Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Latihan Delorme Terhadap Peningkatan Kekuatan Otot pada Pemain Sepak Bola. Sepak bola merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang dimainkan oleh dua tim yang saling memperlihatkan tehnik bermain yang baik, masing- masing tim terdiri dari sebelas orang, kedua tim akan berusaha memasukkan bola kedalam gawang lawan sebanyak mungkin sehingga tim yang memasukkan bola paling banyak akan memenangkan permainan. Untuk mencapai prestasi yang optimal diperlukan kekuatan dalam berlari dan menendang bola pada pemain sepak bola. Kekuatan berlari dan menendang bola di lakukan oleh otot quadriceps pada pemain sepak bola yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan latihan yang memerlukan adanya tahanan yang optimal. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot adalah pemberian latihan Delorme. Delorme dikenal dengan Progressive Resistance Exercise (PRE) dengan menggunakan pendekatan latihan strengthening. Prosedur nya menentukan 10RM memberikan beban yang paling berat dan dapat digerakkan samai 10 kali repitisi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor – faktor overload dan daya tahan otot yang mempengaruhi latihan delorme terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot quadriceps pemain sepak bola. Metode  penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre test and post test with control design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 22 orang pemain yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok (kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen). Tehnik analisis data, dalam penelitian mengunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dengan pengolahan data mengunakan progam komputer SPPS for Windows versi 17 dengan taraf signifikan 5 % (α = 0,05). Luaran wajib dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional tidak terakreditasi ber ISSN. Luaran Tambahan (1) Accepted Artikel ilmiah dimuat di prosiding.Kata Kunci: Delorme, kekuatan otot quadriceps

Abstract

Qaryah Arabiyah (QA) is an intensive Arabic language training activity for students of department of Arabic Language Education, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, for one full eight days with various Arabic-speaking activities. This program has been started since 2015 and then implemented as an annual activity. Until its implementation in the fourth year, there is no material module prepared to support the implementation of this QA. Thus, it is necessary to develop a material module that can be utilized by the QA committee. For this reason, this study uses a development research method, based on the adaptation of the ADDIE model with steps: Analysis, Design, Development, and Evaluation. Based on the results of the model design development, the results obtained by experts on the QA material module model in the excellent category. Thus, the only material model developed can be used properly and properly as a reference for teaching materials in activities of Qaryah Arabiyah.

Abstract

The ability to communicate mathematical ideas orally is crucial for studying mathematics. One way to measure oral communication skills is by presenting an open-ended problem to students. This study aims to illustrate how students solve open-ended issues using oral mathematical communication skills. The methodology is a qualitative descriptive study; the subject of the research is grade VIII junior high school students with low, medium, and high levels of mathematical ability to communicate when working on open-ended problems. From this study, students who have a low level of communication ability have not met all the indicators optimally, because the understanding of symbols and their use is still weak. Students in the medium level that satisfy the markers of mathematical communication, because the notation used is appropriate and consistent and students can provide concise, clear, and thorough explanations. Students with high categories meet all indicators very well, because they are able to use complete and accurate mathematical symbol and students can provide concise, clear, and reflective explanations. Students in lower categories' have not fully satisfied all of the requirements for mathematical communication. The medium-level pupils satisfy the requirements for mathematical communication. Students with high categories meet all mathematical communication indicators very well.

Abstract

Written mathematical communication skills are an important concern in mathematics education. One way to assess these skills is by presenting students with open-ended problems. This study examines differences in written mathematical communication skills based on gender. The purpose of this study is to describe students’ written mathematical communication skills in solving open-ended problems from a gender perspective. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with participants consisting of Grade VIII students from SMPN 2 Pamekasan, categorized into low, medium, and high levels of written mathematical communication skills. Data were collected through open-ended problem-solving tests to analyze students’ written mathematical communication based on gender. The findings indicate that: (1) students in the low-ability category were unable to fully meet the indicators, with both males and females scoring 58; (2) students in the medium-ability category were moderately able to meet the indicators, with both males and females scoring 75; and (3) students in the high-ability category demonstrated strong performance in meeting the indicators, with males scoring 83 and females 100. These results suggest that high-ability students are more effective in meeting the indicators of written mathematical communication, with observable differences based on gender. Female students tend to excel in written narratives, whereas male students show greater strength in visualization. Students with low and medium abilities still require support in notation, image proportion, and written explanations.
