlets in Indonesia, thanks to a partnership system. Promise Jiwa routinely conducts internal surveys for each product to be released, to get consumer responses in determining whether the product is continued for sale or not. Now with the existence of social media, Promise Jiwa makes it easier to improve capabilities in terms of creative digital marketing, supported by technological advances, making it easier for Kopi Kontak Jiwa to promote its products on Instagram social media, in every product posting, it will be easy to get suggestions as well as criticism. building in improving the quality of its products, and this can be one of the ways of Jiwa Jiwa in maintaining its brand image which will have a major influence on its product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Komplikasi neurologis terjadi pada lebih dari 40% pasien dengan infeksi HIV. Kelainan neurologis yang terkait dengan infeksi HIV meliputi infeksi sistem saraf pusat, neoplasma, komplikasi vaskular, neuropati perifer, dan miopati.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manifestasi klinis gangguan neurologis terkait HIV pada pasien terdiagnosis HIV yang dirawat di RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang tanggal 1 Januari 2014- 31 Desember 2016. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif retrospektif observasional yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Kariadi, Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Data diambil dari Rekam medis, dianalisis manifestasi neurologis terkait HIV. Hasil: Subyek adalah 115 pasien dengan HIV-AIDS, 64 laki-laki (56%) dan 51 perempuan (44%). Usia rata-rata 32,06 tahun (4 sampai 68 tahun). Dari 115 kasus, 40 subyek (34,78%) memiliki manifestasi neurologis terkait HIV. Manifestasi neurologis terkait HIV meliputi toksoplasmosis otak (60%), meningoencephalitis(20%), st non hemoragik (5%),abses serebral (5%) dan vertigo (5%). Kesimpulan. Infeksi HIV dan kaitannya dengan tingkat keparahan imunodefisiensi bertanggung jawab atas sejumlah besar gangguan neurologis. Analisis faktor risiko serta status imunitas harus dilakukan pada semua pasien dengan gangguan neurologis untuk tujuan penyaringan hiv. Kata kunci: HIV, AIDS, Kelainan neurologis Background: Neurologic complications occur in more than 40% of patients with HIV infection. Neurologic disorders associated with HIV infection include central nervous system infections, neoplasms, vascular complications, peripheral neuropathies, and myopathies. This study was aimed to identify clinical manifestation of HIV-associated neurologic disorders in Patients with AIDS treated in Dr. Kariadi General Hospital from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2016. Methods: This is a descriptive retrospective observational study conducted in neurology clinic,Dr. Kariadi General Hospital, Semarang,between 1 January 2014 and 31 December 2016.Each patient”s medical record was studied in detail and then analyzed specifically in regard to the clinical manifestation of HIV-associated neurologic disorders. Results: One hundred fifteen patients were included, 64 males (56%) and 51 females (44%). The average age was 32,06 years (4 to 68 years). Of the 115 cases, 40 (34,78 %) had neurologic manifestation.The manifestation include brain toxoplasmosis (60%), meningoencephalitis (20%), non hemorragic stroke (5%),cerebral abces (5%) and vertigo (5%). Conclusions. HIV infection and their association with the severity of immunodeficiency is responsible for a large number of neurologic disorders. Analysis of risk factors as well as imunnological status should be made in all patients with neurologic disorders for the purpose of hiv screening. Keywords: HIV, AIDS, neurologic disorders
